Both myself and my wife ate here and it made both of us ill. I made a complaint but just got a response that it could not be their food. We have been going to this restaurant for years but we will not be returning!

the food was amazing and i had the best server keira . she was very sweet and served us with a big smile on her face . most loveliest girl ! i would recommend this place to eat , it is brilliant.

No aircon, no soap in the gents, table outside were uninviting to sit and w joy a drink after the hot room team inside, , staff were amazing and that's about it

Booked a table tonight & food / service was excellent. It’s clear all staff work very hard meeting customers needs and are a credit to the business. I have eaten here several times and it’s always consistent, well done to all staff.

I should of given this place a 3 star, but the chaos is actually really entertaining🙂 Staff are lovely and always very helpful.

Our server was Kamile and she made us welcome from the start. She enquired with the chefs on requests some of us had. All the drinks and food came at the same time, so that no one had to wait.

Yummy food, get your hands messy!! We had Courtney as a server who was amazing and great with my baby. Will be back soon, and also doesn't break the bank! And I've eaten my body weight in salad 🤤🤤

Worst meal I have ever had in a restaurant and not cheap either!! Tasteless ribs with hardly any meat on them. Over cooked and tasteless rice and the corn was literally “soggy”!!! Won’t be going there ever again or any other Harvester if thats what they churn out. Would not recommend it to anyone.

We visited for my birthday. We were dissatisfied. We ordered a children's menu for two children and ribs with a side dish for my husband and me - the mashed potatoes were cold, the ribs were dry. Drinks were served very late, and juice for children and cocktails for adults.

A few of us work over the road from the Harvester Alwalton and often go in for a pub lunch or drink. All of the staff are fantastic and so friendly. Today we saw Melanie who is always so welcoming, its like having a chat with a friend you haven't seen in a while every time we go in. The food is great and always nice and quick to come out. Keep it up guys, you're all great!

Food was lovely, however my Mums chicken was very overcooked but Geraldine took it straight back and brought us another one out very quickly. Great service from her.

Fantastic meal out just the 2 of us! The chicken goujons and nachos were really nice then the chicken skewers for mains were incredible! I opted for the extra skewer which was a nice touch for big eaters like me! Cooked to perfection, juicy and tender chicken all nice and hot! Now....the service! Absolutely amazed with the level of service we received from a very polite young lady. Everything was on point from timings to drink refills! exceptional customer service! The management should be extremely proud!

Food was good, no complaints. The staff were great considering they were struggling, because there wasn't enough of them. Not fair on the staff and they did their best to cope. Mitchell's and Butlers please look after your staff, they deserve better than to struggle through their shifts. Thank you to the working staff, we appreciated your effort. Left 20% tip, they earned it.

A great restaurant with excellent service and tasty food. The buffet bar salad was fresh and topped up regularly and all options available. Waiting staff were polite and very familiar with menu questions we had. Food was prepared swiftly and was delicious. We had chargrilled chicken and buckwheat super salad bowls. Followed by Sunday best desert. The restaurant could do with a revamp as quite tired now but still a great choice. Will be back.

Fantastic service provided by Tehya for dinner and breakfast, even when she was extremely busy. Charelle was also fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. Anything she wasn't sure of, she checked and let us know.

Really nice restaurant, good service even though it was busy (Thank you Tehya!), salad bar was really good, Original combo: quarter chicken was quite small but with salad and chips it was fine. Restaurant clean. Good all round.

Food was nice but after receiving my main it took 45 minutes after finishing, before I had to go back to the bar to ask for my plate to be cleared and for my dessert to be brought out

Food was good as always. Service was awful. Waited a while to be served, then waited a long time for drinks (dinner arrived before drinks), when drinks did arrive server put them on the edge of the table then walked away rather than serving them properly.

Was a corporate team social lunch. Our visit was amazing. We sent a pre order of food to ensure food was ready on time for everyone. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by Natalie and she seated us at our table, which was set up perfectly. Drinks orders were taken and i was always there to help assisted for anyone late. They always reached out to me if there were any problems and tailored their service to our needs. The food was amazing and all brought out at the same time. We had a few people with allergies and Natalie and the team were very helpful and adhering to their needs. One person arrived slightly late but the food was delivered on time for their arrival. The team came to check on us to ensure the food was right for everyone. We all had a really nice time at Harvester! I also asked for birthday desserts and they arrived on time but we had to leave to get back to a work meeting on time. Thus they packed all desserts for us. Payment process was again a personalised service. They allowed us to spilt payments and provided all the receipts I required. Cannot thank you Natalie and the team enough for their service on the day. It was brilliant!

