A new home away from home, so utterly impressed by this wonderful establishment. Having been in a low place recently my friend invited me along for a quiet drink at the Grosvenor recently, and I was immediately made to feel very welcomed and part of the Grosvenor family by Toni, who I believe was managing the pub on this particular night. This, coupled with some exceptional food put on by Chef Dan, mean that I've been back regularly since, often popping in to see how the pool team are getting on, or just popping in for a quiet one after work. Whatever reasons for coming in, I've felt consistently welcomed in a lovely pleasant environment that I would now consider my favourite pub in the area. Thanks guys

Went for a meal at the Grosenor pub. we ordered a selection of small main meals and drinks and two kids' meals. The food was great. Staff were friendly & helpful. Reasonable price, too. Will be back.

Fantastic hidden away local pub serving the most amazing fresh food and lovely service. The staff cannot be more helpful and always checking in on you and if everything is up to standard for you. Would have to give this a 5 star rate in every category and would highly recommend it to everyone.

This was the third time my now 93 year old aunt and I have had Christmas Day lunch at the Grosvenor and each time the food and service has been excellent. My aunt likes it there because the staff are all so lovely and as she cannot eat as much nowadays they allow her to have the kid’s menu which she can just about manage.

Never been here before, went in decor good , bar staff pleasant but the service was so so slow. After 30 minutes had to ask where was our food and it eventually arrived after another 10 minutes. I waited and waited for my dessert and at last gave up and left. There was only one waitress. I am assuming they were short staffed but why did they not say when I ordered instead of saying 'your food won't be long'. It takes very little to apologise for the wait but the waitress seemed to be avoiding eye contact so she wouldn't have to explain the lengthy delay. I would suggest the staff need better training and learn how to communicate any problems with customers who would then be more understanding.

Well I do not normally write reviews but credit when credit is due, From booking over the phone on Saturday for 8 people for Sunday lunch From entering the place and being shown to our table the service was very friendly and professional. The orders all came out as requested with starters and main courses varying from turkey dinner, to lasagna, to Mac & cheese, to scampi & chips to fish & chips to burgers and of course steak pie which I had and was really nice especially the pastry, The pub has a very good range of beers and soft drinks too. So once again thank you for making my family dinner very good in all aspects. Keep up the good work and hopefully see you all again in 2025 Kind regards Stuart & Laura

Food was really first-rate and served with a smile and every effort was made to see that we had everything we wanted. We did think the drinks were rather expensive though - 2 low alcohol lagers (bottled) were nearly £9 which we thought was a lot.

Spent a lovely Sunday afternoon/evening at The Grosvenor Feliixstowe. As usual, the beer was good, the food was excellent, and the staff exceptional

I visited the Grosvenor today in a group of 11, as a family festive get together, and we had such a lovely time. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. We were there to watch our kids perform some Christmas carols and decided to have some lunch. The food was lovely, as was the atmosphere. Santa and Elsa even made an appearance for the kids, which absolutely made their day, they couldn't take their eyes off them! A great family afternoon out, thank you to everyone of the Grosvenor!

It's very rare that I give a 5 star rating. However, this ticks all the boxes for me. This wonderful venue is a short walk from the high street. There is plenty of off-street parking in a well lit area. Large inviting entrance with a great, wonderful homely feel throughout. The whole venue, including the toilets, was immensely clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful with seating and menu options. Love this. It was Burger & Pint Wednesday £10 (see pictures). I chose the Bacon & Blue Cheese option, a huge succulent beef burger smashed on the grill from 2x3oz beef patties(wow) topped with blue cheese, smoked streaky bacon, crispy onions and red onion chutney, fresh lettuce leaves and 2 slices of fresh juicy tomato, on a tasty brioche bun. Accompanied by rosemary sea salted skin on fries, 2 onion rings, and a pot of texan bbq sauce. Oh, and a Guinness. All for £10. Yes! £10. I would say whether you are in the area or visiting surrounding areas, you MUST visit the Grosvenor and enjoy a homely, well cooked treat. This has surpassed Burger King or any other private burger establishment that you'd pay in excess of £15+ just for the meal alone. I want another burger 🤣🤣 I did not have a desert, though a customer sitting next to me did. Check out the Triple Chocolate Brownie with cookie crumble and clotted ice cream £5.99. I had no room, though, was jealous (see pictures). Pet friendly, too

Like many Greene King pubs, a good place to get very acceptable food at reasonable prices. Excellent range of drinks at the bar. Menu includes options of small plates meals as well as normal size meals. Good location near large public car park, (pay), just off town centre. Outside seating for when weather allows.

Best pub in Felixstowe by a mile. Live music regularly. Enormous TV outside . Many big ones inside also. Really well run. Child friendly and awesome for sport.

Had my baby shower here on 13th November, it was absolutely lovely & the staff were so accommodating! Food was delicious! Massive thank you to Hope who works here & planned it for me! Me and my friends/family had a great time!

