Costa Within Next in Peterborough

Lovely service as always, you always get what you pay for, fast service hot coffee. The peach ice tea was enjoyed by my eldest, not too sure but it would be boring if we were all the same

I recently visited this Costa a received great customer service the staff were very friendly and I had the best chai Latte Ive ever ordered I asked for extra chai and the barista made it perfectly usually I'm disappointed with the amount of chai in this beverage but this time it was great on a cold evening

Came with Family for hot drinks and cakes,was waiting in queue wor 15min,it was fee people just in front,but the service was terible and sos slow. The workers was around 4 i count totally,but was more enjoying chatting,than serve customers in timely manner. After getting drinks,was problem find the seat,as around 4-5 tables was still dirty and full left with waste,not very satisfied about this place.

Great service fast & efficient and great clean environment! Will definitely be visiting again it’s really handy to use at the shopping Center

Yesterday I visited Costa in Next in Serpentine Green- with a friend! We ordered some coffees and wanted toasted tea cakes!! They didn’t have any and we tried to choose something else . Kim decided she would go and get some from the Costa next door - I told her not to worry I would be embarrassed but she said she would go anyway!! She then came back cooked them and I went to the counter to pay!! She said it was on the house so to speak!! She went (as she always does) over and above what you would expect and is extremely lovely!! All the staff in this Costa are very friendly and professional and make it a pleasure to visit!! This is my Costa if choice and thank you very much 😊

staff are more concerned with having a conversation amongst each other then serving. The coffee tasted burnt

Typical Costa drinks & food but the staff make this place nice. They are always friendly, helpful & nothing is too much trouble. Quieter than the larger Costa just outside.

Very nicr little coffee shop - and good that Soya milk is available for those of us who don't drink dairy.

Usual terrific drinks which were swiftly produced and with some tasty cakes which kept the 3 adults and grandchild happy

The café was very busy with only one member of staff on who was serving, preparing food and clearing tables. She just managed to stay on top of things. Two delicious hot flat whites served quickly. A joy to relax after tackling the shops.

This is run by the manager from the Costa that used to be inside the centre, its quite small but has a lovely atmosphere and is so much easier getting served and sitting calmly within Next. Tried using the bigger Costa just next to this shop and the waiting queue was horrendous. So welcoming in here and the staff look happy.
