McDonald's in Watford

Done their usual trick of having a big order, 8 meals, only to get home which is a 20 minutes drive away to find one of the burgers was missing. When will I learn!!!

Every time I get food delivered through the app, there is something missing, and when you contact customer service thay only refund you 1/2 the amount of the missing items.

Well, it's Macdonald, quick food, and does taste nice after having after a long time. Plenty of seats and parking available on first come , first gets. Also has a drive-in.

What can I say it is a Mac D Good if you low on money

Waited at the drive through for 50 minutes in the queue. Shocking service and 0 explanation for such awful service.

Waiting time is around 5-10 min with a table service

Is it a requirement for your staff to be this bad? I have never received a full order from you, something it’s either missing or wrong. Worst place ever. It doesn’t take that much skills to send out food, lazy people.

I’m fuming missing my food as I ordered online and no answer when I call to try get money back or for them to send it out what a joke !!!!

Slow slow slow This drive through is one of the worst the ques are massive inside and out delivered seem to take priority and you have totally lost what your meant to be fast food you lose 30 mins of your life every time you use this drive through and it's now over priced Have stopped using now which can I my be a good thing for my health so thank you for being useless you have forced a lifestyle change

Had breakfast and tea here today as we went to Harry Potter World. It was very good

The burger meat was not so fresh, it was quite dry. Fries were good and ice cream was also good.

The restaurant where you can get melted ice cream, cheeseburger without cheese, and lots more.

Business as usual. Quick and tasty.

I didn't give McDonalds 4 star review Would only give - 1 after giving me someone else half used coffee which was returned by other customer who was given wrong coffee, only realised when i got home felt sick after i took a swig

Ordered twice within 2 hours, both times missing majority of items. Called up and manager was a complete idiot with no idea what was happening. They employ absolute thick heads down there.

Don't normally go to this McDonald's as it's on a busy road and has quite a small car park. Drive through can get busy and obstructs car park as well. It wasn't too busy inside on this visit although still people waiting for food. Ordered from table, food was brought and then realised an item was missing. No problem getting it when we realised.

It is good, but I would say if you get a large order, don't use Mcdonald's drive thru. They always get in wrong or miss things when I've used it! Go in side and order,and on busy days, the drive thru blocks up the car park. It is a Mcdonalds all the same food. It big inside, so you can always get a table. As like most Mcdonald's , it seems the pick-up drivers are always rude , pushing in and rude to staff about how long it's taking.

went in sunday evening and had a lovely meal with a friend and then we ordered a couple of pies. the pies were out of date and when complained the bloke started moan at me, all i wanted was 2 hot pies, in the end he said he would replace them but the replacements were cold. Never coming here again staff need some training on customer service

EVERY SINGLE TIME WE HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ~ IT IS ALWAYS WRONG. ITEMS ARE MISSING, WRONG ITEMS ARE DELIVERED, FOOD IS COLD. ONE OF THE WORST FOOD CHAINS. TELEPHONED THE LOCAL BRANCH A MILLION TIMES FROM WHERE THE DELIVERY CAME FROM ~ AND LO AND BEHOLD ~ NOBODY ANSWERED ~ APPEARS THAT ALL THE STAFF ARE NOT ONLY INCOMPETENT, BUT ARE ALSO DEAF ~ HA, HA, HA

Convenient place to eat with drive through.

It's the only mcds that I've been to where the order is correct and not cold

Thanks for offering me chicken nuggets instead of the chicken selects that were supposed to be in there... It's even written on the box... Beyond disappointing.

Ordered 3 basic meals, 20 mins wait time, apparently uber eats take priority over eat in guests. Order 9 nuggets get 6, come on guy, simple maths.

Woman wouldn’t let me order without interrupting me. Burger was overcooked and dry but chips and nuggets were good. Staff should be taught how to interact with customers as they seem to think they can guess what I’m going to order?

Worst McDonalds in Watford if you want to drive through. Too often the food is cold when you get it. Gave this place another try yesterday cos I couldn’t be bothered to drive to the next one a bit further down. Had to wait for ages for the food and yet again the burger was stone cold.

Quick, hot and tasty take outs!

Ordered 4 double cheese burgers through the drive through, waited 5 mins before bring told to park my car and wait. Mcdonalds is no longer fast food when burgers aren't ready. No longer cheap and not at all worth it. This is the way Mcdonalds is going around the country.

Couldn't find a seat anywhere as full if groups of pre teens

Awful. If I could give a zero I would. Food was cold, stale, tasted strange. Ate a few chips, left the rest. A few hours later was hit with the worst spell of food poisoning for 24 hours. Avoid. Will never eat from there again.

Absolutely shocking. Drive thru orders parked up galore. Finally received my order. No straw for my drink.no napkins to clean up and food stone cold. Outrageous

March Saturday evening around 7 pm. Looked efficient - wasn't, took 10 - 15 minutes to present our eat-in order and items were missing.

Just like any other MacD, Best thing, they have tablets for kids to play...

My so called chocolate milkshake didn't taste like chocolate AT ALL it was vanilla my large fries were a medium size portion in a large size box even though I complained that my portion size wasn't what I got the last time I ordered there so I won't be going there anymore 😡😡

Went through the drive through a quick and easy way to grab a burger

We have visited your branch after having some exercise at near park . My son has spilled the juice but lovely Zina took care of everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Will visit again, hopefully no more accidents.

