I have waited over 2 hours and my order has never arrived

really upset, hope you're offering a refund

we've had many decent order from this place, but the last few haven't been as good. hard chips and bone dry chicken this time, so not convinced we'll be back again soon.

One of the best fish and chip shops in Peterborough.

Excellent food, great hygine and very wide range of choices. I am regular to this place. Very nice staff and quick turnaround

I had the chicken tikka and donner, and both were absolutely delicious! The chicken tikka was perfectly spiced, tender, and flavorful, while the donner was juicy and packed with taste. Fantastic food and Excellent service. Recommended

Probably the worst chicken I’ve ever tasted in fact just the smell made me sick took one small bite and everything went into the bin will never get food from this place again Done

Ordered food online. Driver rang and said they were lost. Phones the restaurant and they told me I would be refunded, I have mot been refunded. Restaurant was extremely unhelpful. Never recieved food. Avoid this place.

Delivery driver got lost. I never recieved my order. I called the shop, they told me they would cancel my order and refund me however that has NOT happened. Absolutely appalling

Getting tired of delivery times meaning nothing. Waited over an hour more than I was quoted when I ordered. This is becoming normal!

Was wet soggy cold didn’t eat any of it straight in bin

Place was empty at 1pm and I decided to have a sausage and chips. I asked specifically and he as well confirmed that I wanted a medium sausage and a small chips. He proceeds to give me straightaway a small sausage with medium to large chips! I felt pity to ask him as I felt like he was happy to get an extra pound of me for the wrong food requested. So I hope that made his day..the two stars is only for the sausage as that was nice. Chips were orange which makes me think what the heck are you adding to them, left them in top of the bin outside the shop.

I have never had a problem with this establishment until my last order which was cold and looked like it had been run under a tap, the fish and chips were soaked and soggy. An unusual disapointment

Have used them for a long time now and unfortunately the last couple of times have been disappointing. Our food this evening had to be microwaved as it arrived cold. Not great when you’re spending your hard earned money.

This is the only takeaway i order from & have been a customer since they opened. Good quality food always hot & the delivery drivers always friendly

was asked to leave a review on food we didn't received called restaurant who said it was 2 minutes away. 10 minutes later...Still waiting.

The meal was cold and inedible, the fish batter was slimy due to steaming, I ordered at 16:30 ish and it arrived at 17:25. Time is not the issue, but the time it was with the delivery guy was far too long. I only live 3 minutes drive away. Also there was chicken dipper type kids meal that we didn’t order, we reheated some of it, but it was the worst meal we have had from BJ’s

Delivery arrived but the pizza was burnt so badly that it was barely edible. Now my husband has a very sore stomach from eating part of the burnt pizza

Fish and chips were cold and the fish had grease puddled in the bag it was not as nice as it normally is

Delivery was longer than normal today but still arrived in expected time. Food was also cold which NEVER normally happens with BJ. However it was still very tasty, best kebabs in Peterborough and great value for money, just could have done being a bit warmer!

I order tonight at 5.53pm they told me it will be ready with in the hour then I waited a hour there was not food then my boyfriend rung them to ask where is my food then they said to my boyfriend that we was not getting our food then I waited half hour still no food so I went out in the freezing cold Bad enough I don't feel well & I had to walk down to see where my food was & they told me that it has just left so I rung my boyfriend to say it is on its way bad enough I feel worse than I am now plus when I get go home from the freezing cold 🥶 had my dinner I am not happy that my food was freezing cold I forgot to say the delivery driver was rude to my partner & said there you go Not sorry for the late delay I am not happy

All Food was very greasy and soggy.

1 hour and 45 mins from point of ordering. Ordered at 6.33pm. App estimated 7.25-7.45pm which was already a substantial wait time. It arrived at 8.15pm. Similar happened last Friday when we ordered from BJs. Shame as the food is good and menu choice is great. I have clicked to request refund.

This is the only takeaway I order from..have done for years. Quick delivery..all of the delivery people are so friendly..the food is always hot & good portions & excellent quality.

They messed up my order again. Food has gone down hill and are not as good as they use to be. Don't waste your time ordering from here.

After seeing some of the pictures online of the kebabs I was shocked when my order came through... 4 slices of donna meat and barely a mouthful of salad,... The chips however are reasonable.

Chicken nuggets where awful, tastes like they had been reheated in a microwave and over cooked. Pinapple fritter was burnt and over cooked and both portions of chips where overcooked. Not sure whats going in tonight but not happy with my order at all.

I order regularly and was let down last night , I know the usual portion sizes and both kebabs I ordered were large . What I received was not large was definitely small.

This used to be a great chip shop but the quality has steadily decreased over the last couple of years. Today was the worst I have had. The chips were dry, hard and appeared to be undercooked. I don’t think I will be using them again.

Asked for small kebab with salad got large nan looked like no salad when I phoned to say they forgot salad he said its underneath meat I looked and a piece of lettuce was there hardly a salad really poor compared to before used to get fresh salad that was noticeable not just a piece of lettuce

I love BJs but today was just rubbish! Ordered a large kebab and its tiny! 3x mayo, a tiny drop. Asked for lettuce, none! All the meat and toppings inside the tiny pitta not spilling out like it should. Very disappointed and won't order again as not value for the price!

Not impressed at all. Large kebab was small,hardly any filling and not very warm let alone hot. Extremely disappointed

I been told off by not placing an order correctly. But you were delivering to a job, what makes it more obvious. It is a site! Have some common sense and please leave the food at the reception. Even if I set the correct time or wait or whatever else you think, it is food your delivering. Drop it off with reception/ security. If the costumer doesn't collect, you at least have delivered it.

I LIVE BJS PLAICE!!! It is one of the finest establishments I have ever attended. The cuisine was delectable, I would especially recommend the ‘Large Battered Sausage’ it is one of the greatest foods I have ever consumed. Make sure to try it out if near by!!

Placed order at 14.45pm and didn't arrive until 16.10pm. This is the first time I have ordered from BJ Plaice ...I won't be ordering again I'm sorry to say.....not happy

Terrible fish n chips, fish was warm and greasy and chips were Luke warm, £21 down the drain.. Previous meals have been great but this time around the meals were terrible.. I don't think I can trust ordering again as it hurts throwing money away on cr*p

1st time I've been dissapointed. Ordered donner and chips with salad and was next to nothing of it and what was there look old.

Pepperoni pizza is tasty, but very little pepperoni, probably three slices cut into the whole pizza, very few mushrooms, a lot of cheese. Fast delivery is a plus.

Food was spot on, I was told to try you out via a family member, your chips are spot on, whatever you use as a coating it’s really good.

my order was missing the chips and when we called up the restaurant we were told that the kitchen was closed, it was really pointless in even sending the other food to not have a complete meal, really disappointing as we don't normally have any issues and we really rate the food and service.

Always late, arrived near 9pm. And when I called they lied and said they were waiting for a driver. 30mins later it arrived. We were a regular customer, won’t be ordering from them again.
