Tasty great drive through service very fast & efficient will be defo using this place again for some sweet little treats

Well what can you say about Krispy Kreme. Servive first rate. Donuts to die for so good we skipped breakfast next day and had drinks and donuts again. Coffee my wife had first class, I had drinking chocolate and was probaly the best I ever had. We went a second time befor leaving home and the waitress remembered us knew what we had the day before. Establishment spotlessly clean. Thanks

The donut here are freshly prepared and the entire process is done in front of you. From the raw material to shaping it and then dipping in sugar syrup and adding chocolate layer is done rite there. The prices are mid range. Ample parking Good for packing too

Wow! I hadn’t tried a fresh hot doughnut and at 7pm when the light went on thought why not! They were delicious! Wow! I event went back in the morning on my way home to get some Nutella and Reece’s doughnuts. Well done peeps it was great 👍

Disgusting from Krispy Kreme Peterborough! queued patiently for 2 hours for the Kit-Kat release only for absolute wronguns to be prioritised coming with 20 minutes to go blocking everyone in. This resulted in none of the originals benefiting from the promotion. Fuming with the staff for letting this happen. Never returning. Embarrassing....

Being American, I have to say they were the worst doughnuts I have ever had in my life. Sorry, but I would not recommend these doughnuts.

Delicious doughnuts. Always visit here after a meal out, or a night out. Nice to sit down have a fresh doughnut and coffee. Feel guilty afterwards though!

So this weekend I finally lost my Krispy Kreme virginity and it was amazing! The service was great with super friendly staff and the doughnuts were super tasty! They were so fresh and I’m so glad I can finally say I’ve been. I will 100% be returning!

It's like being in the US a doughnut shop with a drive through amazing doughnuts are all freshly made and the milkshakes made to order what more could you want, only to be stateside

Upon my arrival to Krispy Kreme, I noticed that something was flying around in the cabinet with all the fresh doughnuts. On closer inspection I noticed that it was a wasp that was landing on all of the freshly baked doughnuts. The cashier was aware of this issue and was still happy to serve me the same doughnuts that the wasp had been landing on. It didn’t seem to even phase the cashier in the slightest and acted as if it wasn’t an issue.

The best go to place to grab some doughnuts with friends. Highly recommend. Clean, efficient and you can even watch the doughnuts being freshly prepared!

£2.50 for A Single doughnut?!?!.... no wonder it always nearly empty. One visit was enough for a lifetime!

When ordering my food and drink it was fine however, I asked if the doors could be closed as they were permanently open as it was cold. I happened to get the manager and she shouted with an attitude and said no, don’t you think we would close it f we could they can either be open or closed. I said well as this is the only table free and it happened to be near the door could you close it and open the other side door? She huffed and said oh only for you then really sarcastically I felt really intimidated. When she closed it she said oh is that better? I just said yes thank you - also when my friends drink was brought over the last held it by the rim and slammed it on the table and said here... I’m not being funny who does that- awful customer service - this was my first and last time visiting!

Lovely food and drinks - lemonade is great, only problem is that they had run out of original glaze doughnuts when I was there

Very expensive and poor customer service - not because the workers were unfriendly, but because their training forbids them to sell uncoated (sugar) donuts - despite it being the easiest thing in the world to take them out before the sugar station!

I could never really see the point of a 24hr donut store. Then I went out for a show, and had a case of the nibbles on the way home. And couldnt resist a donut. Now I see the point of 24hr donut stores!

We did a drive by after some heavy 'sales' shopping, needing a sugar rush. We were not disappointed. The service was quick and helpful, particularly as we not been to the drive through before. Great choice in the deluxe box that filled our sugar rush need really well! Easy process, helpful staff. Why not....

Went for a coffee to catch up with a few friends. It is a very modern building, modernist decor and very clean. I have visited a couple of times now and the coffee is always very well made and exactly how you prefer. The doughnuts are great.. Do ask the assistant for their recommendations on which one to have as they all get to try way more than you could ever get through at one sitting. It is relaxing, if slightly unnerving that you may possibly be the only customers in the sit down part of Krispy Kreme. We were there for just over two hours from 10 to beyond midday. There were maybe 8 customers, including ourselves. If you need a coffee and some quiet time with a friend or relative this could be the ideal place.

Went to the drive through tonight with friends...24 hour drive through it may be. However it had about 5 flavours! I only like one flavour, the glazed raspberry and they didn't even have that! Pants.

