Coffee was extra hot they mixed up the order service it was 3 girls

This is NOT drive through and breakfast items advertised are not all available

Service ok, the girls a very nice, coffee also ok but the croissant is at least 1 day old I wouldn't sell it to a dog

Very friendly employees, especially a man called Smithan who provided great customer service and delivered the drink to absolute perfection. Very welcoming atmosphere, 100% will come back.

Went today had two ladies working in there, one was lovely, friendly and helpful , unfortunately the black haired woman was the totally opposite, had the expression that would turn the milk sour. My partner said excuse me when he had to stretch over her to get a bun ,she never acknowledged him and gave me a very dirty look. I don't know if it was because it was 20 mins until closing time but she started to behave like Basil Fawltey, banging the chairs and tables and making such a racket, didn't say thank you to a lady who opened the door for her, when she did serve a customer ,not once did she smile at them. She actually made us feel so uncomfortable that we hurried our food and drinks and left The simplest of things seemed to annoy her. Won't be going in there again. She needs some customer service training.

Great hot chololate & good pot of tea.

Always stop here. Good food. Tried the chocolate brownie frame. Yuk. Just my opinion.

Overall good food! But Their menu suggests you can customise your drink with ice but when you ask for that they said they can't. That makes no sense

10 minutes before closure, my (pregnant) wife was sat at a table and they literally took it away without saying a word. Fair enough you wanna clear up & close, but don't take your customers table away from them during business hours, pretty bad service.

Went here yesterday, young girl behind the counter said she could not take my costa card as i was buying crisps and cakes, i thought this must be a new rule. Went to a different Costa today to be told i was given incorrect information yesterday and costa cards can be used for any purchase.

Good service great coffee I love the place. Still need a bit more space to move around comfortably..but it's a nice little place

The staff are so lovely and polite. I made a mistake when I ordered (I wanted iced instead of hot) and the woman kindly rectified it. Tasted so good and wasn’t afraid to ask to clarify what milk I wanted (which I really appreciated). Also in 30deg weather the air con is 10/10!!

Popped in for a coffee and quick sandwich for lunch, had 50% off sandwiches, great steal!

More staff needed at busy times

Not happy - Popped in for a spot of lunch and hot drink. First thing that hit us was a horrible dirty cloth smell throughout the whole venue. It seemed dirty in certain spots as we sat down and looked around. I was made to feel uncomfortable when asking where the trays were. With a smug smile and raised eyebrows, her body language said it all. We felt we had to eat and drink quickly to get away from the dirty smell. It started to make us feel ill. No comfortable atmosphere at all and sadly we will not be using that venue again when shopping in that area.

Ordered a Cappuccino through Uber Eats and was sent Hot Chocolate.

Natasha was so friendly, warm, professional and helpful. I wanted to pray in the lakeside prayer room and before this I need to do ablution/wash which causes splashes and strange looks in standard public toilets. Natasha was so accommodating and let me use the mop after my ablution in the private costa toilet. This meant alot to me. She re-heated my partner's green tea too and makes amazing hot chocolate. She is so helpful and an asset to her team. Her exceptional customer service and friendly attitude makes me want to return to this store. Lovely person and I left with such happiness & a pleasant experience. Thank you Natasha and to her wonderful team too who were also friendly and acknowledged me.

Main coffee machine wasn't working which caused a bit of a queue, otherwise was served with a smile.

Service fast, tables cleaned, clementine cake lovely. Staff friendly.

Nice Costa, defo a haven and an oasis in the middle of a retail park. Nice friendly and helpful service. Enjoy my visit and will and do return 👍

What a nice friendly shop, staff are fantastic and super helpful. Takeaway food was piping hot and our hot chocolate drinks were perfect. I've been in several Costa Coffee shops but this was definitely the best one. If you're over Lakeside and fancy a bite to eat and a drink I'd definitely recommend this outlet, they also have eat in aswell as takeaway. 👍

Litle confusion with entrance but very good personal

I came today 15/08/2021 at this Costa coffee and have to say that I am very pleased with staff and the service but especially with the trainee Aaron who made me the most amazing double macchiato. I am very fussy with my coffee but I have to say he SMASHED IT. Thank you Aaron.

A Strict approach to current covid 19 rules of lining up and ordering but, only 3 customers at a time. Unable to sit in and no use of w.c shelves well stocked though but, not much choice for vegetarians. Dont agree with Costa pricing switch them around by charging sit in price for take away and vice versa when option 2 is not applicable at present. Pre lockdown....a nice place to sit and have a coffee with friends and family with a good range of refreshments and eats.

Tables not being cleaned. Staff not monitoring the situation at all or the customers waiting. No where near as good as our local one. LOTS of people not wearing masks or social distancing.

Nice little coffee shop, coffee is delicious, nice range of snacks. Please be aware they are following the current covid guidelines so social distancing and masks apply if you want the tax exemption being offered you have to "eat in" the discount does not apply to "take away", you do not have to wear the mask at a table.

Not the best Costa I've been to, service at the till wasnt great, staff seemed to struggle at taking my order, asked to be seated in and got a paper cup with a not so great coffee. Not the best but I needed a coffee and a sit down with my baby

It's a Costa, so it's pretty self explanatory. I describe it as consistently average coffee. For the price, it does the job!

I absolutely love Costa's ask my husband lol! The Grays shopping centre one is my favourite as there are a couple of members of staff that will go above and beyond to help!

The usual coffee shop let down by poor toilet facilities. One accessible unisex cubicle to share between all customers. Up to six people queuing at the time of my visit.

I come here weekly with a class of teenagers with learning disabilities. It has always been welcoming and accomodating.

Pleasant and good staff, this Costa is clean good facilities and has outside seating. A plasant oasis amongst large retail outlets.

A very busy shop with a small amount of seating. Looking a little bit tired and worn inside. Staff were friendly but seemed in machine mode due to the que they had. Front door needs fixing. Broken and wedged on one side. Apart from that the coffee was great.

Regular Costa except the cleanliness, they have to improve on it a lot.

Friendly busy staff but ensuring your visit is pleasant, however the interior is a little run down and could well do with a refurb. The location is great and definitely worth visiting.
