Food choice in the restaurant wasn’t great I was stood at the bar for while before I got to order and food wasn’t great

Had a wonderful customer service experience with a receptionist named Ghizzy, she really went above and beyond and was absolutely amazing with our daughter who can be a nervous traveller.

First time i've checked into this hotel and have found it to be very welcoming. Stefan on the desk was quick to advise me on the best places to eat and visit for shopping, which was both very useful and appreciated. It was nice to recieve a friendly welcome

Amazing stay 😄 had a quick and easy check in! receptionists Jade and Martyna couldn't do more to help and we also got given some chocolate on arrival! Would definitely stay here again 😄

It is what it is a buffet breakfast. However, the sausages and bacon are good quality and plenty available. Fried eggs are mostly hard. Fair breakfast selection of pastries and decent yogurts. Coffee, tea and juice are included and free refills. Coffee is bean to cup so was very nice.

Good location for getting into Peterborough and the A1. There is plenty of choice for eating out around the hotel and a big Tesco around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy 👍

Room: very clean and shower was very powerful. Service: very quick and polite service food is also great. Good selection on the unlimited breakfast. Location: pretty simple to get here and hard to miss. Overall very pleasant place to stay, fire alarm accidentally went off a midnight other than that all good. I guess I felt a bit safer knowing the alarm actually works !!!!

works for a nice short stay. Register your car in the car park. Decent bar and breakfast option. Let them know if want room cleaned

Massive well done to both Kerry and Chelsea in the restaurant for staying so calm and friendly despite the chef not turning up until serving time. Perfect example of how a stressful situation can be handled nigh on perfectly, both ladies extremely friendly and apologetic managing to keep everyone very calm and patient. Reward them, and well.

Apart from a ridiculously noisy bath fan in room 105 which meant dumping in the dark.... All gud!

Wonderful stay while visiting family! Our check in was amazing! The team had created a Harry Potter themed magical corner in reception! It was amazing, there was a personalised hogwarts letters for our daughter, she was so excited! We got some great photos with props! And the team were just wonderful, and they were dressed up too! Great experience and a wonderful nights sleep! Will deffo recommend this hotel and will stay again! Can’t wait to see what the next big set up will be! Best hotel experience! 🤗

So we got here the bathroom had not been cleaned 😐 as we stay with them all over country we thought or we wouldn't have a problem how wrong was we was stayed as we had btcc the next morning and was up at 4.30 we was woken all night with people talking loud out side our window with staff joining them for a smoke to top it off police turning up at 3am to drop someone off we went to staff but didn't care really at never again will we stay here best bit about it was location

You know its going to be one of those trips when the first set of lights you meet are red.... if you can imagine a journey which should normally take 2 hours taking nearly five then you know its going to be a long drive. What made the drive instantly forgetable was the lovely welcome of Jade and the team at the Premier Inn (Hampton) Peterborough. Our son who is autistic, loved the Harry Potter theme in reception. There was a display and colouring pictures. Mum's and Dad's weren't excluded and an ice cold can of beer was very welcomed indeed. Nothing wasn't too much trouble for the staff and a good night's sleep and first class hospitality setup us up for the journey to Scotland the next day. We will be back! Thank you.

Staff very friendly & helpful in both the Premier Inn and the Brewers Fayre. Good shopping close by and plenty of other places to eat. A nearby lake for an evening stroll too.

On this occasion, the let down was due to people, either guests at the hotel themselves or just people eating and drinking at the attached restaurant, thinking it appropriate to shove their kids outside in the carpark to play football around people's cars and scream underneath people's hotel windows between 9 and 10pm at night. I had to go down to reception twice to ask the person there to try tell them to stop after the gestures I received from these kids when I asked them to go and stop shouting outside my window, were less than polite (as if the parents shoving them out wasn't enough of a clue what type we were dealing with, the language and gestures of their kids was confirmation). Also, again, those with children decending into the dining room for breakfast and again, instead of sitting their kids at a table and the parents going around the breakfast item, kids were left to wander and even run around, handle food etc..... unpleasant and noisy for people who do not cope well with noise and crowds, especially so early in the morning. My parents would never have let us wander around a restaurant / food serving area, we would have been sat or at least held by the hand to choose our food....I ended up having to wrap my croissants in napkins and take them and my coffee back up to my room the first morning and didn't go down for breakfast at all the second morning, eventhough it had been paid for. I guess different standards of parenting and levels of entitlement means some people are entitled to have kids and the rest of us have the pleasure of sampling their delight, ruining our experiences.... Staff were, however, pleasant and helpful.

Nice place to stay, rooms are clean and have all the essentials. Comfortable bed and nice ensuite bathroom. Carpet in the hallway is the only thing that lets the place down, it looks very outdated, but otherwise a good place to stay.

I needed help getting my luggage in and out of the car due recent shoulder surgery. I was helped when I arrived but unfortunately there was no-one available when I left so it was a struggle but I managed.

Good customer service. Room need checking before guests arrive. Great breakfast choice. 😋

Really busy but all really good too as you expect from a premier inn

Very convenient location albeit very noisy all throughout the night thanks to being next to the A road, can’t have everything I suppose! Unfortunately I found the bed very uncomfortable and had a bad nights sleep. The rooms are very dated and basic, though clean. Acceptable given the price but personally I won’t be choosing Travelodge again.

I have stayed here over the past 12 months many times. The staff are all fantastic with the stand out being Stefan. If you’re in the area, this is the only place to stay.

Good budget hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. For sleep the perfect place.

Stayed here for 2 nights after braking down and was not planned to stay here. The staff were lovely and the environment was clean. Great location as there were lots of food choices around. Was a great value of £68 for one night and £58 the other. Would definitely recommend staying here. The room was lovely.

Room, it’s a premier inn, you know what your getting, this hotel hasn’t a clue in the evenings with regards evening meals, the first night, waited 2.5 hours and ok they are having problems, last night, waited 1.45 hours to be served my main as they had given some other table my starter 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Stay if your on a diet

Stayed here for the first time due to staying in Peterborough for a training course. Staff were all so lovely, Jade was extremely helpful with advising me on how best to get to where I needed to be the next morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Can't beat a premier inn for a quick overnight stay. Always clean and friendly.
