Our Server Katie was amazing. She was super friendly and went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Katie was super friendly and very accommodating.

Mother’s Day treat. What a joke. Service was appalling. 5 people - one starter was incorrect so waited ages for the correct one. One main came out cold. Complained and gave up waiting after 25 minutes. Told the manager in no uncertain times what I felt. Paid the reduced bill and left.

Amazing experience and great service / food. Can’t criticise anything. The manager was amazing with my wife’s nut allergy needs. Our server Emma was very attentive to our tables’ needs.

This place never fails us. 5 out of 5. Food fantastic, service wonderful and would recommend it to anyone as atmosphere was lovely. Special note for Arshad as our service was very professional.

Lost for words how the kitchen could let this plate leave the kitchen. Side Salad on shrimp starter looked like it had been left out bad for days , DISGRACEFUL! Side salad on the food, tasted like it hadn’t even been washed! … put us all of our food! Put me off visiting that branch again! Over priced & small portions than the past. I wouldn’t waste your money , go somewhere else.

Hadn't been here for a while and wish we hadn't bothered. From start to finish seat wasn't attached to base moved and jarred my back,slow service not given all the menus, prices were ridiculous and portion sizes smaller than previous visits. No atmosphere, staff were flat not attentive, had to ask to order, for sauces,refills,bill. Won't be back

Had an amazing night out over the weekend at TGI Fridays Lakeside Retail Park with my family. Was served by Gemma who gave us great friendly service all night and was so attentive despite a busy restaurant. Would definitely come back here and recommend for families

Came for an early dinner after visiting a local trampoline park and had a great time. Disappointed at the cost of the meal - was much more expensive than I was expecting - certainly feels like their prices have gone up a lot - but this is why I was grateful for our lovely server Ben helping us maximise our ‘stripes’. Came in on Monday for late lunch/ early dinner and Jacob looked after us and was amazing! Was politely asked to leave feedback and I must say z Jacob is very attentive and great as a worker! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Today we went out for 5th birthday shopping and kids wanted TGI. they literally have nothing on the menu that we could eat that wasn’t fried, sauced or healthy and would not offer any adaptation to help us out. We had to leave and eat elsewhere…… shocked!!!! Not even a salad on the menu 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️. Their new menu is awful. No apology or anything just let us walk out.

Ordered Ultimate FULL rack ribs - which is their biggest portion. Without any announcing that they don’t have that got on table half rack bbq ribs without telling that this is wrong order.
