We recently visited Harvester at Hampton and were warmly welcomed by Sam, who truly made our experience memorable. Sam provided service with a genuine smile and was wonderfully chatty, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout our meal. went for lunch today at Harvester after our local one recently closed. i was nothing short of impressed with both the food and service. our server jade was both friendly and efficient, cannot wait to return.

Food was very average! Cleanliness of the restaurant was poor, my partner collected a high chair and it was filthy. Had to clean it myself. He said they were all filthy!! Service was just okay. Would not recommend and will not be returning

Everything what they have is taken from the shop, they don't make any food, just warming up. Steak wasn't good at all, salads are old a bit, i ask for fresh orange juice but they bring me juice from tetra pack, orange innocent juice from tesco much better what they bring me and charged as fresh juice, chips was old or cooked many times, and very oily, stuff even don't ask or i like it, because he knew the answer. Never come back again.

Muy muy ocupado hoy y restaurante estaba en un poco de un desastre cuando llegamos y salad bar muy mal surtido. Se lo dije al camarero joven que acaba de decir que estaban cortos en la cocina, sin embargo, le dije a nuestro camarero Mo y qué estrella! Estaba en él inmediatamente repuso todo el bar de ensaladas por su cuenta y mantuvo todas sus mesas felices. ¡Eres fantástico y nos visitaste!

Experiencia media. Hay que limpiar el lugar. Las alfombras están sucias con trozos de comida en el suelo. Algo nauseabundo cuando se trata de comer alimentos. Mantenlo limpio.

Went with the family for lunch today, 04 May 2025. Was fine. Not terrible, not great. Just fine. Waiter was friendly, service was good. This was a positive and why I gave 10% tip. Food was fine, I had the original combo (chicken and rib). Very little meat on the ribs (not sure if that's the norm). My biggest concern is overall cleanliness. I couldn't help but notice the filthy carpet with bits of food etc...throughout the restuarant. Made it difficult to enjoy the meal. I know it may be busy and difficult to clean while busy but I suggest when tables are wiped down after a table has left to also spend 1 minute with a dustpan and brush and brush up the chips, bread, salad, serviettes etc... if this happens after every table leaves, it wont be filthy. Keep it clean!

We had mo as our server he was very friendly and polite. He made sure we were happy and had everything. 10/10 service

Gran servicio, nos trataron como familia. La comida es excelente y el café es genial. Nuestra comida llegó rápido y estaba bien cocinado, mi pechuga de pollo estaba perfectamente cocinado. Me encanta el bar de ensaladas gran adición para tener, esto establece la cosechadora por encima de otros restaurantes de comida rápida. Limpio y muy ordenado, así como los baños también. Bien hecho a todo el personal, especialmente Jo que nos cuida muy bien de hecho, ella es un crédito a este establecimiento.

We arrived here on the spur of the moment. One of our party is in a wheelchair, so before we went into the restaurant to eat, I checked to see if there was enough space. The young man who I spoke to couldn't have done enough to help us. He arranged for my dad (in the wheelchair) to come in via a door closer to the car park. He was really attentive and gave excellent service. He is a credit to your company. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Thank you for making our dining experience so enjoyable. We visited on Wednesday 16th April at approximately 13:30, if this helps to identify the person who served us.

Just an okay experience. The servers just couldn't give a shit and honestly, who blames them. The restaurant is crammed to the brim, there was no space for my little ones pushchair and staff were getting visibly annoyed everytime they tried to pass, despite having nowhere else to put the pushchair. Food is overpriced in my opinion, for the quality. Yes, free refills, yes, free salad which are lovely but I was so disappointed with my food. Greasy, wet burger with a sad pile of fries. Worst heartburn of my life following this meal and ended up having to spend £6 on some Gavison at a service station! Just not impressed, make a reservation somewhere else.

Standard Harvester fare. Nice enough.

Whilst food was okay I ordered chicken and mash the gravy was very very watery and mash quite sloppy so would not order again.

Although the Harvester was busy the service and food were on time and very good. Great service by all.

My family and I went to Harvester in Hampton, Peterborough yesterday. I was shocked by how much it had changed. There was no family friendly atmosphere and we were seated almost on top of other diners. The restaurant itself is lovely inside so we just wanted just to eat. What caught my attention is the lack of English speaking waiters/waitresses. There was a language barrier when the waiter took our order and we had waited some time to be served. The food was good. The only criticism with the food was the steak my partner had ordered. He ordered his steak medium rare and it was not. Upon paying, the waiter set up the card machine for my partner to input a tip, which is presumptuous and he stood there and watched while my partner tried to exit that screen. The waiter merely gave us menus and took our order. Another person brought over the food and we served ourselves with drinks and salads. While the interior and food are good, it didn't have the tradional family friendly vibe. It didn't feel like the Harvester used to. Very stale atmosphere.

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Our waiter was lovely. My only complaint was that the gray on my roast chicken dish was very bland.

A standard eatery, but elevated by its friendly staff who are always happy to help out. Food was good, and general atmosphere was lovely. Recently, we went for Mother's Day and sat in a place in the restaurant where there were no blinds on the window, so the guests in our party facing the window had to squint or hold a menu up to cover the direct sun... The manager did come over and apologise, but there wasn't much to help the situation... In hindsight, it didn't ruin our experience.

