Brilliant food and service from staff

Another enjoyable meal , even though busy because of mothers day .we were looked after very well food was delicious.

Always a good meal in Prezzo Staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to make your visit memorable. Something for most people on a good priced Menu.

Unfortunately I had the cheeseburger which was a big disappointment. I'm not sure what the cheese was meant to be but the burger sat in a soggy mess of milky like goo. Very unappetising!

We always rated Prezzo in Felixdtowe very highly and recommended it to lots of people but not after our last visit. The menu has been decimated and prices shot up. I always had the vegetarian calzone which was always full.but the new equivalent was nothing but cream mascarpone. The burgers now do not come with fries and you have to pay nearly £5 for fries ..The normal managers were missing and they were always friendly. We were very disappointed. When we left we wandered across to the Italian opposite to look at the menu and decided to go there next time . Very disappointed after going to Prezzo for years .

Have never eaten in this branch but was really impressed with the ambience and cleanliness of the restaurant. Food was great and service was quick. Would definitely return.

Despite some negative reviews about Prezzo in other locations, we tried Felixstowe and were very happy with the experience. Good location close to parking. Staff were very friendly and service was very quick although it was not overly busy at the time . Food choice is very good and they accept Tesco vouchers which reduces the cost of the food.

Such a shame as food was tasty but freezing cold. The food was 23 minutes late - just a shame it was cold and the chips were soggy.

Top notch food especially the gluten free menu

It was a very busy Friday night last Jan 31, but the team managed it really well. From the Kitchen to the staff in the restaurant. You can see how everyone’s very professional and providing needs of the customer quickly but making sure the quality of service is still there. Amazing branch. I have been in this restaurant few times but the staff last night’s just incredible. Thank you guys, its been such a lovely evening. The food, as always, is amazing. The chocolate fudge brownie melts in your mouth and its soooo made beautifully. We will deffo come back x

Food arrived cold, an hour and a half wait in total.

original delivery time was 17:40. delivered at 18:25. food was barely warm, bland and nothing like the restaurant would serve. even the garlic bread was burnt underneath. 2x pasta dishes and 2x garlic breads - waste of £52.

Food was freezing cold. Items missing like Pepsi and mozzarella bites. Delivery time was over 2.5 hours. Couldn’t eat any of it.

Over an hour late, called restaurant multiple times and very unhelpful, driver just said it’s very busy

Despite being an extremely busy Christmas Eve, we were quick to be seated and served. Our food and drinks arrived equally quickly, and everything was piping hot and delicious. All of the staff who served us were friendly and polite, and couldn't do enough to make our evening enjoyable and special, despite the number of people in the restaurant. We would like to give a special mention to our main waitress, Aggy, who really was very attentive and lovely.

Says my order has been delivered but I never received it! I even called the restaurant who said the order was never picked up!!!

The food in general was okay, however, the brucietta was basically just thick slices of tomatoes (green and yellowish-reddish) which was neither looking nor tasting like what we expected. When bringing it to the waiter’s attention I was told they changed their way of making it and it’s now this way. Myself and my family are very dissatisfied with the way it was handled as all we needed was at least some warmth from the staff. Since our starters the atmosphere was just not the same which really is a shame. The tiramisu was very poor quality too

Food never arrived - eventually had a delivery notification 3 1/2hours later but the food definitely didn’t arrive. Absolutely unacceptable service, if you don’t have enough drivers then don’t accept the order. Won’t be ordering again.

Missing items from each order and food turned up freezing cold including the sea food dishes which is not ok !!

Good Italian food for a chain restaurant. Really enjoyed the oak smoked salmon rigatoni and especially the crab and lobster ravioli, served in a lobster bisque. (Personally thought the cherry tomatoes were too acidic for this dish). But the rocket and chive oil went well. Good meal

Always a great place to eat, have been coming here for years, staff are so lovely and always happy to help, been getting a bit more expensive over time, usually around £40-£50 for two to eat. Usually quiet, and seating areas are very nice with comfy chairs.

