The best restaurants in Watford East of England

Great atmosphere, can play pool/darts and can see a tv from any seat, perfect for sports and the staff are lovely. Guinness is amazing in there 😍

Order pizzas on the 8th of February the pizzas never been delivered they charged 36.98pounds and still the refund didn't came through I call them they keep saying there's is no transaction with that amount!!

So disappointed. I dont know what has happened to the food. We order regularly, but in recent weeks the chow mein has been dry and tasteless, i had to add lots of seasoning, soy sauce and srirarcha. Previously it has been gorgeously flavoursome. I just dont know whats gone wrong here.. change if chef??

The staff were very welcoming and made the experience enjoyable. The food came out hot and the presentation was superb. I have already recommended to my friends and family to go and have a great experience like myself. Thank you to the staff and chefs for making a lovely meal experience for me.

I love this place it's so nice and I usually go there.

The staff was rude, and the tables are hideous. The chicken inside the bibimbap was hard like it's a left-over for at least 3 days, and the vegetables had a weird taste like it's already rotten. Worst experience ever, it ruined my evening! My best hope now is not to get diarrhea tonight.

6 months on from my last feedback.... this place has improved. Food quality is much better, I can notice that. Staff are polite and considerate. Good place to take kids for a meal. You can request NO spice or hot sauces on the meals or on the side, which makes it easier for children. Thank you

I had to reorder as my first order was wrong, and the second one came without sauces.

Do not order delivery from this branch. They can't get one thing right. Continously missing items in the bag. Absolutely useless.

Didn’t receive the correct order and then was refused a refund

I had a disappointing experience at this Marks & Spencer location. While I was at the checkout, I quickly asked a staff member (who I later found out was the manager) where I could find corn cakes. Without even checking or offering to help, she simply said, “We don’t sell that here.” I trusted her answer and continued with my purchase. To my surprise, just minutes later, my friend found the corn cakes in the store. I went back, frustrated, only to be told again that the person I asked was the manager. If that’s the level of service a manager provides — not knowing their own stock and not even trying to assist — perhaps the position should be reconsidered. Customer service should be helpful and informed, not dismissive. Very disappointing. Friday 11/4 at 6:16pm

i come here with my family often and our lovely waitress Priya recommend the bottomless sesame option to me and just wow! would absolutely come here again for it. service was incredible and fast. 10/10 experience thank you tgi!

I popped in recently and had a brilliant time! The food was on point, especially the Chopped Avocado & Bacon—everything from the taste to the presentation was spot on. Maryann was super friendly, which made the experience even better. I’m looking forward to trying one of the pizzas next time. Overall, a great spot with fab service!
