Extra special place just off the High Street and fervently staff willing to engage in simple conversations Was served by a Polish lady who noticed my disability and offered to vet my crepe int bite size pieces this yhe first time I was ever offered this service zclean restaurant and very busy while here proving its popularity in St Albans Prices moderate

I asked for a waffle to be made for a colleagues bday, I explainehiwni wanted it stacked like a cake and they done the rest. I was left amazed and left speechless. It looked amazing and tasted fantastic. A big thank you to Aga for making this for me.

So we always come here most weekends and theres a lovely lady our favourite in all shops yet! However on sunday we was faced with a very rude women believe her name was agger? I ordered double chocolate for my waffle and when i advised this looks normal, not double, as ive had double everytime which dont look like this, she was so rude and wanted to argue??? no help whatsoever?? im sure she didnt even want to be there!! she then walked off mumbling under her breath “seriously” then dumping more chocolate on my table after talking to her colleague about it! Personally dont think this is acceptable which ruined my sunday!

A very disappointing experience! We used to really enjoy it but now a lot is missing from the menu and it’s more of a crap affair unfortunately. There was a big mess with the electronic order and bad attitude and misunderstanding from the young staff. The manager tried her best to fix it but it was a bit too late. There used to be more vegan options, but it seems the menu is shrinking each visit. Will not come here for a while now…and it’s a shame as it used to be a favourite

Lovely food. Had bacon and egg crepe with mint tea. The tea was made from fresh mint leaves very refreshing. If ordering was qr code at table make sure to enter code to save 10%.

Honestly the best place ever … returned home from my travels and this was the first place we went! Amazing service and literally the best tasting crepppes ever😍 The manager is so sweet and accommodating, i never go anywhere else for waffles and crepes! The vegan ones are insane, highly recommend!

Oh my goodness this was a real treat! I ordered a veggie crepe with chocolate, strawberries and vegan ice cream and it was completely gorgeous. It's so difficult to get nice things to eat, especially desserts, when you have a restrictive diet, but there was no problem here. My husband doesn't have such problems and ordered a salted caramel latte and a croissant, but was very jealous of my crepe and wished he'd had that too! I also had a cup of tea with oat milk. The young lady in charge really knew what she was doing and the pace of service etc was excellent. My husband had ordered online to get the discount and we ate inside which was pleasant, even though it was very busy (on Easter Sunday afternoon). We will undoubtedly return!

Hostle, militant, attitude aplenty! If you’re looking for some great sweet treats with super customer service…1 out of 2 ain’t bad! Luckily Wenzels is down the road. No eye contact, little communication, and after a couple of requests of ‘can I pls order’, I was made to feel I had inconvenienced the managers. After I complained of the attitude of one, the other one (blonde) decided to tell me to ‘calm down’. Great treats. Awful customer facing service. Won’t be going back. Shame.

Wonderful service, very friendly and helpful staff. Myself and my daughter were the first customers in the morning of 28 January. We were greeted with all smiles and one of the ladies (with dark hair and brown eyes and a cap over her head) came over to assist us ordering via app. Tasty food which arrived really fast, coffee was the best I had in a long while and at very affordable prices..

On our visit the staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean the food was hot. I was sceptical but pleasantly surprised both crepes were a taste delight packed with filling with fresh vegetables and cheeses.

One of the best crepes I have tried so far! The staff have been fantastic and very attentive! Great place! Not only for the delicious food, but great customer service too from the beginning to the end.

Poor experience with the staff on multiple occasions. Both times we visited we were made to wait at the counter for several minutes for no other reason than the staff just chatting to each other and looking at their mobile phones. On the second visit we watched the person making crepes split the crepe then just shovel it onto a plate for a customer with his hands and the crepe just looked a mess.

I would give them more stars if I could the staff in their were so welcoming and and accommodating. To find out they cater for gluten free people made my day plus they have so many options you might have to have two. I was kicking myself about all the times I’ve walk pass gazing in with wishful eyes assuming they don’t do gluten free. I now have to visit this place often.

I absolutely love Crepe Affaire! I am always so welcomed by all the staff especially Georgia who makes the best vegan savoury crêpes EVER! I always struggle to walk past and not go in now.... definitely would recommend :)
