Piping hot delicious fish and chips. Very clean establishment, efficient and warm service, fish was extremely fresh and the batter was lovely and thin, flavoursome and with a lovely crunch. Highly recommend.

Was there for a darts competition, friendly helpful staff

Really nice tasty food, well presented, friendly professional waitress. Lovely decor, good atmosphere, reasonably priced. Would have been a five star, but at 8.05 pm on a Sunday, asked for coffee to finish off the three course meal, to be told, coffee machine had been switched off. There were still other people enjoying their meals in the restaurant. A little disappointing.

Nice pizza restaurant in Felixstowe. Expensive unless you've got vouchers. Some dishes very bland.

Have stayed here several times but just wanted to say a HUGE THANKYOU to ELLEN for her outstanding service, for her knowledge of her hotel rooms and local area, efficiency in dealing with our booking, follow up correspondence confirming our booking and then cross referencing with the restaurant in pre booking a specially requested table for dining with the restaurant team! This is the sort of service rarely seen by us and for that we sincerely appreciate and thankyou! Thank you also to Hotel Manager Ruby for her email and support for her staff. Ordered pizzas, never came. Worker at Papas wasn’t even fussed, basically had my money and that was it. Not even an apology

Well situated at the top of the town. The room was ok for the price paid, but the hotel is in need of some refurbishment as it's a bit tired. The staff were pleasant but a bit thin on the ground at times.

Can not fault from entry to leaving all good, food was enjoyable , my only issue with prezzo is different people pay different prices for the same item due to having voucher of not

Absolutely outstanding breakfast ! High quality and the atmosphere and staff are so helpful and friendly! Highly recommended to everyone Gluten free options as well which was brilliant! Cannot wait to make a visit again soon

Only a 5k walk from the Felixstowe pier, along the seafront to this little gem. On a lovely sunny lunchtime we sat outside & watched the toing & froing of the Deben ferry while sampling the fish and chips. Welcoming, friendly service. Not cheap but delicious & not to be missed if you’re visiting here. Will recommend.

Visited recently for fish N chip Friday - two meals for £20. Excellent fish and lovely chips with tartar sauce and peas. Would highly recommend.

So under rated when it comes to breakfasts. Their muffins meal are far nicer and fresher and importantly hotter then the more famous Mc ones. Well worth a visit if you are in town for a breakfast

There are many coffee bars in town but this one is pretty good especially the coffee. Additional tables and chairs have been added at the price of loosing one corner soft seating area. Apart from the good coffee the cafe is dog friendly. Pastries are best just after coming out of the oven especially the apricot ones. Outdoor seating is available weather permitting.

Called in for a meal here on a week night. We were told to book, but really didn't need to as there were only 6 other people in at the time we were there. The food was excellent, as was the service, but the room we ate in was very tired and in need of refurbishment. That said, we would return for the good food.

Visited today with my husband for two vegan hotdogs. Waited 30 minutes and went to counter to see if we had been forgotten, was told with no apology they had some big orders. 15 minutes later our food arrived with an apology about the wait. My husbands order was in correct, they took it away and corrected the order but his hotdog was cold when it was returned. When we went to pay we offered feedback as none was asked for and the response was that there was only two of them working and they were busy. No discount offered or compensatory cake or such. It cost £22 for a thoroughly poor experience.