Don't miss out this fantastic Krispy Kreme. The best part of your visit is that you get to see how doughnuts gets made. Really clean, spacious place if you want to chill after a long day.

Came here the the wife's birthday breakfast didn't fancy a hot drink so had the iced coffee with my doughnut very nice as usually very Good service glad we went.

Lovely clean place. Drive through a little slow at times but not annoyingly so. Great half hour in the evening watching the doughnuts being made.

It's mental that you can spend more on a doughnut than a sandwich & it's not OK to large my Big Mac meal but it's alright to eat three doughnuts in one go on a take out tray bought through a drive thru. But who am I to argue when it takes her about the distance from here to home to eat all three (yes we 'shared', yes I got to 'taste' them & no I won't get fat terribly quick) & the excitement of sourcing the new mint & raspberry treats was all I've heard about this evening. So thank you Krispy Kreme for my quiet drive & happy lady.

We stopped in at the Peterborough Krispy Kreme for dessert after eating at a nearby carvery. The layout of the outlet is interesting with a few cafe type tables, a service counter with the yummy treats displayed, and a glassed in view of the kitchens so you can see the goings on.

Great donoughts and drinks, friendly service. Only negative is that there is not much atmosphere inside and not many tables to sit in. Always friendly every time I go and tastes and smells great.

The best doughnuts in the world and it's drive through!!! Will definitely return soon. Very clean and staff are friendly and efficient.

Four of us popped in here for a treat, we got a box of six to share and they were all different and all fresh and yummy, would definatly pop in again if nearby for a treat, they are a little overpriced though for what they are.

Seeing the doughnuts being made was great. I couldn't drag my daughter away from the window. The smell was heavenly. Shame they'd run out of my fave lemon meringue ones but the Reese's peanut butter made an equally delicious substitute.

Since having these many years ago in America I have always treated my self or other people have bought me them when they see them.....but now we have our own main restaurant and kitchen not 20 miles away.....so as a treat we call in and select a dozen or so....unfortunately today the range of flavours was a little disappointing No Lemon Meringue No Nutella No peanut butter just to name a few of my favourites.....ok not a major point as I still bought a dozen selection of my choice and a dozen glazed rings and I am enjoying every single one ☝️

As a little treat on Good Friday decided to visit here, albeit , it is an expensive treat for what you get.

Been to Krispy Kreme a few times now , used drive thru , as well as in store . My favourite one is peanut butter one which for some reason is now off from their selection....big disappointment as that's the only one I order . The other ones are good but we all have a favourite one. Cloudy lemonade is also good ... few Krispy Kreme gifts you can get ...key rings etc bring back peanut butter one !!!

I love Krispy Kreme and I'm a really big fan but I always find your restaurant dirty , floor always dirty and tables sticky . I visited on a Monday at 10.30 am and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned from yesterday, only one member of staff serving the drive through restaurant and another having a break .

What a great place. You can see the doughnuts being made, then buy them to eat in with coffee or drinks, or to take away. There's also a drive thru service. With the normal Krispy Kreme products, so yummy!! Amazing

Visited here as myself and my family all love their doughnuts, very easy to get to and as soon as you walk in you can see and watch fresh doughnuts being made! Although quite expensive its well worth a visit there, to watch them being made and have a latte or a krispy Kreme milkshake!

The service is amazing the staff get you served as quickly as possible and they never rush u the food is amazing and tastes so good I just love it

I have had the doughnuts out of Tesco extra but my family wanted to try the doughnuts at the restaurant that the have made near Tesco extra. I have always loved the doughnuts from Tesco but they are much better at the restaurant itself.

Came here after our annual trip to KFC, spent a fair while looking at the production line which I found fascinating and was so good how we got to see everything. When we went on to pick our donuts the young man who served us was very friendly and chatty, helping us pick our 12 donuts. Another member of staff had a headset on (presume she was drive through) and she was very friendly and chatty too.

Picked up a drink and a box of donuts on the way home from football game, friendly helpful staff, nice to see how the donuts are made all in front of you.

Really enjoy visiting here. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Love the doughnuts. Lovely coffee. Fab time at Halloween too with pumpkin carving. Special thanks to Racheal and Jamie, but all staff are lovely.

