Driver did not deliver food, he drove off with it!!!

We ordered pizza delivery at home from ChiKizza using the online service. Just two pizzas, around £25, come to £31 when the extras were added. Watch out for those. The automated service told us it would be 45-60 minutes. After it has taken 80 minutes, I rang them to say the order was running late, the person answering told me it would be another ten minutes and put the phone down. No apology or manners. He hadn't asked me for a name or my order number and my phone number was not the one I used when ordering. Amazingly, it was only 10 minutes more before the pizzas arrived. Thick crust, not thin crust, as ordered. So, if you are looking for the wrong order delivered very slowly with poor customer service, let me recommend ChiKizza, you will be delighted.

Late, cold. £30.00 for two pizzas? I would expect better service. It’s a waste of money and very dissatisfied. Nothing more to day.

Cafe is shabby unwelcoming, waiting time in the queue 20 mins staff run off their feet and not organised, managers hiding in the rest room oblivious of what is going on, the snacks are a mess thrown everywhere having to rummage through for a biscuit, biscuits in the jar broken, cakes looking past sell by date. On the plus side the coffee was good but not worth the wait. Never to return or recommend.

I am sitting in Bakers and Baristas as we speak. The staff are completely disengaged. Unhelpful and dismissive. I asked for a wedge of lemon. Was told no very bluntly. The smoked salmon bagel was hard and the end of the packet had been used. I had to go back up to the counter twice for forgotten items and was completely ignored until I spoke up in exasperation. We chose to come here for much over somewhere else close by. Sadly not the right decision and won’t be back. It’s a rainy bank holiday Monday here and it it’s not very busy in here. No big surprise. I think this outlet needs urgent attention from management.

Usually a good breakfast at Spoons, this one which was the biggest looked like it had been dropped and the contents picked up and thrown on the plate. It took a while, I suspect it sat waiting to be brought out as it was luke warm. Bacon cold and chewy, sausages cheap and tasteless eggs greasy and over cooked. It was worth what I paid but would prefer to pay a bit more for quality and better service.

I recently won o2 voucher to pizza express and decided to visit St Albans Pizza Express. Such a lovely place to having nice dinner. Very tasty pizza, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of great recommendations from them. We have been lucky with a car parking but there is lots of space near by. Definitely will come back.

Shocking food was ice cold when I got it , it took over and hour for them to finish preparing my order - delivery was quick but food was shocking cold and dry wouldn’t recommend eating here

Fantastic eaterie. Very warm, friendly service. Very knowledgeable about Gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance/vegan options. That made choosing the food and what to drink so much easier. Thoroughly recommend for something a touch different.

Vey disappointed, service was non existent and hygiene level poor ..we popped in for an cup of tea and a muffin mid afternoon ( 9/4/25 ) cafe was not overly busy . Firstly a member of staff decided to hoover the floor around and in between diners while they were eating , he wore some type of battery back pack which was so noisy you couldn’t hear yourself think ??. He then decided to remove the hoover head in the corner by the trays of food and drinks waiting to be served . We witnessed the head being yanked off by several staff . They then proceeded to serve the food and drinks waiting. Didn’t wash their hands after handling the Hoover head and dust from the head went where ? We had waited ages for our Hot drinks , and observed them just sitting on the side with no urgency to serve , eventually I had to go and collect our drinks myself . I raised the point the drinks would be cold and how hygienic was it to remove the hoover head over open food etc but the staff member just looked at me like i came from another planet . Where is basic food hygiene practise in this cafe ? Do staff even wash their hands ? Hot drinks were lukewarm by the time I collected them . Not a great experience , won’t stop for a coffee or a snack again Very poor standards M&S you should be ashamed .

Placed a order on just eat after a hour pasted from. When it was meant to turn up i called them appartly they've already come out but no missed calls on my phone when we get are food it was awful I would say the worse I have ever had.
