Camp in St Albans

Nice but waited several decades to get served at the bar on a Saturday afternoon.

Good corner shop, staff helpful and pleasant. Popped in to get an international driving permit - post offices don't seem to do these? - all done neat and tidy and pretty quick. Would have been tempted by the sandwiches, but dinner prep was already underway..

No beans as on order and soft drink as on order aswell

First time coming here . Had chicken sandwich which was I would say 7/10 bun seemed sickly and the chicken was small, Doner kebab ? 2/10 Due to not cut up enough , So long and very widely cut ? Shown in pictures ? Chips 2/10 seemed cold and dried up left from night before . Also salad is not too good either hardly nothing at all ?

Always a good meal. Barbara and her staff are lovely - always welcoming to my mum.
