They contract a parking company known as Civil Enforcement LTD. Dine in at your own risk, lest you risk a £100.00 fine. KFC will fob you off with the 3rd party excuse. "We can't do anything". (This old chestnut only takes you so far). Meanwhile, they outsource these lowlifes, (Civil Enforcement LTD) to farm KFC patrons for extra £££ cash, like KFC farms broiler chickens. They do not care if you have multiple receipts for money spent at KFC during your stay. (Yes, KFC punishes you for giving them more money!) This KFC (C04 9HB) use ANPR cameras. Meaning they extract your information from the DVLA, who are obviously in their back-pocket. The days of GDPR are GONE! They will find your address (Thanks, DVLA), and threaten to harass if you do not pay their parking invoice. The parking company are a private firm, yet they want to apply council penalty charges with prices that exploit the working poor. (f you are not the council you do not get to act like them!) Especially when your supposed penalties far exceed the prices that councils would ever dream of imposing on members of the public! These are prices that people just cannot afford to pay during the current economic climate. The car park was near EMPTY and their cheap signage was blocked by larger vehicles. I would love to know how my presence cost them £100 in an empty parking lot. I feel disgusted with myself for making multiple purchases at this KFC on the same date during my stay. It is tragic how KFC outsources aggressive cowboy companies to extract money from people who are for the most part average, and not well off financially. There is little money to be made on the backs of the less fortunate, and for a company worth $5.4 BILLION it is a true disgrace. Not even the councils are this heavy-handed when it comes out to issuing penalties. Usually, it is a stern warning, followed by £50 - £70.00 KFC - If you are reading this, you have alienated a lifelong customer. I am sure you will experience severe backlash from hard working members of the public who just want to get on with life if you continue to operate in such a despicable manner. Lastly, Your care squad did nothing to help, and your "3rd party "Civil Enforcement" prefers to send threatening letters, rather than responding to calls. (They do not have an email). Do not even hope to win with POPLA, it is rigged in favour of the Parking agencies. Me my wife and daughter had 3 different meals and not one was nice. All tasted disgusting and cost near on £40. I had this in America and was lovely, UK version obviously is rubbish quality.

The food and service is so disappointing!! We had ordered aalu nimki and chatpatey. The aalu nimki was so greasy. All I can taste was mustard oil. There was no flavor of aalu nimki at all!!! Chatpatey was the same story. After 40 minutes of waiting, that was the kind of food we were served. Never coming back !!

Didn’t open on time, no selection of sandwich’s or wraps (flat bread roll). Staff late. Website shows 0600hrs opening, if you are going to be late post a message on your site!!

Ordered on uber eats, arrived early, but most of the order was missing, what arrived looked like it was made by a two year old , no pride in there work . Won’t be using again☹️

Quality has gone downhill fast. The chips all stuck together and the fish had rubbery batter, skin on and oil was not drained. Pretty grim.

Rubbish customer service & absolute joke Ordered pizza & even call them to ask Cook Well my pizza So not just was uncooked even cold, Call them next day the same time but just been rude & hang up On me Then call again speak to Manager but again didn't do anything Not even apologies.

Lovely staff, very polite and helpful, but wrong meal arrived, my husband had finished his by the time the correct meal arrived. The hot meal was served on a cold plate and the food was not thoroughly heated. Not an enjoyable meal or experience. We were offered 1 x complimentary drink to compensate. :(

Should have checked the online reviews first. Ordered a take away for 17:30 delivery, turned up at 18:10, cold, soggy, grease and completely inedible. They don't answer the phone when you call, they don't apologise for being late and I am not sure what quality check the "food" goes through but you can see the state it arrive in the photos. Pizza Hut customers services are just as bad, giving slightly under 50% back in a voucher to be spent online - I'll never order from here again, should have stuck with Domino's. What a waste of good money but at least I'll not make that mistake again, plenty of other places serve decent food and want peoples business, I'll use them. the Hut needs to have a work with itself because clearly the management don't give two hoots.

Had a delivery from here and the food really wasn't that great. Ribs full of inedible bits, ended up throwing away far more than you could actually eat. Other dishes were very watery and didn't taste that great. Spring rolls were good and other dishes were ok but shame about the rest.

Afternoon Tea Advised of severe nut allergy at point of booking. Served coffee and walnut cake !!! Waiter took it away and said its only touching a couple of other slices. Brought back 2 plates, one with the coffee & walnut cake and another without and proceeded to place both back on the table ! Severe nut allergy means severe nut allergy !!! Cakes were shop bought and not fresh, one small scone each, brown bread sandwiches stale. The pot of tea was lovely and the highlight

Went in to get a post workout drink, which was not bad. I thought I’d sign up and make it a regular visit as you could pre order. I downloaded the app and put £15 on my account. Sadly then COVID hit and everything closed. It has now permanently closed but the app has no information about this or how to reclaim money back from the account other than a phone number which is not answered. I’m sympathetic to their cause but I could do with getting my money back. Be mindful when signing up to such things.

Terrible experience and probably why it’s not there anymore / Minus ⭐️ Could have been a Cool Venue .
