The best restaurants in King's Lynn and West Norfolk East of England

We started to read the reviews after we had sat down and began to feel some trepidation. However we were pleasantly surprised. Service was not that slow but they might think about employing one or two more servers. My wife had haddock and chips and I had Asian noodles with pork belly. The fish was ok but she reported that there was more batter than fish. I enjoyed the noodles which came as a generous serving, with four slices of pork. I dare say that we’ll be back.

Pizza Hut Delivery - doesn’t do delivery!

Food was standard, slightly cold and took ages to come.

We dined twice at the Hoste , once for dinner and then lunch. Excellent seating choices inside and out. Food is good particularly calamari starter (outstanding) and the Hoste burger. Service is friendly but a bit of a wait at the bar when busy. Had to cancel a further booking for personal reasons which wasn’t a problem with the pub (thank you). Will return soon.

Nothing wrong with delivery guy but the food was terrible , cold , chicken nuggets tough could not eat .. Big Mac cold hardly any chips ..

The second time I have been here. The room was very good indeed. Well furnished with a full set of tea and coffee making facilities. Super location. Wow the shower was EXCELLENT !!!! The evening meal was splendid perfectly cooked fried eggs with excellent ham and chips. very good value. HOWEVER, the scrambled eggs in the morning were disgusting. Rubber: sent back and even worse!!!! The Large full English was very good. All good value - except the rubberised scrambled eggs!

Nice welcome to pub with good locals atmosphere. Nice food, we had the soup; ham ciabatta and the scampi and chips . Good friendly service as well .

Paid £60 for 2 meals and a burger and a wrap and a 15 inch. The pizza came burnt also asked for a deep pan but its definitely more like a thin and crispy. the burgers were passable and the chicken shish was okay but for the price of 12.50 I wouldn't pay it again. Customer service was also rude.

First time we had visited and sat in a beautiful sun lounge with amazing views. We ordered coffees and after Waiting 15mins My husband went to find out where it was to find 3 young staff members standing around the coffee machine chatting. When the coffee arrived it was cold. We didn’t complain as we had heard some ladies on another table had the same experience and the waitresses answer was “I wouldn’t charge you but you have already paid, so do you want another coffee” Needless to say we couldn’t be bothered to complain. There are far too many good coffee establishments within a short walk for you to not be getting it right, despite a nice setting.

Breakfast was excellent, delivery let you down

Never eaten a meal in such cold conditions, ended up having to put my coat on....definitely spoilt our experience. Food was OK but nothing special...put some bloody heating on ❄️

Not great tonight. Sausage and chips Cheapest sausages fast food takeaway can buy. Chips cold hard . Disgraceful that places like this can charge top price for such poor quality .
