Our favourite spot to eat while staying in Bexley. Awesome customer service every time and meals always hit the spot!

I recently ordered a large portion of doner kebab, but what I received seemed more like a medium portion. The doner was dry and lacked flavor, making it overall quite unsatisfying. It seemed like it had been prepared the day before and then reheated. Given the high price, this was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Food is nice, slightly pricey but enjoyable. Fast, efficient service, young lad at the till is very friendly and a made my paying process a dream!

This has always been my local and go to kebab shop. Never wanted to leave a bad review for my favourite kebaby but the young gent who takes the orders is a rude, useless little so and so who needs the sack before I'm put off from coming here for good!

A variety of choices, with absolutely delicious kebab. I highly recommend the Chicken Shish, with a side of salad. The portion sizes were considerably big. The team of workers provided an efficient and fast service. Will definitely be ordering a takeout from here again!

Ordered via Uber eats. It wasn’t the greatest. Doner kebab is cut very thin so it is dry. Pickled red Cabbage tastes old, it’s not crunchy. Almost like it’s been sitting too long in the juices. Ended up having a upset tummy the next day. Overall disappointed and won’t be purchasing again from here.

I ordered through Uber eat and I really had high expectations but the lamp donee was very poor quality, the lamb very dry without flavor, the chili sauce very, very poor quality. cold food.

What a shame, this used to be a safe bet go-to kebab. Unfortunately most of the salad was inedible due to the cabbage flavoured vinegar, the doner meat was swimming in fat (so much it leaked through the outer plastic bag), the hummus was shop bought and the accompanying bread was burnt.

Haven't had a kebab for ages! Absolutely recommend this establishment for a decent kebab!

To start with the food was stone cold , to many big chunks of cucumber hardly any cabbage no garlic sauce as requested plus not much meat in the wrap quite a lot of money for a wrap with not much meat and very little salad very disappointing. 😞

Excellent food, really cannot fault any meal I've ever ordered. Nothing worse than ordering a takeaway and it lets you down. Bexley Charcoal Grill has never let me down. Perfect portion size (not too big so you feel uncomfortable finishing it) and not too small (where you are still hungry). Great value for money.... I'd recommend every time!

Good quality food for a cheap price.

Customer service is terrible. The past few weeks have always been a problem with delivery, either stone cold or late. This time the chicken burger was missing, and they tried blaming the driver even though the bag was tied tight, but they forgot to pack it. I've been using them for ages and won’t be getting food from them again.

The food delivered was hot and in time, however the quality of the food was rather poor other than the chips which were lovely. The meat was tasteless the sauce on my halep kebab was more like plain passata with no seasoning. My partner found his doner meat wrap tasteless too and after a couple of bites didn’t want anymore. My husband quite enjoyed his combination kebab, but mine was pretty poor. I received 6 cubes of chicken (which was okay tasting but not the best I've had) in a small pitta bread. It was hot and well cooked but just really poor size for the price I paid (about £11). I thought at first they'd sent the wrong meal and done mine as a kids meal but then checked reviews and realised this is a persistent issue. I wound up cooking other bits to have with my dinner as this was a really poor attempt made by the restaurant. We will be going back to our usual kebab shop where, for a couple of pounds extra, you get a full size stuffed pitta bread.

I order from them regularly, and this has been the worst order so far. Food usually is great but today I receive a medium lamb dinner meal which was chips and barely any meat. I call them so they would remake my order and they just argued that’s how is served and if I how the whole restaurant?! Wow! When I go in everyone smiles but when they don’t put names to faces this is how you know how they are ! Good luck!

Surely a kebab would come with salad. I even ticked for salad on just eat and both kebabs came with no salad. For the price I paid and had to make my own salad, I'm done with takeaways. I'll make my own. Just eat uninstall.