I visited Krispy Kreme a couple of weeks ago and was served by a very lovely young girl called Kim. I found the doughnuts, although tasty, to be very greasy and I'm saddened to learn that the lemon cheesecake has been discontinued. Our coffee was brilliant, even better than Costa, and our Barista - Jamie, was excellent and very friendly. The cleanliness wasn't great and there was a girl cleaning the tables very, very slowly. I almost wanted to go up to her, give her a shake, take the cloth off of her and clean the tables myself.

Its easier to show you some of the correspondence I have sent that is self explanatory sadly I am still awaiting any response from either two emails sent via their web site, one letter to UK complaints department and one letter to their USA headquarters.

Slow service for a popular eatery. Drive in is always full. Queue always nearly out the door. Dobuts are nice but stupidly priced

Was so excited at the prospect of this! Love the idea of the place, great selection of doughnuts and all freshly made. However we left feeling a little disappointed.

My girlfriend and I visited the restaurant after being highly recommended by a friend.

There is not a lot to say about this it is Krispy Kreme donuts and they are amazing. I did drive through which was fine and there is a good choice not sure if it is the whole menu but definitely enough to choose from. They are quite expensive at approx £1.75 each but worth it for a treat.

Krispy Kreme has opened near my home and I have to pass by regularly. It is too tempting !! Ruining my diet !

This new Krispy Kreme hot light store has been in the making for months now, and finally opened its doors in July with much fanfare and publicity. The hot light stores make fresh donuts in store, which are also then supplied to local supermarkets such as Tescos. This store in unique in that it has a 24 hour drive thru! Inside is a cafe style donut store, with all the usual Krispy Kreme selection on display. You can select singles, 3 packs or the more popular dozen or double dozen deals.

We have been to this place several times now and it has never disappointed, the donuts are fresh, the drinks are somehow better than the donuts ( in my opinion) Well worth the occasional visit!

Loads of delish donuts so many to choose from. Take one with a coffe to start your day. Wont help if your on a diet but some times you just have to do it.

Absolute sugar rush and a caffeine must for any tired and greedy family! Lovely and clean seats/tables , bubbly (sugar overdosed) staff who were smiling and laughing and probably in need of some time away from the strawberry glaze counter. Donuts are perfectly moorish and easily eaten within minutes while our little one was fascinated at watching the donuts get made which is a pretty awesome little touch for any bakery type place. Well worth a visit!!

Came here for breakfast on the way to holiday different to the usual breakfast but we enjoyed it and they are definitely the best I've had

Came here in the second week of opening, what a misleading joke! The sign was flashing for hot fresh doughnuts and after a 45 minute wait in a quite which had around 5 cars in (what a joke!), I was told they had accidentally left the sign on and their was in fact no fresh doughnuts, no apology or anything! The doughnuts were the same as getting them from Tesco apart from the shocking customer service! If you want a quick and convenient service, this ain't the place to go!

We arrived in Krispy Creme on Saturday and the light was on on they gave everyone a fresh hot doughnut ring. They were lovely hot and moist not at all stodgy. Had a banoffe drink thet was lovely also had a strawberry and Creme doughnut and hubby had lemon cheesecake will definitely be going back not too often though as will soon put the pounds on. They are quite expensive but the more you buy the cheaper they are. Highly recommend.

My first visit definitely impressed me. The doughnuts were light and delicious. I has the strawberries and cream filled doughnut with strawberry sprinkles and crumbled shortcake on top. I also had a latte which was an ordinary latte.

So I thought I would visit here today to give the doughnuts a try, there are so many to choose from but I settled for the apple pie doughnut and I must say it was amazing, my sister had the strawberry and cream and also great, chose a latte but no decaffeinated option.

First trip to see the new Krispy Kreme place everyone is raving about. It in my opinion is a American based doughnut diner nothing more nothing less, the only good thing is you can watch the donuts being made. BEWARE the staff very helpful but must either not be trained or have been trained not to let you know when buying there special offer of 1 box of 12 cream and 1 box 12 ring doughnuts, if you chose the doughnuts for the MIXED box you will pay a premium.I asked if we could choose the mixed box and not a mention of the extra£1.50. until we came to pay, its in very small print on the price list high up above the counter. Not a problem about the price but I would expect when buying anything to be informed about any change to pricing . To the manager of Krispy Kreme please train your staff to be forward and honest at the point of sale.

Came here with friends to see what the hype was about. This has been well-anticipated and didn't disappoint.
