Starbucks Coffee in Peterborough

Half of the order wasn’t sent, just a note saying to request a refund - which you only get back as credit, not your actual money!

ordered at 9.30 received at 11.45 . coffee was cold and ticket on it said was made at 10.01 am so had stood for two hours . tried to cancel order but couldn't . you would think the store would have made a fresh coffee.

not everything arrived. and the food that did was stone cold. I had a note telling me to request a refund for the missing items ,but when I've put in the request it seems to have been rejected

The delivery was on time but the supposedly hot chocolate was cold. Just Eat have refused to refund. AVOID THIS SELLER.

I was given someone else’s order. Member of staff did not even question of what I ordered and I was just handed. After I’ve left the shop I didn’t even think to check the label… so disappointed as I wanted to try pistachio and cream new flavouring…

I needed a break and at my daughter's request, we decided to try this place. The staff were very welcoming, always with a smile on their face, the snack was delicious and for these reasons I give it 5 stars. I will definitely come back again.

Absolutely appalled by the disgusting service given by a member of staff at this Starbucks today. I am unsure of this employee’s name as the name on the receipt was ‘Sean’ but this was a blonde lady who had her hair in ponytail and appeared to be working on the till. This is the second time that I have been treated poorly by this member of staff. Before even being near the till me and my sister where not asked but snapped at for our order. Once the order had been made my phone then took its time to open the Starbucks app to which took all of 30 seconds but was reacted to with impatient tapping on the counter from the employee. I then asked if I could use a £10 gift card to pay for part of my order which the employee took and scanned but clearly did not put through because a £12.50 order then became £7.50 left to pay. After looking at the receipt it was apparent that she had not processed the gift card at all and just blatantly lied that it had gone through. I then had to speak to another member of staff to get sorted. This sort of customer service from this employee is appalling, rude and unwelcoming and sadly puts such a dark cloud on the wonderful customer service that other employees in this Starbucks regularly give.

Miserable Staff. Asked for a bit more milk for coffee. We got told quite rudely that there was some already in it. Not the attitude to have.

Fruit toast not toasted and Brownie wrapped and atacked in between two hot products. All melted and mushy!

Easy to find and park car , friendly staff and clean place , most of the time not to busy.

I paid 4.25 for this and there's hardly anything inside. I'm not happy with this product due to the amount of bread compared to the filling, it was not nice at all. I had a mouthful of bread each bite.

This Starbucks is VERY slow. You'll wait 10-15 minutes in the morning with just 4 or 5 cars in the que. TWO people were working this morning. If you're in a rush in the morning AVOID this location.

We were all very happy with our Starbucks treat. Every thing still hot and fresh. A little expensive but it was enjoyed by myself and my 2 boys

Got a frappe through the drive through and is literally undrinkable it has completely separated and tastes awful

Recieved 2 drinks, 1 which isn't full and the stickers over the mouth piece are still intact so it's not due to spillage. A little disappointed as it's £7 per drink I paid and didn't even get a full venti cup :(

It's horrible. The coffee tasted like blood. I was sitting in my seat with my baby. My baby was pushed and they pushed my wife. It was as if they wanted to get rid of me completely! I felt the owner supports gen0c1de.

As per usual I only ever get what Starbucks want to serve me. Nothing I wanted was available from drinks to food. It was ok but again feel I'm paying for something I didn't really fancy

Have to give 1 star because 0 is not an option... came through the drive through at 6.20am at the Walton Peterborough store.. I was bringing my partner to claim his nhs free thank you drink before starting at least a 12 hour shift... staff knew nothing about it and said manager wasn't in... Disgusting starbucks.. shame on you for using the nhs for publicity and promising bogus claims...

My daughter loves Starbucks, so we frequently end up in one. We have never been disappointed, and service has been really good xx

Missing items but also the bag stunk of smoke really strongly obviously I guess the driver smokes but Jesus this was bad

Asked for loads of drizzle and received pretty much none but tasted as ok as it could do without the drizzle!

When I ordered I expected what I ordered but came to find out they gave me something different because they ran out of an ingredient, I appreciate it and I do like the drink and thankfully I'm not allergic to nuts and the cookie straw was quite tasty too.

Ordered a large caramel coffee Frappuccino for myself and a small caramel milk cappuccino for my daughter and they came the other way round

I'm really disappointed! Very rude staff! I paid nearly £5 for a Caramel frappe and it had no taste just crushed ice. I'm a fan of Starbucks coffee, but I'll never go there again.

It took a whole HOUR to receive my drinks. I only ordered two things, why would it need to take a whole hour to make 2 drinks ?????

I ordered a large and got a small drink .shame there's strawberry acai wasn't available the lime was only slices3of l8me with a little water and lots ice would likely to have a refund I spent to much money on something that's wasn't to my satisfaction

Delivered quickly. Oat shaken espresso tasted lovely. My lemon loaf cake wasn’t available and substituted with something that, unfortunately I didn’t like however, one of the staff had left a lovely note in the bag to let me know that I could get a refund if I needed to and that they had had to substitute. Really appreciated that.

