Literally the best food in Peterborough!!

Absolutely love this pub for their steaks! Today we shared a tomahawk. They cook medium/rare how it should be cooked. Great price too !

Lovely place to have something to eat with amazing view, also we hired pedal swan for 19£ for half an hour and it was worth it. Loved it

Visited this cafe recently, and I can confidently say it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. The staff clearly have no idea what they’re doing—totally disorganised. All the tables were filthy when we arrived, with no effort made to clean them. To make matters worse, they completely forgot my daughter’s sandwich order. I had to stand around awkwardly for 20 minutes waiting, feeling like an idiot. Customer service here is non-existent. Absolutely shocking. Won’t be coming back again—places like this are proof that good customer service is a thing of the past.

Terrible!!! Restaurant was empty, soon found out why! No carvery left on a Sunday, so informed could only order from basic Sunday menu, then was told some items from that were not available either! Chicken was off, the smell was horrendous! Felt like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares!! Awful atmosphere & food!!

Have used them for a long time now and unfortunately the last couple of times have been disappointing. Our food this evening had to be microwaved as it arrived cold. Not great when you’re spending your hard earned money.

Ordered food, received within 10 minutes, which was a bit strange. All was well until we checked the chicken. It was pink inside!!! We tried cooking it on our hob and then to taste it, and it was not nice chicken at all. Most likely, gone off, or not chicken some other cheaper poultry.

Chicken screws were nice, soft and juicy! Then restaurant was getting busy and the Seabass with new potatoes were pan fried but a bit over cooked.

Normally always went to Beefeater Peterborough. We always had great food there. I chose the cheapest veggie burger as money is tight and the price increases are significant. Not just there. I had a Halloumi burger, which was delivered in abun which must have been there for days. Everything was dry. Still paid £16 or £17. My son was quite happy with his platter. The service is always good there. I never had an issue. Not rushing back

Lovely restaurant and very friendly staff ☺️ Good food and good atmosphere, there was also a birthday where the servers sang happy birthday which was very sweet. Evie who served us was lovely and very attentive, thank you!

The staff attitude is very poor. Coffee shop with no coffee machines working??. Hand dryer in toilets not working and very poor staff attitude