After some problems over the past year everything's returned to a great standard both food and service

We called in for lunch as it is conveniently located between the town centre and Spa Pavilion with some free street parking and a large pay parking area. Attractive exterior with large interior space if bit basic. Staff were helpful but food took some time to arrive which we learnt was due to a delivery lorry arriving during lunchtime hours. We chose food from the seniors menu. Fantastic value and just right for lunch.. £7.49 for 3 courses is amazing and the food was reasonable quality.

Came for lunch as part of a large group of 28 on a bit of a works jolly from Cambridge. From the moment we booked Charlie and Dan were brilliant and handled our booking for us, letting us pick our meals in advance. On the day they had prepared an area for us and we cant honestly fault the service, all the food and drinks came out quickly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and customers alike. Will definately be returning, thanks for a great visit.

The venue was very busy but organised. Pretty standard mass catering venue with good enough food. My partners sirloin had a bit too much fat and gristle but was well cooked. My scampi was quite good with ok chips. Toilets functional.

Often pop into the Grosvenor either on a weekend or after work for a bite to eat. Never disappoints, food is nice and good range of drinks. Friendly staff and service is always good, would recommend 👍

We came here with my son, good pub meal for a good price! Lasagne highly recommend! Definitely worth going for the big kids meal for your children as you get a lot for your money! Staff were also brilliant & welcoming.

I was in Felixstowe for work and ended up here on open mic night this Wednesday 25th September. I was incredibly happy and surprised! The quality of the singers was absolutely brilliant! I truly enjoyed every single one of them, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was great. I will definitely come back. I hope they will see this review as I have a favour to ask, the guy that sang after the couple, (he must have been the 5th one) he sang a song called Thank you or something like this and I couldn't figure out the song title. I would love to download it. It was brilliant, and he was very sweet and great when performing it. Anyway, thank you for a great night.

Lovely meal for a family of 4. Really enjoyed the Halloumi flatbread. Brilliant welcome straight away from the bar. Then another member of staff in charge of tables. They were really friendly and efficient. Lots of reservations as it was a football/boxing night. However, they still went out of their way to accommodate us. Lovely atmosphere and dog friendly.

We both had a Sunday roast and it was extremely tasty and really good value for money. Would recommend for great value, good food and selection of beers all served with a smile.

Staying the night in Felixstowe, after watching the Tour of britain Race, Decided to eat here, Pub was busy especially as Elvis seemed to be alive and well, Found a table at the back and had the veggie Sunday Roast, Not only was it really lovely but great value too, Proper pub with live sport on, friendly and polite staff, will visit again.

Grosvenor one of our regular places to visit in felixstowe. Good value for money pub grub. Good choice of beers staff are always friendly and give great service. Also carpark just across the road. Was there today Aug 9th sat outside in the sun and enjoyed our lunch. Will be back soon.

Really friendly pub, great atmosphere. Food is typical pub food, but they have a good selection and it is well cooked. We only had a lunch which was a sharing platter, but enough for the two of us.🙂

We were staying in Felixstow and had been here to eat on a previous trip .There is a good selection of food at reasonable prices and also a good selection of drinks. The food was all cooked well and the staff were so pleasant and very attentive .Plenty of seating areas as well. The only thing that I didn't agree with that dogs being allowed in which I know a lot of places do but there was one particular dog near us that wet on the floor which the people had blue paper towel and cleared it up but I do not understand how any food place can get hygiene certificates when this is happening ? They also had the dog on a long lead ,I think some dog owners need to understand not everyone wants a dog around them ,the waitress was very good and asked the man to keep the lead shorter. Would definitely eat here again if we visit Felixstowe .

Good local pub, beers are normally priced but the range of beers on offer is good. Cheap shots and cocktails! Wonderful vibe and ambience and staff were amazing. Would love to try the food next time but for now there's nothing to complain.

We had a lovely time, brought our 2 year old and were very quickly found a table and brought a high chair. We ordered 5 small plates and a kids meal which were all excellent, It was all fresh and very tasty (I only gave 4 stars instead of five because I feel the small plates menu could do with a little more variety). Overall we were very pleased, our little boy was a bit grumpy after his nap and the staff were very attentive, offering him colouring and talking to him. We asked for some cheese which they provided swiftly, but nothing could get our grumpy little man to eat. We were given a box to take his meal home with us and after another nap he ate his pasta and peas with audible "Mmmm" and "yummy". Well done all, thank you for making our day very enjoyable.

The atmosphere was good for the Ipswich game. Shame that whilst getting served there were only two bar staff serving despite a packed pub. Gave up on the end after ten minutes of waiting and went to a different pub.

First time of going to food here with friends and pleasantly surprised! Wholesome food at very reasonable prices. The place is huge with many different areas to relax, catch up with friends or casual dine. Such a lovely end to our weekend in Felixstowe.

Been to this pub 3 times now when visiting Felixstowe, the staff here are amazing and so friendly, we go there because it's so dog friendly but the food is outstanding as well, lovely beer garden, best pub in Felixstowe without a doubt.