Served by Ethan & Liv, both very bubbly and friendly, even made my gran giggle! Visited around 4/5ish earlier today - all the staff looked like they got on well together and we're having a good time, really makes a difference to the vibe of the store! :)

Super fast delivery and very nice driver but the drink was only filled 3/4 so i could have ordered a smaller size and got the same amount for a cheaper price…

Called in for a coffee with my granddaughter, I recommend their Mocha it is lovely.

Ordered chocolate chip frappes but got something different and definitely No chocolate chips, also delivery driver just left it on the doorstep thanks for that

They always seem to have run out of something when I go, but the staff are friendly and the drinks are always delicious.

Goos coffee, zesty lemon cake, no atmosphere but it's a chain Starbucks!

This is our favourite Starbucks to come to. The coffee and hot chocolate are excellent but the service is why we keep coming back. Ethan and Will are excellent, helpful and friendly. They always get our order correct, are polite and quick to answer on the drive through and are a credit to the company.

We ordered 4 tall Frappuccino’s all of them full of ice couldn’t even taste anything it was literally 4 sips …. 4 ham and cheese sandwiches all cheese melted inside the bag so we had to eat just with ham which was very dry too … very disappointing and we paid over £50 …

DRINK SPILLED DURING DELIVERY. SOAKED THROUGH BAG AND ALL FOOD ITEMS

We are living in Hampton, but sometimes we like to go there for some coffee and Morrison afterwards! 2 weeks ago, my husband and I went to that Starbucks. I ordered a drink for my husband and some bits for myself. I am a pregnant woman I can’t have any caffeine drink so I asked hot water! The girl asked for service charge! I’ve never been asked this before, also they haven’t put any points on my membership! I would not go there again!

I liked the Starbucks blueberry muffin. This time around it tasted off. Had it not been a take away I would have returned it. Staff - I didn't want to use the drive-through, instead, I parked up. The two staff seemed to have an issue with that. They couldn't believe I used the parking bay to come into Starbucks only for a muffin! I don't see anything wrong with that.

An amazing team of staff here! I came in on a really personally down day. I didn't know what I wanted and Ethan asked me questions that lead to me enjoying the best coffee I've had! (White mocha with an extra shot of toasted vanilla). Not only this but, Chole and Georgia both saw I was a little down in the dumps. They sparked up a little chat and made my day soo much better. It was exactly what I needed. Great coffee, great people! Mega surprised! 👍

Not sure what it is lately, but this location has been lacking the service and quality that would be expected from Starbucks. If you arrive at this location a minute after 6 pm, there is no pastries or biscuits to accompany your order. The display area for the pastries is cleared out as if it just opened. Nothing bothers me more than a location that clears their shelves with the intention to have less customers. There has been multiple instances where this location has closed at 6 pm without notice or reason even though the posted signs show 8 pm. The times that they close early without notice, the employees have been rude to push customers out the door without explanation. It is very upsetting as this is our nearest Starbucks. From now on will start supporting Costa or other local coffee shops instead that doesn’t have lazy employees. Doesn’t even deserve a star rating for this location.

It’s not cheap but good food served well is worth paying the extra for especially when working hard. I had a Plant Based Breakfast Wrap with smoky scrambled tofu and it was delicious. I will bookmark this place for my next visit to Peterborough. I asked for a glass of tap water for my tablets and it was served with ice and no trouble at all for the staff thanks guys ❤️

Friendly, helpful service and a good range of drinks. My daughter loved the honey oatmilk coffee. The cream on my salted pretzel hot chocolate was delicious, but the hot chocolate was very weak. The cream cheese muffin was rather dry and underfilled, but had a lovely flavour. Really enjoyed the almond raspberry loaf cake though, which had a lovely moist texture and delicious flavour, with yummy jam inside. The size of the large drinks is generous. The decor is relaxing, and the bench seats are comfy, but a couple of the individual chairs are unpadded and hard, so we swapped ours for padded ones. Lots of parking is available as it is adjoining Morrisons car park.The drive through here is also quick and efficient.

The cheese in the panini was stuck to the wrapping, and was closed unevenly…

This doesn't seem to create a voucher and no instructions on how to create ..disappointed

I would like to get a refund as the food was cold and my large iced caramel Frappuccino was half full, I’m only 5mins down the road and at the price I paid I was expecting it to be warm and a full large cup

Georgia at Starbucks did her best to help as the order through Just Eat never got delivered even though the app shows as delivered. The instructions were very clear and the contact info was correct. I would like the refund of my delivery fee as well as the entire order. Do not pay the driver. Service charge can be kept by the restaurant.

I'm a regular Costa go'er but the missus told me that Starbucks made a better Mocha so I thought I'd give them a go but was really disappointed there is no way on this earth that Starbucks mocha is better than Costa, So my conclusion, Costa all the way.

Mate, driver took 58 minutes to drop off 2 iced drinks, he went to 3 different places in Peterborough including thorny, crowland and deeping!! (I’m located in eye, and have made sure my details said eye too, I spent 15 pounds to get my food late, not good enough, I have the drivers number if you want it, he was unacceptable

I use this Starbucks to work from amazing to see how the team multi tasks with it being a drive through too. Good Starbucks super nice staff

Description clearly states it comes with whipped cream yet they always take it on themselves to leave it off what a rip off

Kept loosing signal on the map and the time kept changing on how far away . Drinks was melted

First and last time using starbucks. Waited to get served due to queue. Cake I bought for husband was dry. Dissapointed.
