Not in time delivery and not picking the calls if you order the you need to wait minimum one hour thats what i am facing right now

Ate goat meat pepper soup there and it takes nice. The spoon given was big and caused discomfort swallowing the soup

I’ve ordered family fare which is a combo of pizza garlic bread chicken wings and coke After I received my order the wings smell like it was fried in old oil and pizza and garlic bread are terribly cold. Also called the restaurant to explain this and ask them to take the entire food back ,the response from the staff was to call back later which was even more ridiculous.

Best kebab, quality of meat and portions are amazing, wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Really delicious food, which tasted really fresh. Our waitress Natalie was so so lovely. Really happy, full of smiles and couldn’t do enough for us (including making our desserts!!) she made our afternoon so much better. Thank you Natalie. My little boy thought you were great and he loved the chocolate ice cream!!

I have always liked Prezzo, but not any more. The food was poor quality, small portions and extremely overpriced. The staff were however attentive and friendly.

We had a terrible experience when we went out for family lunch. We ordered boneless chicken full platter (suitable for 2 adults), just under £30. The quantity of boneless chicken provided was shocking (I am not exaggerating). My two kids (9 and 14 year old) came out hungry after finishing the platter which only contained few small pieces of boneless chicken and large quantity of chips . Don't waste your money with this place.

I went to buy a loaf of bread. The lady serving just finished cleaning up and without washing hands or puting on protective gloves picked up a loaf with her fat grubby hands and put it in the slicer. I left. I wasn't going to buy filthy food.

It’s a very rare find for us since we were so in need of Chinese food towards the end of our UK road trip. The food is nice especially the Chinese mutton kebab 羊肉串！！ loved it so much, regretted not getting more of those 😭😭

As McDonald's go.... this is quite nice. Clean, lots of space, we did not have to wait long for our food eventhough it was busy and the food was piping hot!!! Just annoying that if you want to park up and relax you have to pay as it is in the Galleria complex 😞

Sent me a pepsi max instead of the diet pepsi that i ordered for I didn’t like that at all

Placed a order online, paid in full, waited for delivery nothing, called the number to be told that i wasnt getting a delivery as they had no drivers, the owner was rude and arrogant shouting at me. Im still waiting for a refund. He blamed the website. Stay well away only
