Morrisons in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

saved my life after Houghton festival as the only decent place around… that says a lot about norfolk

I ordered fish and chips with peas. Not mushy peas. This is the second time happening the same mistake even after I left a message.

food was nice, just a little cold. didn't recieve the sauces

Been in 4 times recently & they haven't been able to provide the chicken meal. Ordered & paid for it today just to be told 10 mins later that they haven't got any as the department they get them has run out aswell. Either take it off the menu completely, order more in or split what's there between them. Had to ask if I'll get the difference back between the chicken meal & other meal to replace it. Staff were friendly but they wasn't taking dirty plates etc left of tables back to the kitchen with them when taking food out. Self clear racks were full. Once the order was sorted, the food came out quickly.

Went for breakfast with parter this afternoon... Her food arrived.. Watraiss looked at me and asked if I ordered 🤦‍♂️.. I said yes.. Waited till my partner eat hers... Still no food.. then queued at till n waited for a further 10 minutes to ask for money back.. At this time still no food.. Got money back.. Not really a apology.. Bit rude.. Like I done something wrong... Might be a good idea to get new staff all round been a couple of times.and it just gets worse.

20 minutes late which is not great as these were meals for the elderly!

Morrisons cafe is always a safe choice to get a guaranteed decent breakfast if you're somewhere new or travelling. I've had plenty of times now looking for a cafe on Google and spending time driving around, when in the end you come back to Morrisons Cafe with decent food at a fair price. Service was quick & friendly, everything was clean and tidy. Food was perfect for what you'd expect of a full English. In future I won't waste time looking for a café, I'll just look for the closest Morrisons and have a guaranteed winner.

Toast put in with the other food so was soggy when arrived. Mostly cold only beans still hot.

Fried bread was a bit soggy as the put it on top of everything egg cooked perfectly overall tasty

Full english was amazing but the burger was very overcooked and dry, also was a lot smaller then I thought it would be wouldn't recommend the burger, but highly recommend the Breakfast

Poached eggs on toast is not a difficult dish to prepare,... a nice runny egg cooked on buttered toast sounds great doesn't it? Unless it's very over cooked looking like a very hard boiled egg and dry. This unfortunately was my experience on my 'last' and final trip there. Are the eggs cooked in the microwave until all moisture is out of them? No salt and no pepper available. Staff are completely miserable. Lady at the till seems hard of hearing as had to tell her three times which table to serve.

Poor quality. Huge lack of items available. Customer service rude and not helpful. Seems to have it own policy's to other stores.coffee machines not stocked never got latte paid for had to have cheaper coffee(could have had a better bigger and cheaper coffee in mcdonalds). No signage or updates anywhere, Including website of changes. Staff rarely seen. Completely profiting under the reasoning of covid. Can see why so empty at lunch times

Called in at Morrisons cafe Kings Lynn 28th August for lunch as usually excellent. Ordered Southern fried chicken & chips. What a disappointment it arrived the chicken was dry and miniscule. The lettuce was mostly stork dry and limp and if the coleslaw had seen any mayonnaise it was at least 3 days ago. The meal was a total disaster. Last time I will be visiting will be going to Brewers Fayre Freebridge Kings Lynn in future better value!

It's the 17 May and it's the first day for months that the Cafe has been fully open, and what a shock. London prices in Norfolk. What are Morrisons thinking of, Cafe almost empty, people saying they will have to save up before coming back in again.

Good the brunch is very nice didn't wait long for food. The girls are very nice eggs where done has l like them dippy but cooked.😁

Was very pleased how the young lad who was cleaning the tables washed table and chairs down.

Excellent, especially during the circumstances we are all coping with.

All staff are friendly and polite and distancing is being well controlled.

Good food at great prices and the staff all worked well with the system they have in to deal with this virus .. Big well done from me ...

Good cafe, well set out for the current circumstances, plenty of room to move around, friendly helpful staff to show you what to do and how to order safely. Good choice of well cooked food at reasonable prices.

Was ok only two members of staff running the whole cafe so a long wait. Food not great either

Don't ask ,I'm talking about Morrison at Wisbech ,,,,no one new what they were doing ,, in these times organisation should be key ,,but no one had a clue would not eat there again while the virus is about ,,,but king's Lynn Morrisons was fantastic ,so well organized ,,felt totally comfortable eating there ,well done all the staff in the king's Lynn restaurant ,,,,Wisbech staff should go over to Lynn to see how it should be done,5 stars to king's Lynn

I find the staff very kind and helpful to me I am 76 and have the first stage of dementia.

A nice reasonably priced place to eat.

Have had occasional full English breakfast here, prior to a Sunday morning shop, for a few years. I have to say the place has gone downhill in our opinion lately. Sometimes, when we arrive, there is no one to take our order straight away, & while some staff are very friendly and cheerful, others hardly speak or smile. Today's food was a let down too, with only just cooked bacon, raw "grilled" tomato & cool scrambled eggs.

The service here was so slow that I decided not to bother queuing. Instead I left my tray, walked into the store, went to the hot food counter and grabbed some chicken and chips for less than £3. I went back into the cafe and ate it there. My colleagues who were ahead of me in the queue still weren't even at the till. The place was brimming with old folks on scooters and riding around like they were in a real-life Mario Kart. Dangerous, overcrowded, overpriced and slow as hell.

Value foods but could be a little cleaner

Just had the worst big breakfast ever The fried bread was the crust and so full of oil it dripped. The has browns was all soggy not crisp and fill of oil. The toast came with butter so hard one could not spread it. Only the egg was fried the rest was all deep fried in what seems to be low temp oil.

Quite cheap and when they get it right it's pretty good. However, they regularly make mistakes in cooking simple things like eggs and the wait time can be well over an hour. Customer service leaves much to be desired. The children's area is good.

Food was good but staff very rude

We had the big breakfast for £5, there was lots on it, my partner commented on how well the black pudding was cooked., however, the hash brown and fried bread, although was cooked well tasted awful, maybe change the oil or look for a different oil

The fish and chips, peas are very good at Morrison's, the fish is always fresh and white to perfection, great sandwiches too.

Sorry to say the standards have gone down..

Nice place to relax after shopping

We come to Morrisons cafe every Saturday, for a coffee and a chat. The staff are attentive, smiley and polite and the chairs are SO comfortable. The one downside is, not enough staff.

Clean and friendly café area with lots of space to sit.

When order our cooked food, took half hour to get to us, it was cold missing food, my son bought a kids meal with a sandwich and the bread was mouldy, we complained and got a full refund. Still still wasn't that point. Sitting area was to small couldn't put my pram in with me with my very small poorly baby then. I kept asking people to more while they are eatting witch I find rude.

More than adequate does not do it justice; the food is beautifully cooked, great value for money, served by friendly staff and in generous quantities. My friend took a "doggy bag" as the Roast Chicken dinner was huge!

I will often pop into the cafe when I have finished shopping. On school week nights they offer children eat free when an adult buys a meal. BARGAIN! It is a 'cafe' in a shop so yes it is noisy, and you are not greeted...

Morrison's cafe offers you good honest food at silly prices. The staff are very busy but always polite. Some nights they offer kids eat free.. and its not all 'something and chip's' Table sizes are between 2 and 4. The staff do very well considering...
