Good food and great value. Molly made us feel very welcome and took Good cre throughout. Food was served quickly and was presented well.

Nuestro grupo de 4 llegó justo antes de las 6 pm y el restaurante estaba casi desierto, aunque algunos comensales estaban fuera. Nuestra experiencia comenzó bien con pedido de bebidas tomadas y debidamente suministradas. Nos dijeron que uno de los principales artículos de comida no estaba disponible, pero eso no fue gran cosa. Pedimos nuestras comidas principales y luego esperamos unos 30 minutos para que nos dijeran que 2 de nuestras comidas principales no estaban disponibles debido a una confusión en la cocina. Luego nos pidieron que volviéramos a pedir pero decidimos terminar nuestras bebidas, pagarlas y luego irnos. ¿No entiendo cómo tardó 30 minutos en descubrir que nuestro pedido de comida no se pudo cumplir? No entiendo por qué la camarera no nos ofreció cancelar nuestra factura de bebidas. Puedo entender por qué el restaurante estaba vacío. Dale a este lugar una amplia litera si apuestas por una gran experiencia. Hemos comido de la carvery allí hace un par de meses y fue genial, pero todo eso es un recuerdo lejano ahora.

The ambience and food were ok, although the prices are very high for what is on offer. What bothered me were the unappetizing glasses and the service employee wasn't in good shape either: my son ordered iced tea, whereupon the user brought black tea with ice cubes. When we explicitly asked her again if she didn't have "real iced tea", she realized her mistake. Then she asked us if we wanted peach or mango flavor. We wanted mango, but she ended up bringing peach - she corrected her mistake after we pointed it out to her again. This isn't all that bad of course, but if I pay 72GBP for 3 people, then you'd expect better service than in a fast food restaurant. It also has to be said that there was a dirty diaper visible in the parking lot, which didn't really add to the ambience or appetite.

Absolutely awful and over priced. The salty chicken needed a steak knife. The fish batter was slimy and full of oil. The baked potato, gravy and salad items all tasted of preservatives and the veg was cold. They are closing down next week and staff morale is very low. Don't waste your money

Great service and even better food. Came here by chance but would definitely come back. Staff great couldn't do enough for us.
