Premier Inn Peterborough (Ferry Meadows) hotel in Peterborough

Came on a family visit for one night. Great price, beautifully clean and fragrant rooms, very comfortable beds and lovely simple, fully functional bathrooms. Nice hand soap and shower gel. Very quiet, decent curtains, tea and coffee etc. Very friendly staff and all went really well. Highly recommended and cooked breakfast in nearby Beefeater was excellent, service kind and courteous.

Good location. Quiet and clean. Bar was busy and quite noisy when were there but it was a Friday night. Rooms were good and shower was powerful and hot. Good location to do the Ferry Meadow park run. Lots of parking.

Very comfortable room, pleasant and helpful staff.

Very disapppointing - woeful level of communication from staff. Reception booked us a table in the restaurant, but when we arrived there was no record of the booking. We waited, and were lucky to get a cancellation 1 hour later than our 'booked' time. Complained to reception who said there had been 'so much going off' they hadn't been able to let us know. In my view they couldn't be be bothered - my room was four doors from reception and they had my mobile no. Have submitted a complaint to Guest Relations and received a generic, complacent fob-off. Am continuing to pursue my complaint.

Great accomodation, great price, excellent value.

Stayed here for 1 night. Room, service, signal all good. I did not stay to try breakfast so can not have an opinion and the car park is small, this is only the reason why i did not give 5 stars.

Need to update rooms with aircon or allow windows to open wider, rooms are just to warm.

By far the best Premier Inn I've stayed at. The rooms are great, the restaurant is top notch and the staff are amazing. The reception staff are attentive and always remember their regulars. Emma is an absolute delight and always greets you with an amazing smile.

Stayed here as we were meeting up with friends to playing the golf course next door. Having the pub next door as well meant we could dump the car in the Premier in car park and not move until we left. Beefeater pub was great good food good beer. The staff at the hotel and pub were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be doing it again soon.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. A little remote but with the Beefeater next door it was fine. The beds were comfy, rooms clean, shower pressure was good and staff very friendly

Disabled bath was too small for myself and am only 14 stone, carpets need cleaning,Ellie at the front desk was really nice and helpful

Room needed updating. Very noisy fan in bathroom.

It's a Premier Inn, you know what to expect and we weren't disappointed.

Food was sub bar. And expensive for what it is, didn't like the fact that chefs had beards and no nets on them 😑

Spent our wedding night here. The room was lovely and clean. Bathroom was spacious and clean also. Bed was comfy and pillows fluffy what else could you ask for. The staff went the extra mile leaving us a card a bottle of fizz and wedding signs how lovely thank you.

Left my iPad and they kept it in a safe and were very helpful when I came to get it back. Nice place, with a lovely garden centre just next door with a parrot called Merlin. What’s not to like.

Great service of fair price hotel. It was kind from the stuff to allow early check when room was in preparation. Highly recommend!
