Great food, great atmosphere - excellent staff

If I could give this place zero I would. I ordered off uber eats and the food came STALE with no sauce or cheese. When I called the restaurant to explain my concerns and I asked for a refund the phone was put down on me in the middle of the conversation, and I had to call for 20 minuets to get through again. I went to the store and was refused a refund because THEY had send me SOMEBODY ELSES receipt the man was not dressed appropriately for work and tried to argue that he didn't do anything wrong even though the proof was right in his face TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT EAT HERE

All subway workers should be made to carry a tape measure, wrong size food, food was cold, orders had ingredients we didn’t ask for.

this afternoon I went to Subway to get food when I arrived home and ate my subway my partner had complained about his chicken. We had a look and it was a green colour appearing to be mold. I don’t know what this is, but I am now fearing for my personal well being. My drink was also flat and the waffle fries were soggy.

I didn’t even manage to get my food, code on the app wasn’t working and the boss with glasses demanded me to get out yet I was explaining to him if QR code wasn’t working I wouldn’t mind paying on the app. Horrible service

the delivery driver was alright as I knew him already he is one my customer dilshers (Goldy , gudiyas ) brother as they come to eat pizza in my shop .. but I'm very disappointed with subway as they have sent food in white bag and n food was uncovered

At first, I left a blank five star review. However, I knew I had to speak my mind. This is arguably the best subway ever. I've gone to countless stores but I always find myself coming back here (maybe because I live here lol). The service is outstanding, but honestly whenever I go to subway I get one thing ; the nachos! They're super nice. I go there so much that the people literally know my order (I get extra salsa and I don't even need to ask for it they just put it on lmao) and I trust the subway workers in subway bexleyheath with my food, and my life. Shout out to all the people that work here as they make my culinary experience better and better every time I go there! Love you subway bexleyheath. (Please don't take the nachos off the menu)

we never received half of the order 2x crisps and 2x xhoxoxlate cooked werre missing . no point in calling you its a complete waste of time. i want my money back

Ordered a 6 inch sub meal deal. The sub was fine but the side cookie was hard and stale. I’ve ordered before and the cookies are not usually like this. Definitely 1 or 2 days old- I had to throw it away as it did not taste right.

Even one star is too much for the service which I got from the store. I bought the food at 11.49 pm, and the guy who is on the shift is kind of rude and he is not properly dressed, not wearing the cap properly and also he was busy on the phone and also he haven't explained about the meat and salad when I asked him. And also there are only two tables even though both where dirty. Literally I got a bad service and atmosphere from the store.

I had a delivery and the wrong items were delivered but we were still charged for the amount we paid for. We were meant to get 2 foot long sandwiches , 3 cookies and a salad but we only got a 6 inch sandwich 3 cookies and a saled

Always speaking in their own language. Food is chucked on and becomes super messy. They don’t even pack the food right. Jokers. Mixing meat with veg too.

Absolutely fantastic , first time experience. Delicious food, great service with friendly environment. Large selection of fresh salad also enjoyed cookies and cappuccino. Highly recommend this place.

Everything came in a plastic bag squashed together. the cookie is soggy and squashed to its paper bag from the cold drink on top. the wedges have spilled all into the plastic bag from the paper bag they come in because it's soggy. the 12 inch sub is not cut in half like normal so stupidly hard to eat. step it up bros, you're part of a massive chain.

The staff member refused to provide his name and was extremely rude. We provided proof of being a student and he continued to be rude and refused to provide us the deal which was clear on the shop.

The worse Subway I’ve ever ordered food from. They sent wrong order, didn’t want to help me to send my correct order. Very unresponsive.

Always finds a way to hike up prices. The meal deal was suppose to be £3.50 but i ended up getting charged £7.59 with ridiculous excuses. Last time I bought 3 cookies for almost £5 a couple months back and when I questioned the worker, they said “the prices recently went up”. It’s getting ridiculous and i’ll never be back because it’s getting to daylight robbery.

The order was delivered in a simple plastic white bag, tied with a knot. As far as I know it’s not the company’s policy

Ordered just two simple subways and a portion of hash browns at 17.37. Didn’t arrive until 19.05! Way over an hour for two sandwiches up the road?! Estimated time of arrival changed 3 times. Arrived soaking wet, freezing cold and the hash browns looked like they had been run over. Any complaints are usually ignored or they just credit your account, so I’m done with Just Eat. Never have this problem with any other companies, only Just (Never) Eat. Avoid.

The breakfast footlong was so cold on arrival I had to microwave it. Twice. The 9 hash browns were so undercooked they turned a to a pile of mush at the bottom of their bag. Bexleyheath branch is where the order came from. Never again. A pure waste of money. I’m staying clear of this company in future.

Subway never disappoints for a quick grab, but the service wasn’t a match to its brand. Hope for more communication, ask whether cheeses and toasted is required rather than make decisions for the customer.

Was stuck with what to have for lunch as there was only cheese in the fridge! So I'm glad I gave Subway a go. Easy to order on the app, the sandwich was really tasty & delivered on time. Will order again soon.

One item was in the wrong bread, there should have been a cheesy garlic slice but it was just a bit of stale burnt bread with something that resembled cheese if you looked hard enough, also the Caramel muffin magically transformed into an Oreo muffin. Overall quality of the subs contents was not good either.

Nachos were stone cold, barely any cheese and not melted at all. Sun was very over toasted when I asked for not toasted and it came with the wrong sauce on it so it’s gone in the bin and I’m still hungry

Just came here and got some amazing food. It came quickly and was fresh. The type of chips I wanted wasn’t on the shelf (Doritos tangy cheese) so the employees went to the back and got me one. 10/10 would recommend coming here
