Prezzo Italian Restaurant Felixstowe in Suffolk Coastal

Was sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes before we even got our cold food !!!!

Does what Prezzo’s everywhere does.

Food never turned up! Phoned the restaurant and they confirmed need it was picked up, however it never arrived

Always a great place to eat, have been coming here for years, staff are so lovely and always happy to help, been getting a bit more expensive over time, usually around £40-£50 for two to eat. Usually quiet, and seating areas are very nice with comfy chairs.

Foid must have been sitting for a while, the croutons in my salad were soggy and the garlic cheese bread was stone cold as was the mozzarella bites. Not enjoyable at all

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of being ‘greeted’ by the man referred to in recent reviews. It must be the same man because I can’t believe Prezzo would employ two people as surly, disinterested and rude as the person I encountered. We went for lunch today and instead of sitting in the place convenient for him we asked if it was OK to sit outside. After a loud sigh he walked quickly to the outside dining area, threw the menus on the table and disappeared back inside. After 20 minutes I went looking for someone to take our order and sadly found him. “Have you forgotten us?” I asked. “Yes, you might want to sit inside” was the response, implying that it was our fault he had ignored us. When we suggested that he resented from the outset us asking to sit outside, he walked away; no suggestion of an apology. So we left and had a very enjoyable lunch elsewhere with friendly and helpful service. Somewhere I’ll post a positive review and return in the future; unlike the Prezzo in Felixstowe.

We were sent a 50% off voucher and when we arrived we told the man we had this and his reply was " Bully for you". Not what you'd expect. No name badge so couldn't say who it was. But he was the only man there. He normally greets you when you walk In. The food was delicious & the lady who brought our meal was very nice. When we asked for the bill the man came over & we took our phone out to show him the voucher his reply again was " I know and as I said before bully for you". Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

Bad service I ever seeing . Very bad service I was greeted by an old man near the door who seemed unfriendly, before I could finish my order the man left without asking me how big my order was and if I wanted anything else. After that I paid with my card. I remembered the sauce, I told him I wanted a little sauce, he said (you should tell me before you pay), in front of a group of people behind me, and he looked annoyed. He should have told me to pay for the sauce without having to talk to me in a rude way. I told him I wanted to take it, and asked where I would wait ?!. He told me to get out because there was no place to sit, knowing that there were many empty tables. I was tired and cold. When I left the cafe I felt like a poor beggar, I went to ask them for food, and the old man felt sorry and gave me a bite... They are really rude, they should study customer service and the art of dealing with people before working in a restaurant. I am like people who want to eat in a restaurant, I came to get service for a price, I did not come empty-handed.

Spent a very enjoyable Sunday evening here with my family. Good service, great food, I was pleasantly surprised

It was an overall delightful experience. The food was simply delicious. We tried the Lasagne, Garlic Bread, and Chicken Spaghetti Carbonara. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail. The Lasagne was perfectly layered and rich, the Garlic Bread was crispy and aromatic, and the Chicken Spaghetti Carbonara was creamy and satisfying. To top it all off, I enjoyed a Martini Cocktail, which was expertly mixed and added a refreshing touch to the meal. The staff at Prezza Restaurant were both humble and lovely. Their warm and friendly service made our lunch even more enjoyable. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The ambience of the restaurant was also impressive. It offered a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In conclusion, our lunch at Prezza Restaurant was a positive experience. With tasty food, excellent service, and a wonderful ambience, it’s a place we will definitely visit again. Always a pleasant meal, however the prices are creeping up, especially the drinks, a pint of beer at £7.50 - I will definitely think twice before going again.

We decided to give Prezzo a try, we have lived in Felixstowe for just over 9 months and we're looking for something other than Fish & Chips!! There were 4 of us - My Husband, Me, Our 19 year old daughter & our 10 year old daughter. The gentlemen who came to the computer to see if we had a booking wasn't very polite, and gave our 19 year old a childrens menu. Once we were seated, it took a while for our order to be taken, but once we ordered drinks & starters, it was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress was lovely & friendly, and the food was DIVINE!! Definitely worth the wait. We will most certainly go back.

I went in the restaurant on the 24th of July and after eating my food I was very very ill turns out I have food poisoning 😔 so definitely won’t be eating in this restaurant again!

Lovely surrounding, well presented food. Excellent customer service. Competitive prices. No car park as it’s a town centre. Provides high chair for kids. Clean and tidy. I had lunch and would come back for the dinner next time. Came back again and haven’t left disappointed. Tasty!

Catered for our vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free friend with no issues and plenty of choice. Delicious food, very accommodating, prompted us to Google a voucher, which made the price such good value. Our first prezzo experience was excellent. Will definitely be back.

In Felixstowe for a course with work and checked on Google maps for somewhere in the local area to eat and Prezzo popped up close by. First time in Felixstowe and therefore the first time here. It was reasonably quiet being a Monday night so got a table without the need to book. Shown to my seat by a very polite member of staff and a menu brought over promptly. Food ordered and drink brought over, food followed about 5 minutes later. Delicious as always! Just what the doctor ordered! If I'm in this neck of the woods again I'll certainly pop in!

