Very rude staff the meat was burned and tasted awful and got a completely different thing than what I ordered total waste of money Avoid this place

Dry chicken. This was disappointing. I had the Chicken Suvlaki that came with pitta, fries, salad and pot of sauce. All the other items were good, apart from the chicken which was very dry. It was that dry that it couldn't be slid off the skwers, it had to be torn off. I think this had been sitting around for some time as it was served very quickly after ordering. I did see them putting fresh kebabs onto a griddle and thought they were for me, so cooked to order (I would happily waited) but then thought they must already had some cooking as got mine quick, but after sitting down and wrestling with the chicken I realised it was far from fresh. it is a shame as I normally get the Yeeros which is cooked on a typical kebab spit that you would see doner kebab meat on and I'd sliced to order and stays moist, but this time I thought I'd try something else. That was a mistake. I won't be returning as think it is quite rude to serve this poor quality food up, they know that it isn't fresh. I suspect it was a carry over from the lunch rush. Either way, it was poor.

Is supposed to be a fast food. Ask me to wait almost one hour, to get the food.

It taste so healthy and fresh. That ists even got me dreaming about it. 10/10.

Tried Grilled to Gorgeous Yeeros, Simply Grilled Suvlaki and Kids Chick'n Meal. Enjoyed the food, freshly made and tasty, also Lakeside Sizzled has a nice seating area. Will visit again.

One of the best Greek food places been to. The food is amazing and never disappointed me. The male staff that works there is one of the most friendliest person but there is a woman who seems moody and always seems to rush me but other than that I go there quiet a lot and will definitely go again and again.

Food is always amazing! Come here a lot, one of the best Greek foods around. The man is always nice but the women are always quite rude. Asked for salt and she had such an attitude about it.

Wrap was nice, some chicken was nice and juicy some was dry. Chips were very dry and not very nice at all. Was given orange juice when I ordered apple juice

The food is lovely. We order frequently, and are always pleased with the food tasting. The only thing is that they always add onion regardless of the notes we add when ordering.

We love the XL Chicken grilled in heaven, but the last 3 times we tried to order it was not available. One time we ordered other food, the last two times no food. We may try again and move forward for the next time. Regards

I'm Greek and never have I ever got anything that is close to what the grilled pita's and yeeros are like in Greece until I had one at lakeside. Visiting from Canada and really like the food and would even consider franchising out in Canada.

Barely any chicken and not fresh at all!

Apparently not gluten free. Was told that nothing was gluten free. All chicken was marinated in wheat starch. However the website states gluten free options. I suppose if its just a salad? Very strange for a kebab type place. My food was OK would of liked more chicken in my wrap. Alot of sauce. My other half had to go over to five guys as their meat doesn't contain gluten.

Ridiculously small portions for pork Souvlaki wrap, I would say I've been served kids portion ...It's a complete joke... Grilled vegetables were not grilled enough ... Poor experience

I didn't get what i ordered, rather disappointes with the food, decor and furniture is old and tattered, overall a poor experience, i would not reccomend to others

Cold, heated food from previous night. Didn't enjoy the food very much.

Lovely little food place, excellent service. The gentleman who served us was very patient as we were not familiar with the food on offer and he was very informative. The wraps and chips we ordered were absolutely delicious and very tasty. The portion size was generous. A very pleasant place to sit in and eat.

Ordered online via Uber eats. Food was tasty however half of the order was missing and apparently it wasn't eligible for refund. Unbelievable.

The Pita Yeeros (Wrap) was nice, but the Greek Salad was a DISASTER: Huge chunks of tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers, which wouldn't fit your mouth! Even though it tasted good... Would come again, but not for the salad.

Great grilled chicken and salad.

They served raw chicken to me, which I only noticed half way through my second bite. When I showed them they looked at it threw it in the bin and made me another and said sorry. No recognition for the severity of the raw chicken and the possible effects of eating that or any explanation as to how it happened. I wouldn't come here again

Great tasting food and good portion size. Wasn't busy when we went and waited 5 mins for food. Also sell bottles of beer and wine.

The food is very tasty and good value, particularly the soft drinks. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Evita was incredibly helpful and even though it was absurdly busy (mid-day on a Sunday) she took the time out to help myself and my elderly mother. The food was great and in all honesty: reasonably priced for the quality of it. Definitely coming back again. Thanks again to Evita

Horrible food. Horrible staff. Halloumi burger was just bread, onions with a tiny thin slice of halloumi which covered half the burger with 2 over done burnt mushrooms. Tried to tell staff this, one said he'd never had it - I don't care. The others just looked at me like I had 3 heads. Not 1st time I not been happy with their service. Still went back and yet again a waste of my money. Never again and I wouldn't recommend. Staff are unfriendly, rude and just not nice.

