my wife and I were really ill after going here

McDonald's is ok for a quick meal, can get very busy at times. Seems expensive to me for what it is. Their coffee is always to hot.

Ordered on the app for collection from drive through. At the payment counter I asked if I can change one item in my order. The answer was "unfortunately no. " I don't think this is true

Had the worst 24hrs after dining here. Had a bit to eat Friday afternoon, Mrs had to return her food as it didn't look great , got home 4-5 hours later started feeling unwell. Few hours after that started shivering , vomited and loss of energy you name it I got it. Will not eat here again

Stay away, disorganised. Friday afternoon/evening, probably 20 people in the entire restaurant and yet we still waited over 30 minutes for our order (table service). After chasing twice it finally came and the food was cold. The kitchen sounded as they they were fighting with each other. If we were not here for a family meal I’d say it’s an interesting disorganised circus to come watch them try and serve food.

You can always rely on this McDonalds for a few things… Your order will take far longer than any other McDonald’s you’ve experienced and even though you would have waited much longer than expected of a fast food restaurant you’re also guaranteed to be missing items OR the items will be incorrect (not plain etc). It’s really not rocket science guys, the number of times I’ve had to correct an order far outweighs the number of correct orders. This chain is simply not good enough- I wish McDonald’s would investigate what’s gone wrong in the last few years. I’m done with this particular chain.

Ok but not as cheap as used to be.

This restaurant is awful. I made an order via their ridiculous app and I only received half of it, despite the fact I have been charged for the missing items. Although the error has been clearly made by the restaurant, their customer service tells you to contact Uber Eats in a number that they never pick up. I lost my money and 1 hour trying to find someone over the phone. They ruined my evening. I will never eat from them again. It's a petty that a huge brand is working like a bunch of scammers.

Food is normally pretty fresh or as fresh as a McDonald’s can be. Service is very slow here as third party delivery drivers are very numerous and along with drive thru seem to take priority. If you've asked for anything outside of a standard burger for example "no cheese". Then inspect it before you leave as numerous times they have got it wrong for me. Not a very clean seating area and pretty bland, zero for kids to do.

The visit was okay. Used the table service facility on the self checkout machine. The food took some time to arrive as the place was very busy with lots of customers waiting for their orders standing nearby the entrance. Plenty of car parking spaces and the food quality was pretty average. Done the job. Recommend for a cheap value bite.

When I go to pick Uber delivery orders the staff always late to get the order ready And they are very rude when I ask about the order I waited over 20 min today for the order instead of Saying sorry for their lateness the staff are very rude.

Whilst the porridge and coffee were piping hot as one would expect, the bacon roll was stone cold as if it had been standing for a while. No fault of the courier as he got from the restaurant to my house very quickly

Again no Tate & Lyle syrup provided for the porridge, something which seems to occur with some regularity with this branch of McDonalds

Driver went into the wrong building, I had to chase him to make sure he wouldn’t give my order to someone else

Appalling. Ordered a very simple meal at the drive thru. Wanted normal cheese instead of vegan cheese in my McPlant because the vegan cheese upsets my stomach. They said they were not allowed to change the cheese! I've never heard anything so ludicrous. In the end I had to suggest no cheese at all otherwise I'd be forced into having something I didn't want. I cannot think of a reason on Earth why they could not just give me normal cheese. Then when they gave me my order they forgot my milkshake so had to wait even longer. And the milkshake cup was only just over half full. On a previous occasion I asked for a Filet O Fish but without the fish because I wanted to put some cheese bites in the bun instead. I asked for some extra cheese instead. They charged me for the extra cheese even though I didn't have the fish!!! If the founders of McDonald's could see the service and food quality provided now they'd be in disbelief.

What is the food so bad and the coffee lumpy

Waited over 20 minutes for our meals, the Philly cheese stack dry as a bone and as the dead insect on my sons chips.... Well

Ordered via Deliveroo, order took over and hour, food was stone cold, burger was like cardboard, fries tasted like they were last weeks, threw it in the bin.

Delivery orders are always missing items, has happened so many times I struggle to believe it’s just incompetence at this point and more likely staff stealing food…

Stuck outside waiting a ridiculous length of time yet again for a simple order with no special requests or changes despite having used their app to allegedly speed things up! Why did I bother ………….

Can’t even get a simple order right. Forgot the cheeseburger. Luckily just eat refunded me. Also added the wrong sauces on for my chicken selects. It’s not that hard is it!

The driver asked for a 4 digit code. There was no 4 digit code in the email I received confirming the order. A few minutes later the driver wouldn’t pass the food over . Eventually I gave him the last 4 digits of my phone number.

