Subway Bexleyheath in Bexley

At first, I left a blank five star review. However, I knew I had to speak my mind. This is arguably the best subway ever. I've gone to countless stores but I always find myself coming back here (maybe because I live here lol). The service is outstanding, but honestly whenever I go to subway I get one thing ; the nachos! They're super nice. I go there so much that the people literally know my order (I get extra salsa and I don't even need to ask for it they just put it on lmao) and I trust the subway workers in subway bexleyheath with my food, and my life. Shout out to all the people that work here as they make my culinary experience better and better every time I go there! Love you subway bexleyheath. (Please don't take the nachos off the menu)

Even one star is too much for the service which I got from the store. I bought the food at 11.49 pm, and the guy who is on the shift is kind of rude and he is not properly dressed, not wearing the cap properly and also he was busy on the phone and also he haven't explained about the meat and salad when I asked him. And also there are only two tables even though both where dirty. Literally I got a bad service and atmosphere from the store.

I had a delivery and the wrong items were delivered but we were still charged for the amount we paid for. We were meant to get 2 foot long sandwiches , 3 cookies and a salad but we only got a 6 inch sandwich 3 cookies and a saled

Always speaking in their own language. Food is chucked on and becomes super messy. They don’t even pack the food right. Jokers. Mixing meat with veg too.

The staff member refused to provide his name and was extremely rude. We provided proof of being a student and he continued to be rude and refused to provide us the deal which was clear on the shop.

The worse Subway I’ve ever ordered food from. They sent wrong order, didn’t want to help me to send my correct order. Very unresponsive.

Always finds a way to hike up prices. The meal deal was suppose to be £3.50 but i ended up getting charged £7.59 with ridiculous excuses. Last time I bought 3 cookies for almost £5 a couple months back and when I questioned the worker, they said “the prices recently went up”. It’s getting ridiculous and i’ll never be back because it’s getting to daylight robbery.

Subway never disappoints for a quick grab, but the service wasn’t a match to its brand. Hope for more communication, ask whether cheeses and toasted is required rather than make decisions for the customer.

Just came here and got some amazing food. It came quickly and was fresh. The type of chips I wanted wasn’t on the shelf (Doritos tangy cheese) so the employees went to the back and got me one. 10/10 would recommend coming here

I’m so so pleased! I don’t normally eat subway but was extremely hungry and was told by friends they were fast on delivery. This is the 3rd day in a row I’ve ordered !!! The delivery is so fast! The food comes hot and fresh & overall so so good!

Just been in for my lunch, ordered 6 inch chicken tikka. Before the man made mine had his hands on tuns and wouldn't change his gloves and gave me attitude asking him to change them as I don't like the smell or taste of tuna. Commen sense health and hygiene comes to mind here. Walked out instead honestly really🙈

How do you get wrong the only 2 items that I ordered Seriously it’s was only a sub and a pepperoni slice and you got both wrong So dissatisfied and disappointed was really hungry now but won’t be able to to eat my food that I was looking forward to

I went to the shop twice yesterday and today, the guy who works there first of all should've worked for iPhone company not subway the amount of times he's on his phone and can't even hear you, he made me pay 2 half's of the bread when I clearly told him foot long and made me pay extra £2 because it is half and half but the same sandwich. This place is the worst place I've even tried to eat from 🤢

Good service, understand the needs of customer.. They know very well about customer care. Staff are also co-orparative towards each other and handle the crowd in their busy mode. Feels respected to dine in one such store.

Terrible: avoid entirely. Ordered via UberEats. The receipt shows everything we ordered which was accurate. I was surprised how fast the delivery arrived... Probably because they forgot the cheese, extra meat, gave me a small bottle of orange juice instead of my Tango Orange and forgot the dipping sauce for the nacho chicken bites. Tried calling them but no answer, similar to the other reviews. Wouldn't be so bad if we could correct it but they don't seem to have an interest in doing it right the first time nor allowing customers to correct the order.

