Should have checked the online reviews first. Ordered a take away for 17:30 delivery, turned up at 18:10, cold, soggy, grease and completely inedible. They don't answer the phone when you call, they don't apologise for being late and I am not sure what quality check the "food" goes through but you can see the state it arrive in the photos. Pizza Hut customers services are just as bad, giving slightly under 50% back in a voucher to be spent online - I'll never order from here again, should have stuck with Domino's. What a waste of good money but at least I'll not make that mistake again, plenty of other places serve decent food and want peoples business, I'll use them. the Hut needs to have a work with itself because clearly the management don't give two hoots.

Ordered our food at 19:37, expected delivery 20:10-20:20. Got to 20:30 with no sign of delivery, called the branch no answer. Tried 6 times, clearly ignoring the calls as no answer then just goes through to 'we can't connect the call right now' not even a pizza hut voicemail! Finally the food arrived at 8:45 with apologies from the delivery driver - not his fault. Food was cold. Had to reheat as again we could not get through to the store to inform. Shame as we ordered food last Saturday from the same store and it was great!

When the Pizza hut opened just over a year ago they offered my business a discount as a local employer. The deal was £5.99 for any pizza. A great deal so we advertised this to our 300 employees and also included this discount in our employee experience brochure. Over the past year myself and numerous staff members have used this deal. Last week I went to the restaurant with my son. After making my order I showed my business card/ID card so I could get my discount. He then told me that the special offer never existed and he would charge me £9.99 per pizza. I explained that this was something in place for a year and he said that this was a fabrication. He said that anyone in the queue could have this deal if they listened to me (how could they without presenting an ID card). Even though I explained that I have proof of numerous visits to his venue he told me that he has never seen me before! Its was quite an uncomfortable encounter with someone clearly lacking in customer service skills. His tone was also incredibly sarcastic. I wish him luck in his future hospitality career.

Ordered pizza and chicken wings delivered pipping hot and very nice. Pepsi max to finish off. Clean and tidy and service was good.

Lovely staff, very polite and helpful, but wrong meal arrived, my husband had finished his by the time the correct meal arrived. The hot meal was served on a cold plate and the food was not thoroughly heated. Not an enjoyable meal or experience. We were offered 1 x complimentary drink to compensate. :(

he sido regularmente usando este restaurante / cafetería durante muchos años y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema con ello. Hay una gran variedad de tamaños de mesa, así que si estás cenar solos o con amigos usualmente hay un sitio apropiado para sentarse. Como es un internet café hay obviamente ordenadores junto a una pared para aquellos que desean navegar por la red.

During the first week of August 2024 I visited the University, after almost 40 years of graduating. Used this restaurant two times. The staff are friendly but food needs more variety. The place is clean and possibly I go there again