For over two decades Bexley Charcoal Grill Bexley has been a pillar of the lovingly owned small businesses that make Bexley Village so special. Aside from the food, my preference is the delicious lamb and chicken shish combo with salad and pita bread generous enough to satisfy the hungriest, there is an upbeat positive feeling that the staff gives off topped off by the newly renovated premises. I always have the feeling when the younger customers come in after a long day, that they feel a little of the love that Bexley Charcoal Grill grill puts into making their dishes sending their customers back out into the rough in tumble world not only well fed, but cared for too. p.s. for those of you that enjoy authentic hummus and not the vile paste that you get in most supermarkets, Bexley Charcoal Grill’s hummus could be served proudly in any palace. Five stars. Highly recommend.

I rang the restaurant and they could not be any more helpful recooked my order and told me not to use just eat as their drivers never turn up and that is why my order was late as the food was ready at the time stated will not be using just eat again Bexley kebab great food great communication

This restaurant is excellent every time I have collected. Unfortunately I made the mistake of using just eat for a delivery that never arrived. AVOID JUST EAT AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

The portion size is a joke!!!!! £9.50 for 6 cubes of stale chicken!!!!! I am hungrier now than I was before!!!!!!!!!! It’s an absolute joke!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!! I have called the shop and the guy is telling me “I don’t care you can go to the different kebab shop it’s not my problem” Wow, what rude and horrible customer service. Food isn’t great either, not worth the price at all, salad is dirty. Just to let you know with this attitude you will be losing customers cuz no one wants 6 cubes of tasteless chicken for that amount of money and your mouth running dirty words towards your customers! You should have some respect to people who spend money in your shop but you prefer to be mouthy and rude over the phone. You should be sent back to key stage 1 and learn your manners properly, pay attention so you don’t become a nasty owner who thinks he’s above everyone else, Go to different kebab shop where the food portion is accurate to the price and it’s tasty and staff aren’t rude. £9.50 for 6 cubes of small chicken is unacceptable, that’s more than an hours wage to some people. This is NOT a quality kebab shop, it’s your average drunk-hunger place to grab some greasy food after a night out. I recommend not eating here or even entertaining the idea of trying to talk to the staff. If I could give 1/2 a star I would. Revise your prices, portion sizes and attitude.

Appalling customer service by the manager when we returned an order which they got wrong. He was infuriated by the fact I had raised this issue and accused me of eating part of the food that I returned which of course I hadn’t. As a regular customer I expected an apology and for them to at least fix the mistake they made. This is what any other reputable takeaway business would do. It seems clear to me that the business has done well through its online platforms (Deliveroo and Uber eats) and now thinks it’s acceptable to treat its customers with zero respect. Have used this takeaway for 10 years and will never return.

Can’t get orders correct. Rude staff. Good food when you get the correct order but unfortunately the shop either doesn’t want to fulfil UberEats orders or genuinely has a problem in getting orders correct. On more than 3 occasions I have been missing the salad to my kebab. Even when I have put a note in the order to not forget. It arrives without it. I gave the restaurant one last chance and had the same issue. I spoke to the owner/manager? on the phone who accused me of lying as apparently I’m the only person who has ever had this issue and will be blocking me from ordering again. No bother as I won’t be back. Why on earth would I lie about not receiving salad. Ridiculous.

I’m a vegetarian and got servered a salad with Doner meat in it. I ordered no meat and so the salad was obviously prepared where the meat is. This is totally against health and safety regulations!

I made a order for me and my family . Once the order arrived I had food missing. I called the shop In hope they could redeliver but no . Got told by the manager that they would “sort it out “ on my next order at which I said that is not the response I expected and I wouldn’t be ordering next time. All they said is they can’t deliver now and they are to busy. Absolutely avoid!

Chicken Donner was ok, chips were terrible, never understand why they pre cook chips, they literally dipped my chips in the oil for 10 seconds! If they are cutting corners cooking chips where else are they cutting corners

Far too overpriced and too many staff standing around doing nothing. I went in a rush to get chips n guy standing around ‘what are you doing tonight?’ I didn’t respond to him because I’m sorry but what has it to do with you? Do I come and pay to have someone ask me personal questions? No. Did i look interested to talk? No. Was i in a rush? Yes.. And i wouldn’t of left feedback but my bluntness caused him to compromise on portion size and attention quality.