Loved the food here. Greek pitas, gyros etc. It is a mall style food court rather than a proper restaurant but great for a quick bite.

Never again!🤮 The chicken was raw in parts. Chips were dry. Dips were just tasteless. When I complained, about the chicken, the man shrugged his shoulders and walked away, continuing his chat with another colleague and laughing. This is not acceptable!!

Coke tin on top, which caused the packaging to open. Cold coke traveled in amongst the food. Very long wait from order to delivery. Time kept moving probably over an hour.

Chicken Suvlaki with grilled vegetables.......LOVELY!!

Food gave me food poisoning. Service was a 20 min wait for food and wasn't told that a drink didn't come with meal but was asked what drink I want as if it did, and then I paid £3 for an orange juice that wasn't wanted.

A bit busy, but that indicates it must be good. We had not seen it before as we dont go to Lakeside often and decided to try. Good we did. Food was great and staff working fast and hard, so keep up good job. Sitting area small, but as its in food court not an issue, plenty outside the Sizzled it self.

My first time I visited here with high hopes, most definitely my last visit as the food, mainly the grilled chicken was dry. Basically over cooked, no juices at all which was very disappointing. To be fair to them, once I had pointed it out they did offer to replace my meal but by then I was put off. I expected more for the price of paying nearly £11

The best Greek restaurant I have ever been too.. I would never complaint even if I had to wait, it’s just a massive plus it’s ready so quickly the staff are lovely and attentive I couldn’t recommend it more.

I spent £20 for 2 of us to have a delicious, filling meal and a drink. Absolute bargain for the lovely food! It was very well made, I had the yeeros and it came with fresh pitta bread, salad, tzatziki and good quality chips. We dined in and it was a bit noisy but that can't be helped because it's in a busy shopping centre. Would highly recommend

Really love the food here. Chicken gyros is excellent. The downside is very slow service. I waited for 35 minutes, and there were only 5 orders in front of me. Food is cooked they only had to make the orders up. It seems that staff have one role and one role only. They don't work as a team if, for example, the one taking the orders as no-one else, he will stand there doing nothing instead of helping to prep the orders. This is a shame, especially if you work in Lakeside and only have a 30-minute lunch break.

Great choice for a light and relatively healthy meal which is difficult to find in lakeside. Felt crazy to pay extra for grilled vegetables instead of having chips but it was worth it. It will definitely be my go to option in lakeside.

Excellent food, great staff, let down by having to use wooden knife and fork... please consider proper cutlery for eating in customers

couldn't call restaurant to cancel order due to the ever extending time as this was only the just eat number. Food was good when it did arrive but jez nearly 1.5hrs late !

Always really nice , tasty and fresh whenever we have purchased from here. Food is always freshly prepared and the little one enjoys it too. They are super friendly and they bring to tray to us instead of making us collect as they see my hands full with the little one. Makes a big difference

After eating here, I felt sick with diarrhea and vomiting. the food was not edible. there were 4 of us and it is too much of a coincidence that after eating at sizzled we all got sick with the same symptoms

They need to be investigated by health and safety , to have an infection control done. Yesterday after I had my dinner there, I finished in hospital with dizziness, nausea, vomiting , horrible stomach pain, shavering🥶 , weakness, body pain.🤢😰 They can not serve that tipe of food contaminated anymore. I am brestfeeding and unfortunately the doctor could not prescribe all the necessary treatment to feel better but I hope to get better soon. I was accompanied by my family and we all have the same symptoms Poisoned food, carefully😡😡😡!!!!

Our favourite place to eat at Lakeside, food very good, tou watch it being cooked. Staff are realy nice.

Food was quite different to what I expected and really filling

Time kept changing and delivery took a long time. The food was cold when it arrived. Chips were stale and the cold drink was placed in between the food boxes

Good quality fast food a step up from a standard burger. Nice chicken with pitta bread, salad and chips. A little bit more expensive than a burger meal but much more filling and worth the extra

Ordered chicken yeeros meal with orange juice (chips can be swapped out for grilled veg as a healthier option, which is what I did). Yummy, freshly prepared and spacious seating indoors (compared to the rest of the food court, which gets cramped in places).

This place is bang on 👌🏽 i cant fault this place at all , food is bloody tasty , service is friendly and fast ,price is good too so thats a bonus lol , i generally go here mostly once a week 👌🏽