Think the server at the drive thru had fallen asleep as sat for ages waiting to make order and no it wasn't busy we was the only ones there at the time we drove in.

Great place. Dine in ,drive through and take away available pretty fast service on all 3 options. Decent parking spaces. Disabled parking also available. Directly exits to St Albans Road and longspring roads. Spacious diner.

Majority of the staff on the drive thru are great, there's been a couple of people who could do with a tad more training but there's always the majority who are in good spirits and helpful.

We were just passing through on a Saturday lunchtime. Very impressed at the quick service , we ordered by the app and by the time we had walked round from the car park the food was ready. The food was hot and looked good rather than just thrown together. Just wish our local McDonald's was as good and we lived closer. Great service

I popped in for a quick bite to eat whilst out and about. Ordering was quick, collecting my food easy and in no time I was consuming my meal. I would recommend this fast food choice to anyone who needs sustenance whilst in a hurry or on the move.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to! I have lost count the amount of times I have had stuff missing from my order with them. Wether it be drive through or most of all delivery. Shame coz it's my local and the kids love a McDonald's

Got our drive through order wrong twice!!! We went back the first time as they forgot to put stuff in .. then when we drove off and opened the plain hamburger they'd added cheese slives- not great for a child with dairy allergies!

Took 30 min to give food over too busy serving staff on breaks and delivery drivers

Food came rather quickly, but the fries and nuggets had been sitting there a while as if they'd been kept warm.

It is what it is.. I only stopped to get a drink!! There is not enough information regarding drinks outside, so I had to rely on staff knowledge.

Bit of a wait in the drive thru but service was good, was met with a lad who apologised for the wait, checked to see if everything was approved by us before paying and then he noticed the box of kruspy cream doughnuts on my lap. We offered him one but said he had to decline any food from customers. So, Homer Simpson, if you're reading this, we forgot to met you at clock off but we won't forget, we owe you that doughnut! Cheers mate, you made the wait worth while and made the experience one to remember 👍😁

Lovely service, decent smile and very warm welcome via drive through. Well packaged and nothing missing. The only negative was that the fries didn't feel fresh and crispy otherwise one of the nicest MC's around.

We had a pretty bad experience at this McDonalds. The food was cold and messily put together. The service was very slow and unfriendly. The drinks were very watery, the restaurant was not clean and the cleaner kept using the same cloth without rinsing, it for cleaning the trays and tables. Due to our experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Long wait in drive thru but other wise great !

The food is standard McDonald's food so little to add here, on the good side service is usually fast with relatively quick wait times, and the down side this seems to be thw hang out for a few young groups and can feel intimidating at times. I've been alone and with young children and each time there appears to be something starting involving a teenage group, it's a shame because as I say the staff and service is good

It's mcdonalds what more can you say really. The drive thru can be slow at times I'd recommend double checking your order before you leave but other than that it's fine.

Miscommunication between staff, they filled the tray too full so the chips fell on the floor, the cleaner told me to go to the counter and they'll offer me new fries, they did not offer me new fries instead told me not to worry the cleaner will clean it up

Good service at the till. Someone must of complained in the past as the staff were directed to serve straight away. Good attitude and quick food delivery. Well done all. Keep it up. A big thank you to the team.

Toiletten waren ronduit smerig. Er was zelfs geurineerd in de wasbak. Er kwam een personeelslid urineren en die liep gewoon weg.

I ordered 2 meals and went to collect my food ,they made me wait more than half an hour and upon asking one of the shift manage whose name was MONIKA, that how long it gonna take ,she rudely replied ''i have got two hands''. Her behaviour really shocked me and was not acceptable at all

This is the place where i get caffe past 3 years and food for my kids an famely one day I parked very early morning for more then 90mintis i hed sleeping disorders I thought better have a Caffè and breakfast befor I get to work I end up 100£ fine for staying from 5am is discrase..

Very very very poor management I did order from drive-through confirm my order 3 time still have it . It happened before so I check on the window of it was wrong asked me to in waiting parking . So I have my order come home again it was wrong other even I confirmed when she bring my food to the car ! It’s absolutely ridiculous management

On the way home from an apmt just past lunch time we really fancied a Mc's so we called into St Albans Rd branch, first time in months It was really clean and tidy and the usual quick service, but you do have to order food via the auto menu and pay as you enter.

Waited ages for food order. When it handed over there were burgers missing from the bag. Had to wait ages for the missing food. By the time it arrived it all the other food was freezing cold. Given a warm set of chips when I complained the food was cold. Be warned deliveroo orders take priority over everyone else. The staff were more concerned with getting these orders ready than customers waiting at the counter. Will never be going back there again food was hardly edible. Used the drive through, great service , smooth experience

Everytime I order from this McDonald's they get my order wrong and leave items out. I've just reordered twice (having to pay for delivery twice) and they've still managed to leave out what I asked for. The receipts on the bags don't even contain the right items. Phoning the restaurant to make a complaint is pointless because they don't answer the phone. Also my Big Mac looks like they threw the lettuce into the box from the other side of the kitchen whilst blindfolded.
