Unplanned visit so I didn’t read any reviews before I went in gladly! This morning I’ve had the best coffee I’ve had in quite a while. Perfectly made flat white. I like the coffee beans they’re using and it was made so well - a genuine flat white which is hard to fine.
Decor not to my taste and they need to keep on top of cleaning the facilities a bit better (passable but could be better) but next time I’m in St Albans I’ll definitely go back for another coffee.
Staff friendly and welcoming.
Had a great lunch here Monday 5/5. Four of us.
We had spaghetti with prawns, pasta with chicken and mushrooms, steak and a pizza. Every dish was perfect. The service was professional, friendly and efficient.
Despite being very busy, everything was presented fresh and hot
WELL DONE.

Excellent visit!
We didn’t book but they accommodated us.
Friendly staff, hot food, quick to come out and it was very tasty. We also got two kids free meals as we had two adult mains. We used the app to pay which was a little tricky as it would only load one of the free kids meals but the server rectified this straight away.
Would definitely go back again.
We’ve been here 3 times so far. It is always busy so the staff work hard. Despite this they are always friendly and welcoming. We take our dog but we sit outside as he is quite large. The drinks are the best around, in clean cups and always just as they should be made. It’s a great place to sit, people watch and unwind for a while.
Visited Pausa in Wolverhampton Dunelm for lunch waited 25mins to be served ! No soup, no jacket spuds !! No system you have one person serving drinks so other staff can serve. When my husband asked why he was told to get out !! He is diabetic and had his injection so he needed to eat. He told them he wasn’t complaining he just wanted some answers. If you are going to offer cafe facilities please ensure they are run efficiently. If you don’t have the items take them off the menu. I am sorry to write this but all the customers were complaining I shop at Dunelm regularly it is a great shop, but sorry will not use cafe again. Mrs Tame
The pizzas are very nice but the service is poor. Walked in to order, there was a guy at the front he did say anything to me, he just looked at me till I left. This was in Hatfield that’s not how you treat a customer!!!! Very disappointed ☹️
