Didn’t receive the correct order and then was refused a refund

Is like the tenth time my order missing items /wrong items ….

Took an age to deliver and food was stone cold...POOR!!!

after over an hour of waiting for our food, we went up to McDonalds (which is less than a 5min walk away), McDonalds said the driver had already collected the food, the driver arrived half an hour after our enquiry at McDonalds. Terrible service, didn't put the 20 nuggets I ordered. They added 12 and when I asked them they put more in but it was still only 17 so I had to go up again. And my w patties on my big Mac was put together on the first layer. Didn't layer the burger right

ordered a diet coke and they gave me a strawberry milkshake. asked for no pickles on my burger and they gave me loads :( otherwise everything else was fine

Whether the drive was doing he was late the time kept changing on your app when the food arrived it was cold. There is items missing as well.

The driver was 3 doors from my house I was waving to him it took. He called couldn’t speak English and it took him 12 minutes of me being on the phone because he drove off. When he eventually arrived food was cold. Food not even in insulated bag. In a carrier bag. Delivery let it down massively

Missing items every time you order.

It said it’s been delivered it never even come to my house said it was at mc Donald’s for over an hour and it never came. I have never seen this kind of delivery it is horrible don’t order from here.

There’s a guy that works here called Matt and he is really kind and loves his job. His service is really fast and good and my friends order was mistaken and he went and redid it in seconds.This is the best employee I have come across and more employees should be like him.

The time for delivery has changed numerous times and even now it's still getting later. Absolutely awful and it would appear I can't even cancel it. I was honestly quite shocked at how bad this McDonald’s is. I tried ordering at the self-service kiosk, but the touchscreen only worked if I pressed down really hard. I wanted to pay in cash and needed a printed order number as I struggle to verbalise my order due to my autism. This usually allows me to just hand over the ticket and cash without having to speak much. But the machine was out of paper, so I had no choice but to go to the counter. When I got to the till, I struggled to say my order and stumbled a bit, again due to my autism. Instead of being patient or understanding, the staff member serving me just snapped, “What?” and gave me a rude stare. I work in customer service myself, and I found this quite shocking. If I couldn’t hear or understand a customer, I would never respond like that. Instead, he could have said something like, “Sorry, what was that?” or “Didn’t get that, sorry, mind saying it again?” and all of it in a lighter and polite tone, it’s just basic respect. The only positive was that the food didn’t take long. But 2 of my Mayo Chicken burgers were poorly wrapped and completely squashed, falling apart in my bag and making a mess I had to clean up myself. Overall, between the faulty machines, the lack of basic customer service and the careless food preparation, this was a really disappointing experience.

Disappointed that one happy meal took so long to arrive and it was incorrect when it arrived. We asked for chicken nuggets and were given mozzarella sticks instead.

The delivery man was not so friendly or polite and the food was messed up and it looked like it had been shaken on the route. Mcdonald's rarely disappoints so the disappointment seems to be due to carelessness in delivery.