I saw a delivery driver wanted to pick up- the man there said customers have priority— but the delivering driver is also picking up for customer — so shows that they are only interested in making money ans making delivery drivers wait- it’s NOT ON!!!! The worst sandwich ever! Guys, you need to train your staff up how to wrap a sandwich. Looked disgusting my sandwich when I unwrapped it! I tried calling up straight away, few times, but no answer. Absolutely shocking.

Such a clean and tidy subway one down side they take just eat orders and on phone so getting your order over clearly is a bit tricky with a mask on

STINGY STINGY STINGY, SHAMEFUL Ordered a meatball sub and a bowl of meatballs,for my 4yr old I was given 4 meatballs with almost no gravy for £2.99, what a rip off, shame on you subway you are a disgrace, never buying from you again

Ordered a takeaway from here a few weeks ago and it was great!

STINGY! Worse Subway I have been to. I have never seen such a TINY amount of salad given in a Subway ever. I thought it might have been a one off but I visited again and the same slithers of salad given. I asked for more salad and was given hardly any more. The main appeal for me with Subway is the fresh salad, as I am a vegetarian. I just can not comprehend how tight you can be! Seriously how much are you saving on salad costs?! It is not worth losing customers over! Giving the Subway franchise a bad name!

Good food but the tables need more cleaning

10.15 19/10/19 the guy was on his phone and said to me 2 minutes as I walked in, messed around with the bread baking for ages then made the sandwich. Once made, it was left to go cold for ages while he did numerous other things like mess around with the bread baking again and still (while my sandwiches is going cold) proceeded to serve the next customer who wasn’t having a toasted sandwich anyway! Maybe I am wrong but that seems backwards and as I predicted when I ate mine, it was pretty cold. Really poor service on a few occasions there unless it’s the women who works there who is always great!!

This location is very stingy with the ingredients. Be vocal if you want more. Multiple situations where the staff has been abrasive and rude. I avoid this location unless desperate.

Very dirty establishment. The food was mixed between each other and it looked like it was not taken care of. The Indian guy who works there seems to have only half of his brain working, I asked him if he could put my Subway in two bags, he rolls his eyes and whispers to himself "and you tell me now", then proceeds to slice my footlong in half, being that I didn't ask for him to cut in 2 slices, I just asked for you to give me two bags you degenerate.

The sub was great. Bread used was very fresh, and so were the vegetables.

I have avoided this location for over a year due to rude, stingy, and non-English speaking staff. The shop is still filthy, the portions are scant, and the service is rushed with little care to customer satisfaction. I once wrote a letter to head office, who offered me a 6" sub to rectify the issue, which was not what is needed. They need to overhaul the staff and have some pride in their shop. I noticed they have a couple of new people, however, they are training them to prioritise app deliveries over customers, literally ignoring when there is a queue and advising "yes please one second," which on the time I visited, was a several minutes wait.

Standard Subway. Gave me a tiny cup for my drink. When I queried it they "found" some bigger cups! Quick, efficient service.

Even though it says it is open till 10pm, when I arrived at 9:30 the shop was closed.

I was served by a very rude staff member. There was a queue infornt of me and it hadnt moved. He was like can i take your order . It thought he was serving someone else so asked 'do you want me to order ' to which he replied well yeah what else am i doing here in the rudest tone . I think this is no way to treat your customers and i am disgusted. It made me feel so bad. will not return to this subway ever.

Very dirty environment rude staff asked them to clear a table so we could sit and eat and was told to. Do it ourselves which even if we could the bin was overflowing to the floor. Food on the floor water all over the floor and everything was sticky. Overall disgusted 😒

Average Subway. The staff don't take much care over your sandwich whilst preparing it. I once ordered a pepperoni pizza slice and the guy used tomato ketchup (from the sauce container) as the sauce which gave it a very bitter taste! The two times I've been there it has been very messy - I don't think much care is taken to clear up after customers who eat in. I would generally avoid this place and choose one of the other cafes/shops in the town centre.