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of being ‘greeted’ by the man referred to in recent reviews. It must be the same man because I can’t believe Prezzo would employ two people as surly, disinterested and rude as the person I encountered. We went for lunch today and instead of sitting in the place convenient for him we asked if it was OK to sit outside. After a loud sigh he walked quickly to the outside dining area, threw the menus on the table and disappeared back inside. After 20 minutes I went looking for someone to take our order and sadly found him. “Have you forgotten us?” I asked. “Yes, you might want to sit inside” was the response, implying that it was our fault he had ignored us. When we suggested that he resented from the outset us asking to sit outside, he walked away; no suggestion of an apology. So we left and had a very enjoyable lunch elsewhere with friendly and helpful service. Somewhere I’ll post a positive review and return in the future; unlike the Prezzo in Felixstowe.

We were sent a 50% off voucher and when we arrived we told the man we had this and his reply was " Bully for you". Not what you'd expect. No name badge so couldn't say who it was. But he was the only man there. He normally greets you when you walk In. The food was delicious & the lady who brought our meal was very nice. When we asked for the bill the man came over & we took our phone out to show him the voucher his reply again was " I know and as I said before bully for you". Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

Bad service I ever seeing . Very bad service I was greeted by an old man near the door who seemed unfriendly, before I could finish my order the man left without asking me how big my order was and if I wanted anything else. After that I paid with my card. I remembered the sauce, I told him I wanted a little sauce, he said (you should tell me before you pay), in front of a group of people behind me, and he looked annoyed. He should have told me to pay for the sauce without having to talk to me in a rude way. I told him I wanted to take it, and asked where I would wait ?!. He told me to get out because there was no place to sit, knowing that there were many empty tables. I was tired and cold. When I left the cafe I felt like a poor beggar, I went to ask them for food, and the old man felt sorry and gave me a bite... They are really rude, they should study customer service and the art of dealing with people before working in a restaurant. I am like people who want to eat in a restaurant, I came to get service for a price, I did not come empty-handed.

Always a pleasant meal, however the prices are creeping up, especially the drinks, a pint of beer at £7.50 - I will definitely think twice before going again.

We decided to give Prezzo a try, we have lived in Felixstowe for just over 9 months and we're looking for something other than Fish & Chips!! There were 4 of us - My Husband, Me, Our 19 year old daughter & our 10 year old daughter. The gentlemen who came to the computer to see if we had a booking wasn't very polite, and gave our 19 year old a childrens menu. Once we were seated, it took a while for our order to be taken, but once we ordered drinks & starters, it was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress was lovely & friendly, and the food was DIVINE!! Definitely worth the wait. We will most certainly go back.

I went in the restaurant on the 24th of July and after eating my food I was very very ill turns out I have food poisoning 😔 so definitely won’t be eating in this restaurant again!

Lovely surrounding, well presented food. Excellent customer service. Competitive prices. No car park as it’s a town centre. Provides high chair for kids. Clean and tidy. I had lunch and would come back for the dinner next time. Came back again and haven’t left disappointed. Tasty!

Catered for our vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free friend with no issues and plenty of choice. Delicious food, very accommodating, prompted us to Google a voucher, which made the price such good value. Our first prezzo experience was excellent. Will definitely be back.

In Felixstowe for a course with work and checked on Google maps for somewhere in the local area to eat and Prezzo popped up close by. First time in Felixstowe and therefore the first time here. It was reasonably quiet being a Monday night so got a table without the need to book. Shown to my seat by a very polite member of staff and a menu brought over promptly. Food ordered and drink brought over, food followed about 5 minutes later. Delicious as always! Just what the doctor ordered! If I'm in this neck of the woods again I'll certainly pop in!

It’s a lovely branch of prezzo, nicely decorated and lovely staff! The food was all super fresh and really good! Try the calamari to start, highly recommended! I would say the best prezzo branch we have been to in a long time! Over think as a chain they are a little on the pricey side for both food and drinks but still loved it! Added some photos of another visit, another fabulous new!

Dreadful cold collection of over priced rubbish. Apart from the Calimari. (1) Pizza - possibly the 2nd worst I’ve ever eaten (2) fries were about 1/3 of a box and tasted of fish (3) breaded mozzarella was awful (4) salad…. Please revise what a salad is. It isn’t what was served. Have some pride in what you put out your kitchen.

The takeaway was a treat the pizza bread was round and hard some parts burnt the Cabanarra was very dry but I ate it I was hungry .The delivery was good and thank you for that .Cake was nice 👍

We visited this establishment for my wife's Birthday, the waitress was attentive and even sang happy Birthday to her [sorry but I didn't get her name], I would highly recommend a visit to anyone who would like an enjoyable meal and visit.