The food was uneatable the chips taste stale and stone cold along with the burgers being cold as if my food had sat out for ages before delivery, the coke was flat and taste like syrup. Unhappy with this order

everything was cold. hash browns, and sausage pattys, had to be reheated. the tea was cold, and not even any milk or sugar sent with item. (again had to use microwave). sorry but worst delivery i have had for years from McDs...not good.

Delivery driver said my code was wrong even though I showed him it. Waiting at least 15mins just for him to give me the food. Even though I was waiting over an hour and half for it already. Joke ting

No syrup provided with the 2 x porridge ordered. Had to provide our own which was a bit disappointing. This is not the first time this has happened with this branch of McDonalds and I suggest they check their orders more carefully before despatch

Time is always 2 - 3 times longer then stated, sauces are always missed and never enough straws or napkins

Just the best macdonalds ever. We use regularly on our way up north. The food is always piping hot, service is great and staff always happy and friendly. Just something about driving into a clean and tidy place that makes you feel comfortable about eating there. So, a thank you to the people who keep the place looking so smart too !

terrible! after waiting two and a half hours got a notification to say delivered.....delivered where exactly as no delivery here and I have the ring doorbell footage to prove it. Rubbish service I want a refund an apology and an explanation! DELIVERED NOT AT ALL!

As McDonalds restaurants go. The Interior decor and variety of seating made for a very pleasant meal before heading off to the cinema.

Delicious chips. Don’t know what oil they fried them in this time but was absolutely gorgeous!! The best McDonald’s has ever been. Received everything, nice and fresh, this stores performance has raised amazingly.

Order food for my son which didn't arrive. Asked for refund and said it would take 14 days. 20 days later no refund. Had to chase twice and the hassle to get this refund was unbelievable. Their staff actually argued with me. Do not use they do not care about you.

Ordered at 9:37, advised between 10:10 and 10:30 and meal eventually arrived at 10:47 and was cold.

Always a bad experience with this place staff don't care and always get the order wrong chips are either too salty or cold way to much lettuce in the burgers and when ever I get take out I'm always missing food

This is probably the best McDonald's in the place, furniture, and was a massive place. Very busy food was very hot, including the chips. Staff cleaning tables as soon as people leave. The downside was no fizzy drinks, so buying meals very limited to orange juice, water, or milk. They did have milkshakes, but they were only 3/4 full and were so runny like cola, I exchanged twice, had go back for the 3rd time to swap for orange, didnt give me bsck the 80p extra I paid for milkshake.

It's ok. I don't really eat at McDonald's anymore, but my husband likes a burger every now and then and he seems to enjoy it. I do like a Pineapple and Mango smoothie though, but at this branch they're often unavailable - once because of no cups 🤷🏻. And the last one a had a few weeks ago had barely any flavour to it which was very disappointing. But the service! It's not a 'fast food' outlet anymore as it always takes ages to get your order wherever I go. Even if it's just a couple of drinks, we nearly always have to wait at least 10 minutes or more. Uber Eats/Deliveroo etc pick ups always seem to take priority over regular customers that have actually made the effort to come and visit the branch and at the branch it's the same.

driver respond very professionally when I wrongly said bits of a order where missing. He took the time to listen and tried to find out was went wrong which is how I found out it was my mistake 🤦

The overall experience is excellent. Hot food, comfortable seating, and the most important, a clean table. That's what we want in McDonald's.

I ordered melon chunks but didn’t receive any

I enjoyed my large fries and McPlant with diet Coke, the usual high standards expected from McDonald's. The staff were plesent. The decore was delightful and plenty of seating. Shame it's out of town, difficult to get to without a car!

My son said that his banana milkshake tasted funny, like a sharp taste. I told him to leave it and not drink it. I looked into the cup when I next passed by where he was eating and it had all brown stringy stuff in it. (Photos available).

Fed up with getting ice cream first and then have to wait for my food and when they do bring it out the order is missing stuff. Worst McDonald around we don't get this from any other branch just garston. Thing is you tell the manager and they do nothing to improve themselves.

For the second time in a row, no Dips were delivered!

Shocking ordered from hear 2 times both times cold and with items missing

half of our food was missing and the food was cold and burgers where burned.

Driver spilled my drink, then when I said ‘this drink is spilt everywhere’ whilst holding the torn soaking bag he replied. ‘No it isn’t’ and walked off.

Fries were cold and Big Mac was poor quality. Chicken burger was good. No tracker on the delivery.

Order never arrived, & driver was trackably heading in the wrong direction but there was no option to contact. Refund won't include delivery fees, and manager on site was entirely unapologetic & unhelpful, saying he handled it all himself. Appalling.

Missing meals from the bag spend £45 missing items came to 20£ + and was given £3 credit absolute joke.