We went with some friends at 6.30pm maybe not the best time beginning of school Easter holidays, as very busy with family and children. However, service was not affected and we were looked after well by Mo. Thank you Mo. Shame they ran out of the Thousand Island dressing, this should never happen. Meal was very good tho as always. One of our favourite places to eat

This was my first time having a Harvester. We got 2 vegetarian burgers, with chips and salad and the whole meal went beyond my expectations. The portion was huge and the food was tasty! Will be ordering again. Thanks to all the staff there for delivering good quality :)

We were served by a man named Mo, who provided outstanding service. Within minutes of sitting down we placed and food and drink order, he was polite and very welcoming. He made sure to get our food order in before larger tables began to order to prevent the wait time being too long. Although the restaurant was very busy we received amazing service from both Mo and Will who made sure we had everything we needed. All round great experience

First visit here tonight for my son’s birthday treat. Absolutely amazing customer service right from the very beginning from Will on greeting us at the door. Went out of his way to have a chat and joke with us all including my son which was much appreciated. Jo then took our order and served us exceptional food cooked to perfection. Her customer service was also 5* despite being really busy, she was lovely! A great asset to your team, thanks guys x

Met with 8 others today for a birthday lunch . Food was incredibly good 👍. Our waitress , Jo, was awesome 👌. She was bubbly , funny, efficient and helpful. Although the restaurant was very busy, nothing was too much trouble. Food was good and hot when served and very much appreciated. And although the place was getting very busy, it wasn't too noisy .

We (2 adults and a child) were seated in less than 3 minutes of arriving. Server was quick to give us our menu and take our drinks order. There wasn't enough waiters, in my opinion, for the night, especially with it being Valentines Day. Food was good and nicely presented. Ordered the Sirloin Steak, Adult rack of ribs, and children's rack of ribs. Main course was served quickly. However it did take the waiter a while to clear our plates when we were finished due to being busy with other customers. Waiter was friendly, engaged in conversation with us. Overall a nice experience and will visit again.

Stake very chewy on both medium and well done. Ribs was under cooked and still pink inside. The presentation on side dishes wasn't good. Just thrown on . One was sent back. As didn't taste nice. Asked for Pepper corn sauce with the steak no sauce just few pepper corns thrown on. As the bill would have been nearly £100. Was very bad.

This Harvester offerers great food at reasonable prices. A good selection of quality food and excellent service ensures our group of 5 are regular diners. Jo our regular server is always welcoming and gives great service with nothing being to much trouble - great place, fantastic service we recommend trying this restaurant soon.

Went to the Harvester Pavillions with my fiancée and ordered burgers with rather funny names! Our server Lewis accommodated to my dietary requirements and was assuring in making sure the kitchen was aware of it. The food was reflective of this. We had a lovely evening and will come again. Great food but does get busy and there isn't enough staff

We have been going about twice a month, quick easy and good food, but last Saturday everything it looking very poor . The place is dirty and looking like it need a very deep clean .

Unfortunately at 10am the carpets were filthy. Chips, and food remains on floor. Looked like hadn't been cleaned in a while. Waiter was lovely. Breakfast was reasonable. Seems hygiene standards have gone down hill

So firstly, the waiter told us to not order on the app but to order with him as it was quicker, and indeed the food did arrive quickly. Food tasted nice (ultimate mixed grill), though the rotisserie chicken wasn't hot at all. Waiter also forgot my half rack of ribs (only realised when I got home, so I couldn't have missed it that much). When paying by card, the waiter had already selected for me to leave a gratuity, so I was presented with the machine asking me how much tip to leave. Not happy, informed the manager. What a shame! Edited for reply to Will. The server did indeed take the machine away because the phone didn't pay first time, but let me be clear- the very first time he handed me the card machine the screen was asking me to input the amount of tip. It 100% did not say 'would you like to leave a tip, Yes or No". Your server didn't allow the choice on the machine, as he chose for me. I actually did speak to the manager Will before leaving the restaurant, and I stated that I did in my first review above, hence the "Informed the manager". Both meals were poor as one had a item missing and I was not offered a replacment or money off the other meal was soaked in hot sauce all over pitta bread and salad

I visited Harvester for a delivery pickup and waited for 8 minutes. The order was ready and right in front of them but not packed. When I inquired, the staff was extremely rude. The manager's behavior was even worse—unprofessional and dismissive, with a completely negative attitude, saying it wasn't their job to inform me about wait times. After our conversation, they packed the order but rudely told me not to return. This kind of negative and unprofessional service is completely unacceptable.

Brilliant food brilliant service

Had the Scampi and Chips, meal was brought out very quick despite it being somewhat busy, however the place was somewhat hot inside which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit in for long.

Opted for mix of small plates which consisted of peri peri wings, cod taco, beef taco plus two others - can't say I particularly enjoyed any of them. Did enjoy my salad from the salad bar.

Went for Christmas lunch, and it was the perfect experience. The food was amazing, staff were super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back!

The order was missing coleslaw and chips so basically on got half my order. But the food I did get was good