Very friendly and helpful staff , the food was really tasty . Excellent value for miney set meal . The salad bar is a really good way of personalising your meal. Will certainly visit again. Well , today , 11/07/24 we did visit again, if anything the food was even better, hot , tasty and plentiful. The young lady looking after us was , Geraldine, got her name this time. She is gold dust . Helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble . My wife and I were so impressed with her . She was so busy looking after everyone whilst we were there, such an outstanding hard worker. Looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely food and excellent service

Burgers and chicken was nice. Chips were a bit on the cold side and coleslaw was missing

Mixed grill was nice but the chicken was very dry could not finish it. Service especially at the beginning was very slow, I know it was busy jut we have seen it busier. Drinks took a while to arrive. My wife ordered Gammon and asked for 2 pineapple instead of one pineapple and one egg advised no pineapple rings then when the meal arrived I wondered why if no pineapple should there not gave been 2 eggs? I had a free birthday meal but when it came to pay my meal was not taken off but my wife's. In terms and conditions I have seen that the cheapest is free which really negates tge offer saying a free meal for your birthday in my view. Would be cost effective to have had 40% off all meals will probably skip this in future other chains give your meal free. On the plus side the waitress was nice and friendly and the food other than the chicken was good. Will think twice before returning. One final thing was the dirty fries in my view not worth the extra £1.49 just had some squirty cheese put on which did not really taste much like cheese and some bits sprinkled on. If you want the bits on your fries get extra from the salad bar.

The service was excellent, Geraldine was really friendly even though she was rushed off her feet. The food was really nice and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Harvester in general is my go-to for when I'm going out with either friends or family. The food never lets you down. This Harvester in particular has that old British pub atmosphere, really homely. I've been to this harvester many, many times over the last decade and I have never had a bad experience. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of talking to has been pleasant, and helpful in every way possible and the food and drinks are definitely high standard, yet affordable.

A welcome break from our journey from Gatwick to Cleethorpes. This is so convenient for the A1. We were greeted and seated by our server, Geraldine and our orders taken for drinks and later for food. We were advised about the salad bar which was well stocked and all looked very fresh. Our food arrived in good time and all of us enjoyed our choices. Thanks to Geraldine and the rest of the team for making us feel so welcome.

It came with the salad bar, which is really good Meal itself came with salad, chicken chips, and flatbread. Booked a table for 9pm on arrival we was told the kitchen is closed this has happend twice before asked to speak to a manager she came over and was fine with the booking then staff members were walking about throwing there body’s and were moaning among themselves about now they can’t leave early found this really rude we then place our order at 9:12 when they came over to ask us what we wanted and then at 9:46 they came over saying that they don’t have the food we had ordered think that some of the staff need reminding that they have a rota in place and if they are working till 10/11 that is the time there shift ends and if they are able to finish early then happy days but the disrespect they had and body language they had was absolutely appalling and might need to grow up at there big ages

Food was good, service not bad, noisy, but there were lots of families as it was Father's Day, so understandable. Berry Best dessert a little disappointing; a proper fruit sundae would be good.

Can’t complain about the food but service was terrible! Ordered 3x ultimate breakfasts and a classic which needed to be gluten free, when it arrived we had 2x of each and server had no idea which was GF….missing black pudding, toast turned up 3/4 of the way through breakfast with no butter, tea came with lukewarm water, taken away and topped up with hot water using same tea bags….I’ve never struggled to have a decent cup of tea with breakfast as much as I did today! Very disappointing attention to detail for what should have been an easy and enjoyable Father’s Day breakfast.

Courtney was so lovely. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Also I’m impressed by her carrying all those heavy plates at one time!

Food was excellent, and prompt. Service (from Geraldine) was attentive, and friendly.

This place is hit and miss. On this occasion the bacon wasn’t very well cooked on my chicken burger and the ice cream for me was too excessive on my desert compared to when I visited a week before. It ruined my what was warm to begin with Belgium waffle. However, that might be some people’s preference. I won’t be visiting again anytime soon. The waitresses provided great service though. Free salad bar is also a good incentive.

The service was good for a busy early evening dinner, and dinner was served in good time and was very nice. Grace was attentive and ensured we were okay throughout, and didn't mind when we took a little longer to decide on desserts, coming back in good time to take our order.

Had a great time at the Harvester at Alwalton food was lovely very hot and nicely presented and the pudding's was yummy. All the family met up from different parts of the country and we all really enjoyed it. Had a great table and the staff were great. Spoke to a couple of chef's to thank them for a wonderful meal.
