Everything was pretty good, but the miso soup was way too salty.

Was a bit cautious from ordering from this place as I’ve read mixed reviews. I can’t fault my order. Food arrived on time, only comment I will say is that my avocado nigiri fell apart, but apart from that, no complaints!

Absolutely awful and rude customer service, arrived over an hour late, person on the phone ended the call on me and spoke to me very rudely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They also did not deliver half our order and there was no apology.

Very long delivery for a couple of milkshakes - order also said it was delivered while the driver was still driving down my road!

The food arrived cold and was 1h30min late. Requested a partial refund but was told no. Their food was quality was ok but it arrived cold. Very disappointed with this restaurant

Warm sushi, which tasted quite bland. Cold curry that need heating up.

I have ordered here a few times. And for some unexplained reason today’s food was spicy. I don’t order spicy food. This was so hot for me I was in tears. I had to throw away the entire meal.

I rang after app said food was delivered. Was told it had just been picked up and would be with me "in 5 minutes ". 40 minutes later after another phone call was told delivery driver was going to 2 or 3 other customers also. 5 minutes later food arrived. As it was a mix of sushi rolls and curry with rice and soup, the sushi was warm and the hot food cold. Microwaved the hot food and it was edible but so disappointed that I can only judge food quality on that basis. won't be using them again.

Ordered a katsu curry x2 and some sushi today. Honestly it was awful. The delivery arrived 40 mins late. The chicken on the katsu curry was dry and chewy. End pieces burnt. The curry came with tasteless unseasoned rice, and the actual katsu curry sauce had an overbearing amount of what i could only describe as Indian garam masala, I could only taste cinnamon. Not at all authentic flavours of a katsu curry. Dragon roll was the same. The prawn tempura smelt of old oil. Dry couldn’t finish it. Total waste of £35.

Miso soup was terribly salty. The sushi was poor quality and very small in portion size. Sadly will not be ordering again.

The best sushi I’ve tried in the area. I’ve lived in Hatfield for 3 years and I was always disappointed when ordering sushi, but finally I ordered from this place! I’ll definitely be ordering again because I was very pleased with the quality of the food. The only thing I would say I don’t like it’s the lettuce inside of the boxes, I think it’s unnecessary. It makes it look nice but I just feel like it’s a hassle having the remove the lettuce pieces. Apart from that, everything was perfect :D

Food was nice but although we got soy sauce packets we could've done with some wasabi sachets as well. Other than that the restaurant is an asset to the area. 👌👍

Some of the worst sushi I have ever had! It arrived warm and some ever hot, as though they had been warmed or sat in the sun. What I could eat was chewy and bland, I would not order from here again.

Delicious food but no delivery updates

The food was well received and delivered on time. When I phoned the restaurant, the gentleman was very nice and polite. This is a great restaurant with quality service and food.

Service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Don't bother getting this delivered, go collect. They kept lying about how far away the driver was and kept forgetting what they said previously and didn't apologise when I called them on it.

It was 15 minutes late, and the food quality was really bad. This is not well made. The food was bland. The rice was mushy.

Food was over an hour late! Had to feed the kids crisps as they were so hungry waiting! So much rice on all the rolls, felt very stodgy, but the sashimi was really good. Over all was only ok, but the lateness was really too much

I found this gem of a place randomly while searching for a place to eat and I can confidently say that it's been worth it. Their food are always amazing and up to standard, sometimes even above and the f there was even a slight mistake it was always resolved immediately and efficiently. Tbh I'm quite confused by any negative reviews but I guess you can't please everyone though it'll be nice if they'd be given another chance. As a sushi lover this place is now my favourite place ever and I believe I'll be a long time customer for years to come yet. Great work guys👌🏾... Fatima

Placed an order for 3 shakes and 3 waffles! The waffles were warmish and the shakes watery plus the delivery was 45 minutes late ! Suffice to say i will not be ordering from them again !

I ordered at 18:15, and the order still hasn’t be delivered 1hr 50 minutes later. When ordered it stated that the time of delivery would be between 18:45-19:05 and then this changed to 19:10-19:30 and this has still not been updated. We have rang the store at 19:45 and they have said the driver had only left the store 10 minutes ago. I would not have ordered from this shop if I knew it would have taken this long. I am incredibly unhappy with this service.

Ordered the Veggie Tofu Ramen via just eat. Description is: Large bowl of noodle with bean sprouts, pakchoi, spring onions, fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, soya sauce, pickled egg, fresh chilli served with soup stock. What I got was: Pot of soup stock Pot with noodles, some chillies, spring onions, a couple of bean sprouts and five little cubes of Tofu. Where was the rest? The egg? The mushrooms? The pakchoi? I spent £10.95 on this Nowhere near large either. Absolute rip-off. Won't be ordering from there again.

Don't bother ordering a takeaway unless you want to wait and hour and a half for it! Cold when got here and sent wrong drink. Uber delivery driver also appalling service so don't use them either. No apology for being late and asked if this was the house that ordered?

