The food is really good! The burgers are nice and the wings are tasty.

I have visited this place today and orederd my food with specific instructions not to put anything spicy as I am allergic to spicy food. For some reason my food came spicy and so i politely told the guy behind the till to take this back and do something to about it. He was arrogant and tried to persuade me that there is nothing spicy so it's not spicy in it and he can't do nothing about it. Then he said I can chuck it in the bin. This is one disgusting treatment of customers.

I Come here with the girlfriend it was her first time trying grizzlers. I got the platte 1. And it was absolutely beautiful flavours were spot on. I Would say it’s highly recommended. Get in there and get stuck in 🔥🔥

No drivers wished to accept our order, ordered at 20:45 estimated delivery time 22:37, delivery time kept changing until it reached still no sign of courier accepting order at 22:10. why am I unable to cancel if you can't deliver? really not happy,

Ordered through just eat, unable to secure courier but prepared for anyway, sent over an hour late and cold, still got charged most of the money, it's not worth it, too hit and miss

Just now I had a food in Grizzlers. It was delicious. That atmosphere was great.staff was very friendly and too quick service. Coming to food I had chicken juicy Lucy and peri wings. Amazing food. I will come back here again.

I went to grizzlers for a friends birthday with a few mates yesterday. We sat down and saw one of the employees sleeping in the corner on a table which was a surprise. And then we go to the food, The chicken strip dish was dry and had the consistency of rubber, all the chips were microwaved in-front of us and they were stale and my burger was undercooked and tasted really off like it had been sat there all day and it was gone of meat, i was really upset about this as grizzlers is usually so much better than this.

Really enjoyed our burgers. So often the meat is lacking in flavour, but not these. And the staff are really friendly. Would not hesitate to eat here again.

WOW! Grizzlers is amazing. I have almost tried the whole menu now and everything on there is absolutely incredible. Such good prices for amazing quality food. My favourites so far are the Juicy Lucy burger, the spicy hot dog and the chicken wrap, although everything on the menu is literally amazing :D such a shame for the negative reviews due to long wait times on the first day of opening. I have always received my order promptly whether that is sitting inside or ordering and taking away for collection. Would give 6 stars but I can only give 5! Keep up the good work!! 10/10 :)

I'm only rating the atmosphere low because it was quiet staff was good food was brilliant should be busier than it is but it is a Monday and midday...

Loved it here tonight. Service was great, food was really nice great portion size and low cost. Definitely would return.

6 of us dined today and was disappointed. Food took about 40 mins to come out despite no other customers. Food was not as advertised and dirty fries tasteless. Wasn't happy and would never visit again.

Burger meal definitely not worth just under £15, just like a 5guys isn’t worth £19. Difference is, is this one falls apart on picking up, it’s definitely tasty but no where near enough chips for the price, and we all know chips literally cost nothing…

The timer just kept going up and up and up. When I was delivered the food was stone cold and someone thought it was a bright idea to put a freezing cold can of drink on the food!!!

I can't get enough of their food it is so delicious and cheap. I went there with 4 of my friends and it costs less than £40. Definitely recommend, and their food is also halal.

Absolutely amazing food and service. They provided extra sauces as well, and the pizza was phenomenal as were the juicy Lucy burger and chips and sweet potato fries! They have always given fantastic service whenever I have ordered from them and its good to see that the service hasn't slipped at all after all this time, if anything its gotten even better!

I ordered a large hotdog. The waiter brought me a panting alsation, which was just what I wanted. Once the dog was back to normal temperature I thanked the staff and left happy.

Missing a milkshake from a meal deal and paid extra for the milkshake. Received three meal deals yet only two drinks. Such a shame as that was for a child. Tried to call the restaurant and there was no answer. Yes it’s new years and I do appreciate that you’re extremely busy, but I must admit I’m slightly disappointed that there was no resolve to the missing item. Although the food itself was actually very tasty and yummy

Food was absolutely incredible! So much better than Nando’s or similar places. Lemon and herb chicken was fantastic, burger was soft and packed with flavour and the biscoff milkshake had the perfect amount of thickness and flavour, not too sweet. Staff were super friendly as well and checked on us to make sure we were ok. Would 100% recommend coming here!

I've put off leaving a review for a long time out of loyalty as i love the Leicester store. But everytime i order from this Peterborough store my order is never right. If i receive the right food it will be either late and cold, or burnt. This time i received peri chicken but it was only mild and flavourless and dry instead of spicy and saucy like i expected. Even when eating in, the service was awful and the food wasnt great. Grizzlers please improve, and maybe get some training from Big Mouth?

Brought the family here for dinner, and wow, what a fantastic experience! The environment, made us feel right at home. Our server was super friendly and made sure everything came out just right. We ordered the Juicy Lucy and Peri Chicken Pizza, and both were amazing. Definitely planning on coming back soon.

Our food was cold when arrived and the time although was on time was pushed back to stay on time, because of that expected food to be warm or hot but it was very cold as I said.

Didnt receive food as delivery driver would not accept last 4 of my phone number. So would not give me my food. Told him to go away after arguing for a minute or 2 then 4 mins later brought it back. That was too late for me. Never received this order

wouldnt give me my order as their system didn't recognise the last 4 digits or the order number. after 5 mins I had had enough and told him to go away. now trying to get a refund from Just Eat is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!

The chicken stripz are amazing! Doused in sauce and the flavours are phenomenal! I tell everybody about these guys! You won't be disappointed with anyghing you order! Food is hot and top quality!

We had a large group celebrating my friend's birthday here, and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. We were a bit messy on how many people were coming but the staff made sure to fit us all in, moved tables around! Service was quick even though restaurant was full. Everyone was happy with the food, a few us had come before. We’ll be coming back again.
