Normally order burger meal from here almost every 2days or so decided to try something new The chicken was cold … the wings was outrageously tough couldn’t not even this very angry and fustrated had a reaction which lead to swollen tounge had to report to Deliveroo. Previous order before that burger meal wings missings chips cold honestly not happy AT ALL always spend with this shop hopefully they resolve this which I doubt ! VERY DISSAPOPINTED

Simply terrible, my burger bun was stale and the cheese had gone hard so must have been pre prepared and sat for a very long time. The ribs were in inedible, tough, over cooked no meat and crumbling bones. The wings were cold and mostly pink inside. All in all a terrible experience one I will never repeat and would urge people not to eat from here.

was given uncooked chicken that resulted in my mum having salmonella and it was a birthday meal for me that was absolutely ruined.

The food and delivery service was good. However, I wasn't aware that I had to give any kind of 'code' to the delivery driver....I've been using ' just eat' since it's beginnings and have never been asked for a code before. Having had a heated discussion with the delivery driver about it on my doorstep, he explained to me that it's a necessary thing these days from 'just eat' due to wrong deliveres and dishonesty.. I won't ever be using just eat again. I'll go directly with the vendors.

The food was lovely as usual but the staff were very busy and we are missing a piece of chicken and popcorn chicken which is for my son's birthday but maybe we can be looked after next time

Ordered from the wrong venue, wondered why the delivery driver was coming down the A1 😂! Then realised I messed up, Stevenage was shut. I thought this is going to be terrible, cold greasy because of the long delivery but NO 🤦🏽‍♂️! ABSOLUTE opposite, was piping hot, fresh, more chips than usual. I'll be honest, best favourite I've ever had and that's saying something. Apologised to the driver for the long delivery but tipped. I would 100% use you over our branch. Tried calling to give positive acknowledgement but couldn't get through. Nice one 👍🏽

Overall good experience with favourite chicken Hatfield branch. I ordered wrap meal it’s delicious and the food quality is excellent my colleagues like the fries overall very good quality.

Food is often undercooked, so always put it in oven for 15 minutes to make sure it's cooked through. What l don't like is delivery drivers walk in and go straight through to the cooking area with their outdoor clothes on, then chat away to staff, very unhygienic. Food is tasty after making sure it is cooked through. Staff friendly, but service hit and miss give priority to delivery drivers.

Shocking hygiene standards here, receive a burger bun with mould on it clear as day not sure how they managed to put this in my meal without noticing...saw another photo on here with mouldy food from four years ago and clearly they haven't learnt. This place should not be allowed to sell food as clearly there is no standards

Very unlike the business, as I've bought food from them many times and that is good. but was very upset by this evening and no real reason for the extra long delivery time.

Food turns up freezing cold. Items are missing you call them and politely ask that 2 are missing as we are local and to be told they are going to check there cameras. So besides ruining the order they also are accusing me of lying to them. Disgusting behaviour. 2nd time now they have made errors and denied it’s their error.

Awful shop, run by students who dont care. Placed an order, they forgot to put half the order in the bag. Tried 2 different numbers for them to rectify the issue. Neither of them work. Money down tge drain again. Chips were freezing. Oh and it always stinks of BO in the shop aswell. Filth

Ordered meal at 18.25, ETA for delivery was 19.05, it arrived at 19.48. Considering how long we waited. The food was stone cold!! The can of drink wasn’t even cold, as if the food and can had been sat. I called the restaurant who didn’t believe me so I had to drive myself to the restaurant to exchange the food. Unbelievable. The fact I paid for delivery and then wasted fuel money to have to go and exchange the whole order as they didn’t believe me. I will never order from here again!! AVOID!!!!!

Order was to be delivered at 4:20pm. Later revised to 5pm and the shop updated as delivered with a comment that said ENJOY YOUR MEAL. Yet the items were still in the shop. I called the shop and was told delivery was being assigned to a driver. Delivery only came to my door at 17:39pm. Food was cold. Not happy at all.

the food arrived COLD and LATE. I made 2 phone calls to fav chicken and got lied to and told to call back. Driver said nothing in away of a reason why and attitude was disgusting. I WILL NEVER USE FC&R AGAIN and i want a full refund returned to me.

Called and got told they are running behind to then get told after calling back again that the driver broke down. Got told they was refunding my money with no food. 3 unhappy kids. Went to collect my order for it to be wrong and he said he was adding more food yeah ok a few extra bits of chicken. We order all the time but usually order through there own online Web page but unfortunately this never works so you have to drivevto the shop to collect, So we used Just Eat that is unfortunately more expensive and we were short delievered 2 x Hot wings and a pot of Xhilli sauce, Tried calling and as usual they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

I ordered my food before 4.30pm on Wednesday 18th October app said delivery would be between 5.05pm and 5.25 it arrived sometime after 6pm stone cold and no apologies, my first phone call was to ask what the hold up was they said rain and visibility issues ! I politely suggested they hired a british driver as they were fine to drive in the rain. Following calls were not answered and up to now still no followup communication, the meal for one cost £16.36 pence the dog ate some the rest is in the bin ...The food looked nothing like the pictures it was a cold soggy mess the Chicken was very dry and flavourless and customer service even worse , just appalling...

After receiving a notification saying my food had been delivered and it hadn’t, I attempted to call the restaurant…… after 5 times it went to voicemail so I left a message canceling order, then 10 mins later the app updated saying the order had been delayed…… I call the restaurant again after 10 calls I get an answer by a very rude man who decided to have a go at me for cancelling my order then starts ranting at me in another language to then put the phone down on me.
