I visited this subway outlet on 24th February 2024. I was served by Nikhil. He attended us very well and made us a delicious sub. Amazing.

Absolutely useless, its summer break and only ONE guy working who can't even make a proper sub. I got 3 subs (all different from the menu) I ended up getting my mums onions, my mum got my dads sauce and my dad didn't get half of the ingredients, it took the guy half an hour to make 3 SUBS!! Definately won't be going here again and I urge people to not go here either unless you want to waste your time and money, go to the subway in the galleria instead

Order didn't arrive and was still charged for the food very poor service. Contact numbers don't work and never had this problem before.!

Good place for a quick grub. The amount of the vegetables you get is slightly inconsistent.

The member of staff was satisfactory but I paid more than what the deal stated but this is probably due to small print and not the worker's fault.

I enjoy the range of fillings you can choose from. It costs the same to be adventurous so you may as well be. Love the avocado, chicken band bacon with pepper and salad

I went there today and asked for 3 sauces, the lady serving me said you can not have more that 2 sauces as this is subway policy. This is not true at all they are making their own rules

It's clean and the staff follow good health and safely. The downside is face to face customers are ignored for Internet orders, this has happened more than one time here

Please teach your staff food hygiene / handling. Absolutely appalled when I purchased a salad at lunchtime, the gentleman serving cut the meat wife a knife that was absolutely FILTHY DIRTY with dried on food. When questioned he asked me if I would like him to cut some more with a clean knife !! Such a shame I cannot leave -5 Stars

The food quality is less than the usual subway you get, the hygiene is not good. Moreover there is no health safety measure. Customers enter and sit next to each other without any masks. The staff itself does not put any mask to make and serve your food

good option if your in a rush and don't have time to wait around in a restaurant . their bmt is my favorite

Came with my partner, she needed a drink but she forgot to say it with the salad so this guy made her 1.50 extra. I think that was a very vad customer service and i have never seen such a small portion of salad. I'm so annoyed.

Busy place. Proffesional and polite service. Unlimited salads included with breakfast, no extra charge for cappucino. Great

We visited twice in September the first for a lunch and had the tuna on Italian bread and it was ok then we had the breakfast option on flat bread which was basically very very poor. On both occasions the staff were nice. I would not have breakfast there again.

Don't go here unless you like several hours of vomiting, stomach pain and diarrhoea. Only gets one star because they don't do lower.

Uninspiring place, food looked to be reasonably fresh, person serving reasonably helpful. Really only for if you are stuck and in need of urgent sustenance

This is a Subway, but it is also one of those little essential stores where you can get a bite to eat and sit down inside after a period of work; I have used this place several times. Great respite near the town centre. A welcome break away from the hussle and bussle. My personal score is 10/10.

Called in to subway hatfield . Didn't fancy cooking. Was about 6-30 on a Friday . Place was empty was served by a young lad . Told him what I wanted and how I wanted it ( steak and cheese not toasted but heated ) so he proceeded to ignore what I said. After telling him to stop and I repeated what I wanted he got it right and proceeded with attitude. I don't go here very often but when I do it is always different staff there but they are all prone to be unfriendly and aloof. I am no resigned to the fact that subway is off my list and I won't be visiting again in the near future

Visited one lunch with my husband. He ordered Nachos but there was no cheese left. So he ordered a salad bowl which they filled with plain lettuce and put two tomato slices on top, not bothering to ask what he actually wanted. He ended up giving up and ordering a sandwich. I had tuna, lettuce and olives in my sub and asked for some more olives but was told I already had enough. I said the whole point of Subway was that you got exactly what you wanted and asked again for extra olives. I was told the price margins wouldn't allow for it. So I asked for tomatoes, peppers, gherkins and onion- he said that was fine. So it was okay for me to have all that extra stuff but not some more olives?! I didn't even want the extras, I was just proving a point so I told him not to bother and ended up with a boring tuna, lettuce and about ten pieces of sliced olives. Plus, they never have any cookies. Awful awful place. Rude staff. And while we were there eating a homeless man walked in and started asking for some of my food. The staff never even came over to help.

this was a regular subway- there is a decent Amount of space here to eat and there was a decent 3 pound offer for lunch which made it worth it.

Always get a good service when I go into subway, the sub's are always tastey but if u go in there out side lunch time u can never get a cookie........ I like cookies!

Have eaten here quite a lot of times, and I must say the staff are the friendliest people you can meet. Always welcoming and friendly. The food is lovely and the Free refills on drinks is a bonus. Melissa is very helpful and always would go the extra mile for customers. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting lunch.

It's Subway. The sandwiches you can create from the ground up are amazing! Enough said. Or you could pick from the preselected sandwiches if that's your thing.

Food was okay. However, one of the staff was so cranky. Don't know why he was so pissed and we had to repeat our order twice.

We got accused of stealing the drinks even though it says ' free refills' and got kicked out. Food was good though

Vino para un desayuno envoltura, el pan integral era un poco extraño, pero era un desayuno bastante abundante, aléjate del café. Creo que el desayuno es un poco demasiado lejos para metro y se pegan más a los favoritos almuerzo donde se destaca en el mercado.

No está mal para un bocado rápido! Su personal tienen los pobres habilidades de comunicación necesitan mejorar en que, sin embargo, dicho esto sus sandwiches son agradables y recién hecho.
