Tasty African Food in Bexley

Terrible service from just eat. My order was cancelled and it still showed in the app as preparing order and after 2 hours I can see my food has been delivered on the app but no food was delivered. Called Tastys and I was told just eat had cancelled the order but I’m yet to get a refund.Very disappointed with just eat my guests left without having a snack

please. I didn't receive my delivering. please.i mis d call.and since then I clud not get my other. please was going. and this is my first time using ds app.

Well I used to be a regular at tasty but never again, the quality has been going downhill consistently but todays was something else. I was served food covered in a layer of white mould.

so i was here a yesterday 3.7.2024 to get fried rice, collected it only to find out it wasnt warmed. Requested warming it and was charged £1.80 to microwave food less that £13.00. Got home, the warming was rubbish and i ended up not eating the food as the rice was too dry for my liking. Been a customer of tasty for a while but i stopped being one yesterday. It was pathetic service and value for almost £15quid spent

the driver knocked b4 I could come out to get my meal I had left to go to his car leaving my food on the wet floor under the rain as if I was a goat a dog eating from the floor this was not up to 2 minutes he knocked please this is not fair I am a human being not an animal

I got the wrong order. I ordered Suya and got puff puffs when I called Tasty African Food they said they would send my order, only to call again after an hour and they said there is nothing they can do.

The delivery man knocked at the door and left the food on the ground. he didn't even wait for us to open the door only few seconds after. There were dogs nearby. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The food was delivered on time however the driver was very rude and when he came to my door, he awkwardly stared at me and I felt very unsafe because I am a woman and I am alone in my flat. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I was a little bit take aback for a some moments. I worried that he had my address…

okay for food but only if u have time to spare. one rude staff always screwing her face but other than her, the other staff are nice.

I ordered water 3 bottled water alongside my orders but forgot to put it in and I was only refunded £1.10 which the water was £3 I called and was told nothing they could do about it. Very disappointing and this is not the first time giving me order that is not mine. Very sad

I ordered Nigerian Fanta and I got sent limca, what for? If I wanted limca, I could have ordered that and also I ordered pounded yam and received eba. This act is totally not acceptable.

The food quality is so bad, the fish and plantain are burned and the rice is ok, the plantain is so hard that it must have been in there stock for very long time, I wouldn’t eat the food at all, please refund my money. I have been using this app for sometimes now but this is the worst food ever

Had a member of staff call me saying he's from "car phone warehouse" yet the number is actually coming from tasty African food. If you're going to attempt to scam people at least don't do it through your business.

I ordered eforiro with assorted meat for £9.10 and they delivered the efiriro without the assorted meat and I was over charged instead of paying £5 I paid the for a meal I didn’t get

Ordered some pastries which was well enjoyed by d guests. Easy to order online n pick up was easy .The package was clean and yes, price were affordable too. Will def go to for my next occasion to cater for people for pastries.

This is the worst experience I had, the delivery agent called to cancel because she couldn't locate the address, putting I and my family to sleep with an empty stomach . terrible, I have been using other delivery app, to deliver to my address, why is this different? your delivery service is terrible, please return back my money. And I need compensation for allowing I and my family to sleep in hunger and also letting us waste the pounded yam we made just to use the soup to eat it. No soup was delivered, my pounded yam would spoil. so I need compensation for that too. the first time I am using your service and I am having this terrible experience. too bad. Fair place when you gat African food in mind. The Edika ikong soul is a minus. Though the Jollof rice tastes fine

I ordered via Just Eat today. All I can say is I was appalled by the customer service received. After ordering, and waiting for 45 minutes (they hadn't even assigned a driver) I called the restaurant. I was told the driver would be there in 5. Another 20 minutes went bye and I decided to call the restaurant. A woman answered the phone. I explained my issue and she simply said "your food is here, you need a driver to deliver you food". I asked her when I would be getting my food because I had been patient... she cut the phone on me. I am big on supporting and buying from black owned businesses/restaurants. But this branch? I will never order from them ever again. If you fancy getting a large portion of rude customer service, definitely order from this place.

It was my first time using this service and had no idea what to expect. However it was really easy to order online and pick up as scheduled. The food was really good!!! Definitely recommend it. 😊

A disaster. Horror! Horror! This restaurant ruined my night with horrible food and poor, dishonest service. It was not what I ordered, it was cold, and very poor quality. To cap it all, the woman who called me blocked my number when I called back! They obviously know they are fleecing people. I ordered food over £30 and still could not get a meal out of it. I called the ‘restaurant’ number on the just eat receipt, a recorded message said the restaurant could not be reached. Avoid ordering from them. Con artists!

There’s something common with Tasty Restaurant either they’re doing it purposely or not is unclear to me. The other day I placed an order for meat pies like 8 or so some peri peri chicken 4 as well when the food arrived I got 5 meat pies and 3 peri peri chicken that didn’t stop them from charging me full amount or to pick up the phone and let me know the situation oh No instead they packaged it and deliver it like everything is fine... stop this!!!!

I av always wondered how any takeaway shop sells food without that bit extra. Chinese food will give like a bottle of drink with £15+ meal, many English takeaways do same, Kebab shop does this too. I spend £30 and £45 in an African shop and get nothing. These shops needs to learn to understand & value customer more. Therefore I can rate them more, sorry is for our own good.

Food was mediocre at best and the beef in the soup did not taste fresh at all. Food was late but i guess everyone uses covid as an excuse these days The closest Takeout restaurant to mine but am sure i will not order from them again.

I ordered fried rice only to receive jollof rice

I ordered food with plantain, and the plantain came very hard, close to the texture of plantain chips. I hardly even post reviews but the customer service I got after calling the shop to return it was very appalling and she also even cut off the call. She said she won't change it "no matter how hard", that I needed to call the customer service line. This is similar to eating fried unripe plantain, and I think this shop only do this to those who order online as opposed to coming into the shop. The most annoying thing is that the plantain on its own cost £3.60, so this shouldn't even get half a star.

Great food, but miserable and slow customer service. Intact I felt as if I wasn’t welcome to the shop as the staff there wore miserable faces. So I stopped going there.

First time I've bought from the belvedere branch, meat was really hard i could hardly chew it. Rice was lovely. Might have to go back to my usual one.
