Prezzo in Suffolk Coastal

Can not fault from entry to leaving all good, food was enjoyable , my only issue with prezzo is different people pay different prices for the same item due to having voucher of not

The food, in general, was okay, however, the bruschetta was just thick slices of tomatoes (green and yellowish-reddish) which neither looked nor tasted like what we expected. When bringing it to the waiter’s attention I was told they changed their way of making it and it’s now this way. Myself and my family are very dissatisfied with the way it was handled as all we needed was at least some warmth from the staff. Since our starters, the atmosphere was just not the same which is a shame.

Popped in for lunch on Friday 6th December and was shown to a great table at the rear of the restaurant near the pizza oven so it was nice and warm. We had Italian Hummus and Calamari for starters and then Spaghetti Carbonara with Chicken (Al Forno) and Lasagne for our mains. Everything was really hot and tasty and well presented. Great Chef that day?? Wine and beer were also good. Greeting and service was very chilled but we had no problem with that. We would go back.

After a hard week I was really looking forward to going out for dinner but when the person, an older man who is usually ok but must’ve been having an off day ! Just muttered to me from the start & Only bothers to take one step to find us a table when it was obviously not the best one of what was free, just muttering still when I asked for a different table away from the draught of the door & chucking the menus on each table & having the cheek to verbally ask if we were giving a tip at the end ! I know anyone can have an off day but if you do a front of house job, you have to hide it, I have a front of house job & his behaviour spoilt my experience! Other staff were pleasant

We eat here fairly regularly n in our opinion, you always get a good meal at this Prezzo. We like the atmosphere and layout too.

We booked a table, it was ready on arrival, good service didn’t have to wait to long, Beer was lovely and kept well , food nice , my pasta not hot enough , but soon resolved the issue,

The best restaurant in felixstowe not because of the food but the staff we always feel a warm welcome from Patrick and the women who work there... been taken our grandchildren there every week since our grandchildren were at school now they are all working we continue to go because of the lovely people that work there

Delicious food. Perfect portions. Great drinks. Lovely service. Great ambience. Busy but we didn't feel crammed in at all.

Older man think Manager very abrupt and arrogant. Felt like we were an inconvenience being here. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

We went late September 2023 there was 4 of us including one child. One on the mains we had was the Lobster and Crab Ravioli. When it came I would have described it as too small for a starter let alone a main course. Our 5 year old granddaughter had Spaghetti Carbonara as a child portion which was much bigger than the ravioli dish. If this is to be this small it must state this on the menu. At £17.95 for what I would deem not even a starter portion is a total rip off. We have been before and never had this issue but not had this dish. That said will avoid in future as the Bencotto across the road is now much better.

Recently moved to Felixstowe, have visited Prezzo twice & on both occasions we have had good food, expertly served by lovely, friendly people in bright, clean surroundings. Highly recommended restaurant.

Service was good by nice friendly efficient staff who served us with great food and drink in very nice surroundings.

Another great meal with fantastic service. They always make us feel so welcome and the young man that served us is a credit to the restaurant. Nothing was to much for all the staff will see you again very soon.

My sea bass was rather dry, obviously been hanging around under heat. Served with a mush of ratatouille and half a bag of rocket. Overall not great. Dessert was nice though so all was not lost. What is it with rocket? It’s chucked on everything!

Slow service / poor food Arrived at 5.10pm left 1h 50m later after 2 courses Starters were brought - poorly presented / calamari over cooked and poorly seasoned - sauce that came with it bland - Mozzarella again poorly presented - no effort what so ever and if it hadn’t of been 2 for 1 with taste card at £8 I would have felt completely conned Posh pizza - dry / overcooked / lack of cheese and sauce / pepperoni slices cut too thick could hardly get a knife through them - poor The 40min wait between staters and main was unnecessary

Visited here last weekend with my wife and two kids. Prompt and attentive staff, good food and MASSIVE portions. Consistently better than the Woodbridge & (recent) Aldeburgh restaurant visits.

Went as a three with a taste card and we were amazed that we were given a free take out meal to make up for lack of a fourth person. The meal was up to the usual standard you would expect from a Prezzo restaurant, which is good, with excellent customer service. We will return.

This was our first visit to Prezzos and i have to say I was very impressed. I was greeted by a lovely young man who was very cheerful and polite who guided us to our table. The menu had an excellent choice to the point where it made it hard to choose. My husband had a Calzone and I had Sea Bass. Both our meals were fantastic, clean, fresh and tasty, neither of us could fault it. We even went for dessert. Nothing was too much trouble, great service and great food. Happy to return anytime and am looking forward to the next time.

Popped in yesterday evening having not booked I advance and were immediately greeted warmly. We were able to sit outside in the beautiful courtyard. The wine was delicious and our meals were outstanding (pizza, salad an an ice cold bottle of chardonnay...perfect!). The staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend. Best Prezzos in East anglia in our opinion and look forward to re visiting when we are next I Felixstowe. Thank you everyone x Sarah and Jackie

Our favourite restaurant! Food is quick and everyone is helpful. Emese was very kind and made sure that our experience was five stars in our latest visit.

Сегодня посетили Преззо в Феликстове. Интерьер красивый, но расположение столиков отвратительное. Нам предложили места у самого входа, хотя мест свободных было много. На мое пожелание поменять столик, мне фыркнули, но поменяли. Как только вручили меню, через секунду подбежала официантка, готовая оформить заказ. Заказала карбонару с курицей и кофе. Меня не спросили, насчет размера порции (!) , что первое мне показалось забавным, ибо в других местах, Преззо сети, всегда уточняют. Кофе на мой вкус показалось слишком горелым привкусом. Затем принесли сам заказ. Макароны сами немного переварены, бекон низкого качества, отсутствие сливочного соуса. На ответ официанта, как моя паста, я высказала недовольство насчет отсутствия соуса, на что мне ответили, я вам сейчас принесу. Хотя карбонара уже в кастрюле доходит с соусом (видимо испарился соус). Подсмотрев в тарелку моего спутника, который заказал салат, сделала вывод, что продукты уже излежавшиеся, Далее, счет нам вручили полубочком, чуть ли не "между прочим" I`m very busy..... Официанты кружат в этой обстановке друг за другом по кругу, при выходе нам никто не сказал "досвидания" . Такого позорного обслуживания в сети Преззо я не видела и не увижу , потому что живя в Феликстове один год , для меня это пустое место.
