The best restaurants in Thurrock East of England

delivery due 8.15, arrived 8.50 despite phone call to chase.

Service is very bad and staff is very rude, table is very dirty nobody clean the table

Wouldn't recommend,we've been asked to leave because my wife had a redbull bought from another shop ,just stupid thing

Served by a very friendly waitress Ola, but sadly the service was poor, the food wasn't that hot when it arrived, the desert menu wasn't fully available, the three things we chose, they had run out of so was offered to order from 4 other items. The length of time between each course was over 40 mins and the very few diners in their at the time we were eating had finished their meals and gone, which left us, a party of 6 and possibly two other tables, which didn't explain the length of time waiting. Sadly won't be returning their. Had a much better experience in the one which used to be the Dick Turpin pub.

Amazing staff and great food as always. Could not fault the place. Always well looked after and always have a good time here.

We booked a table for a birthday with 18 people I was surprised how efficient and quickly we were served , all he starters came out together as well as the mains and desserts , staff were brilliant , 18 very impressed and happy diners

We visited on Friday night. 6 adults ready to eat BIG. Numerous waitresses walked past ignoring us without even as much as a smile or a hello. After 10 minutes we gave up and took our business across the road. Shameful way to run a business! It wasn't even that business empty tables all over the venue.

Worst Sunday roast I've ever had! What a disappointment. Meat was dry and tough. Potatoes was over cooked. Stuffing undercooked. Will not be returning here.

The young girl who works there it was Tuesday 28th in morning early is amazing customer service is second to none the manger man is also very nice the best costs to go to in this area lovely staff

To be waited upon is a luxury that working class people feel uncomfortable about. But you can get used to it ! 😃 top quality food and top quality service . Enough said

We had an amazing family! We had a long time waiting for a bigger table as it was busy . Staff handled very well, and the service was fantastic! I'm a bit fussy on vegetables, l ate it all.

Ordered tandoori chicken and pilau rice, bit into metal staples??? Extremely unsafe. Not sure how something like that ends up in food