The time kept changing to what time it said was going to be delivered .My buzzer didn't go and how it got outside my flat door .The garlic bread was so hard ,I couldn't eat it really bad 😞

It’s a lovely branch of prezzo, nicely decorated and lovely staff! The food was all super fresh and really good! Try the calamari to start, highly recommended! I would say the best prezzo branch we have been to in a long time! Over think as a chain they are a little on the pricey side for both food and drinks but still loved it! Added some photos of another visit, another fabulous new!

Dreadful cold collection of over priced rubbish. Apart from the Calimari. (1) Pizza - possibly the 2nd worst I’ve ever eaten (2) fries were about 1/3 of a box and tasted of fish (3) breaded mozzarella was awful (4) salad…. Please revise what a salad is. It isn’t what was served. Have some pride in what you put out your kitchen.

The takeaway was a treat the pizza bread was round and hard some parts burnt the Cabanarra was very dry but I ate it I was hungry .The delivery was good and thank you for that .Cake was nice 👍

We visited this establishment for my wife's Birthday, the waitress was attentive and even sang happy Birthday to her [sorry but I didn't get her name], I would highly recommend a visit to anyone who would like an enjoyable meal and visit.

Difficult to score points when 5 of party were very happy and I was not. Chose my usual smoked Salmon pasta dish very disappointing taken away creamy sauce and chillies replaced by 3 olives and a sprig of Basil. Very bland and tomatoes were tarted. And its £17.95 gone up £6 since lock down and skimped on ingredients. Bring back the Chillies.

Absolutely awful , didn’t send the kids pizza and when contacted the restaurant they basically said there isn’t anything they can do my child has to go without while everyone else eats !!! DISGUSTING !

A shame you have to rate as 1 star - ZERO STARS - NEVER AGAIN! After waiting 1 hour 30 mins, called the restaurant and was informed no drivers were about and we would need to collect. A phone call from Prezzo to explain rather than being chased would have been better customer service. Food was terrible, stone cold and I assume had sat around waiting for a delivery driver. Not the first time this has happened.

Food was fresh and very hot. Service was really friendly and our waitress was so helpful. One of the best prezzos.

The driver could not communicate with us to where we live! He wanted us to go and find him to get the food!

Arrived so late. The hot food was stone cold, the cold food was warm - salad was half made up of inedible lettuce ends, the rest was warm and wilted, 3 of the smallest bread pieces ever seen and came in a tiny little box.. for a £15 salad I expected better quality and quantity. The fries were soggy and tasted disgusting. Would not recommend 0/10. Spent nearly £40 on inedible garbage.

Went as a last-minute birthday dinner. Shared the caramelised garlic bread, absolutely delicious. Then had the chicken ceasar salad, one of the best I've tasted, so I keep going back, and the ragout. You can think there doesn't always look much, but we couldn't manage dessert!! Always good service, good quality, lovely staff and they have regular offers on. Never been disappointed

Delivery time good, however, my pizza was cold.

Our delivery time got later.We rang the restaurant as we’d been waiting 90mins for our food.He said that it was ready an hour ago but the delivery driver didn’t show up.We were told to collect our food instead.We got a taxi but on our way to the restaurant I got a text to say driver was on his way.We had to turn around and go home.We were told by the restaurant that we would receive a full refund from JustEat for the inconvenience and poor service but instead I received £5 credit which doesn’t even cover the cost of the taxi

Felixstowe Prezzos ALWAYS provides delicious food and great service. Definitely our favourite place to eat!

My seat was directly facing bright sunlight from an overhead window. I was quite uncomfortable for most of my meal. I feel there should be a sunbird in place at the largest table.

Really busy when we visited on a Friday evening...which was great to see. We miss Prezzos since ours closed down recently (cue sad face 😞). a table for four was found quickly (we hadn't booked). I strayed off piste this time and went for a ricotta and courgette pizza - lush! My husband went for the burger which he was pleased to discover was consistently amazing as ever (the Prezzo burger is his absolute fave). Prezzo is a chain which some say has seen its hay-day but we like it. The Felixstowe branch is a lovely location with a great outdoor space. So if you want a chain where you know what you're getting (and is consistently good) they we say...why not...

Expensive meals, e.g. £8.95 for a king prawn starter but very short on very small prawns.

The staff make this restaurant special, They are all so friendly and always happy to see you. The food is really good and always cooked well.

Service very slow. Calamari starter chewy and huge chunks. Although I did ask prior how big the pieces would be! The chicken in the salad was overcooked and dry. Far too much dressing just not nice, chicken, bacon and avocado salad. My husband had a pizza, topping to his liking but the pizza base was hard and crispy. Will not be going again.

To be honest, pizza was a little large. Do wish pizza establishments would offer sizes.

Very relaxing and friendly staff with a pleasant mannerism and made you feel welcome and comfortable, The food was excellent and not long waiting for unlike Clacton-on- sea then force you out the food was completely terrible in prezzo Clacton, I will revisit prezzo's at Felixstowe 100% recommend after my brother 60th birthday lunch 😀 👍...

Menu now very limited if you don't want Piza and small portions.

Great meal and the manager was so lovely and gave my daughter (who suffers from nut allergy and therefore unable to have a desert of the menu ) a free ice lolly without us asking. Very kind and that small gesture will see us coming back!