Food was expensive and really bad quality. The salmon in the sushi was definitely not fresh and tasted not right. The food delivery was also very late and they didn't even acknowledge my special notes in the order. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

First time ordering and have to say the ice cream sundaes are a let down! A mr whippy from the ice cream man are bigger! Really not impressed especially with delivery being over 30 minutes late and no answer at all from the restaurant when I tried to call them over the course of the 30 minutes. We were convinced they weren’t going to turn up! Will not use again!

The best place for sushi’s. The staff were very friendly and responsible. The place was hygienic and the food was amazing.

Pretty poor quality. Called 4 times to find where it was. Don’t bother.

Food was over two hours to deliver. No updates from restaurant, had to ring three times to chase. Kept being told 20 minutes but it was 2 hours! Shame as the food is good but they’ve also reduced the amount you get.

i got 2 of the big sushi deals and they gave the same sushi even tho we asked for 2 different types. we spent over £30 and it was not worth it since they only gave us a few bits of sushi

Awful staff and service, hanging up the phone mid call. Lying that they left my food at the door, they didn't take accountability for their delivery man and said to solve my issue with uber eats ( uber eats app clearly specified the restaurant staff will deliver...) Uber eats' agent tried contacting them and unsurprisingly no one picked up. I hope your children starve as I did while waiting for your food. If you hate your job do us a favour and quit.

Ordered food and nothing arrived, but they have taken money and confirmed the order. No answer on phone and the email address doesn't work, emails are returned. Hungry and no dinner. Bad. Thought I would give them another go after a disappointing meal when they first opened but shouldn't have bothered 👎

Such a shame: the cold sushi was quite decent, but anything deep-fried had an overwhelming taste of old rancid oil. Such an easy thing to fix, and it would instantly make the food enjoyable.

Food was late took 2 hours on a Monday,sushi wasn’t fresh the salmon and tuna nigiri was slimy, tuna was dry looking and black, salmon also had bones in it, the crunchy rolls were ok but not made very well just fell apart. Waste of £45 not worth it

This has been the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The sushimi smelled like it’s been cooked with a gas torch, the miso soup tastes like beef stock, the rice in the sushi was dry and making the sushi not stick together. The shrimp in the dragon roll was tasting like it’s been cooked in overused oil. I have just spent £25 on a takeaway that I need to throw away…

Awful. Sushi was fallen apart and lukewarm, didn’t taste fresh whatsoever. Gyozas worst I’ve ever tasted. Waffle I could’ve done a better job myself. Rip off. Hate leaving bad reviews and it’s rare I’ll do it but needed to be done on this occasion

I love the salmon teriyaki! Nice packaging really thorough cause I ordered miso soup as well. The miso soup was okay but could have been warmer i guess? Also a little bland if not for the salted egg. I will order again because the Salmon teriyaki is really nice imo

Awful food. Customer service nice, but not great. Worst sushi I have ever had. Not a dine in for comfort so if you do order, make it takeaway. Please save yourselves and order sushi anywhere else. Refused to give me a tap water as well.

The food is good but I don't understand why the mayo on the sushi. Why? Not everyone likes mayo. You should put it aside. Like the soya sauce.

Service and delivery really good (came 10 minutes early). Sushi was good, but could have come with some dipping sauce like soy sauce. Veg Fritters lacked seasoning, but were fried well. I received an extra capri sun, thank you for that! I will definitely order again.

Perhaps the food would have been better if it were not extremely cold. The non tempura based food was quite delicious, but the tempura was quite soggy and cold. I'm not sure why it was so late but everyone was very nice and respectful when I called, and the delivery person as well was very pleasant and polite. I will likely give them the benefit of the doubt and try ordering again in the future.

Delivery took two hours. Sushi and Katsu curry were okay but the fried rice bites were soggy and powdery. I think the menu is a bit hit and miss.

I can understand teething problems leading to delayed orders to customers. But actively lying to customers - saying food is out for delivery 4 TIMES when it certainly wasn't is unacceptable. Please learn to manage your customers expectations and be upfront with them if there is a delay. Sadly I will not be a customer here again.

Just wasted money on food which is inedible. Is about as authentic as a knock off Gucci bag from eBay. Beef was boiled and all tendon and inedible, it smelled stale and was so tough that it couldn’t be eaten. Rice was hard and came with this weird watered down soy sauce. Sushi was covered with mayo to cover the fact that they put a few tiny slithers of salmon in. Some pieces were a lot small than others. Won’t be ordering again. Disgusting food and most of all it arrived late. Real dodgy place and weird food… avoid if you can.

I see great potential in this place. Had chicken gyozas and cucumber maki. Both were amazing quality and taste. The gyozas were crispy and the dipping sauce was amazing with it. The sushi wasn't mushy or stale, amazing and fresh, yet to try the raw salmon dishes. I do want to say the service is something to work on but it is a new restaurant and that all just come with time and experience, Although the ordering and service is abit poorer than the actual food itself i feel they will become and amazing restaurant in future and im excited to order more in the future.
