El local atendió un velatorio que celebramos durante unos 100 dolientes. Julia y su personal eran brillantes desde cuando preguntamos hasta el día en sí. La difusión de sándwiches, bocadillos y pastel en sí fue soberbia y muy elogiada por los asistentes, incluidos aquellos con necesidades dietéticas especiales. Gracias.

Tuvimos una noche fantástica en Gurkha Lounge el sábado por la noche! La comida era absolutamente excepcional, una mezcla perfecta de sabores indios y nepaleses, cocinados con verdadero cuidado y atención. Cada plato estaba lleno de especias auténticas e ingredientes frescos, desde los currys tiernos hasta los entrantes a base de chile. El ambiente era cálido y acogedor, y el servicio era igual de impresionante — amable, atento, Gracias Kash ellos y genuinamente apasionado por la comida que estaban sirviendo. Se nota que se enorgullecen de lo que hacen. Si estás buscando un lugar para disfrutar de una comida india y nepalesa de primera calidad, Gurkha Lounge es una visita obligada. Definitivamente volveremos!

We came back here for Mother's Day after having a very pleasant evening for our anniversary back in June 2024. Sadly, we won't be returning as the local yobs have started to use it as their new boozer, having been barred from the pub next door. Shouting, arguing, and swearing to the point where one family sat behind us ended up walking out, having only just sat down. We stuck it out mainly because we had no food in the fridge and nowhere else to go, as everywhere else was fully booked. The manager stood like a bouncer next to the toilet door, but did nothing to address the drunken louts, so I assume he's happy taking their money and having other customers driven away. The service was friendly (and apologetic) but slow. My son and I had salmon, but it was undercooked. My daughter's pizza got forgotten, then rush cooked so it came out doughy and undercooked, the cheese just slid off the top. My husband's meal just felt like a larger portion of what he'd had for a starter (exactly the same sauce but with chicken - and not much of it - instead of mushrooms. We did complain, and were offered 50% off as an apology, which was at least a gesture and acceptance of fault. Sadly though, we won't be returning again. We desperately want to support local restaurants to do well, and have certainly enjoyed some lovely meals here in the past under previous ownership, both when it was Flamas, and when it became Mattoni. Even under the current owners, we had a lovely meal last year. It's a real shame to see a business taking such a nose dive in an area that needs good restaurants.

Lovely service as always, you always get what you pay for, fast service hot coffee. The peach ice tea was enjoyed by my eldest, not too sure but it would be boring if we were all the same

Stayed here 3 times now and 2 of those times they have forgotten to put the cot in the room as requested. On one occasion housekeeping just entered the room in the morning as “they thought we’d left”. Front of house staff have always been helpful sorting the issue with the cot and also welcoming.

Buena comida. . 👌 El curry ferroviario y el cordero biriyani estaban realmente deliciosos. . . También viene con gran calidad + cantidad. . Los precios son bastante razonables... Recomendaría encarecidamente...

Wow, my favourite restaurant since finding it. The best is their Olio extra virgin olive oil that they are selling. Have not tasted anything better than this, so smooth and earthy. Simply the best!! Hope it doesn’t run out of stock. Thank you Mama Mia.

Unambiguously the best Chinese takeaway place in Peterborough. Whilst this may sound like a low bar (and it is), they genuinely make pretty good food.

Tasty great drive through service very fast & efficient will be defo using this place again for some sweet little treats

Food was ok, waiter was really great, entertaining and a laugh. He ensured dietary issues were addressed and acknowledged everyone. Food was delivered quickly. A pleasant night out

I Feel the fish isn't as nice as in the past never really thought much of the chips but always thought the fish was so good ,really hard to find quality fish and chips these days
