Waited for nearly an hour and a half. Food finally turned up cold & wet.???
Sweet & soggy chicken balls were disappointing. Overall not a nice experience.!
Won’t be using Yummy again. Sorry
I love Greg's but come on 5.70 for 4 iced doughnut and 3.60 for 4 normal jam everywhere esle their a pound terrible prices there's no need for these prices
Had a lovely evening, great cocktail maker Richard and lovely waitress Megan❤️ they were amazing. I think when the football is on things will get busier, I will be coming back for sure. Only thing when quite taylor to the customers when your the only group of people in there...I know you have only re opened so I understand. Lovely evening
.... why do they cook enough chips to feed a coach load and the chips are left to go cold and soggy. The Manager (was wearing a white shirt) tried to give me cold chips, I refused to take them, he wasn't happy, but I got freshly cooked ones
I'm a regular at pizza hut and always enjoy ordering in with family,
a lady called Kazzia took my order over the phone (a long order!) and she was super friendly, incredibly polite, with great customer service skills, the food was great as always. Very pleased all round.
Trying to find somewhere to eat that wasn't a Mc Donalds!
Loved the speed of service and bottomless drinks.
Enjoyed the chicken and the chips
place was clean
From the many many reviews we have written in our lives, my wife and I have never written a negative one until now. If we could give a '0' rating to this Subway, in Turner Rise Retail Park, we would.
My wife ordered a Steak and Cheese Sub and was very excited to add on lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapeños and cucumber (which has always been a highlight of being able to order from Subway). However, when her sandwich came out of the oven, the man who made it began to immediately put it in a bag. When she asked him to add the other items to the sandwich, he replied "No. It comes with these onions and cheese." She looked at him in shock and said "Wow! Are you kidding me?" AND he responded "No" and continued wrapping the sandwich without any of the other ingredients I politely asked for. We have been ordering from Subway for years and years and have never been told we could not have the salad items to put on the sandwich we ordered - until today! The man who made her sandwich at 2.30pm today (28th Jan 24) was rude and blatantly told her "No" when it would have only taken him less than 10 seconds more to add the extra items. INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE AND WE WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN and it has actually now cast a shadow over the whole Subway experience for us.
Excellent Sunday roast. Landlady very friendly. Good service and nice decor.
This pub has certainly had its problems over the past couple of years but it is now certainly on the up.
Had to sit out in the freezing marquee area as dogs are no longer welcome inside. Whilst there is a cart with treats and a water bowl in there, it was just too cold, particularly as the service in the cafe was so slow. I did get an apology for the length of time it took for the hot drinks to be made, but despite pointing out how cold it was in the dog friendly area, no solution was offered until another customer complained to a different member of staff, who said she'd put the heating on!!

During the first week of August 2024 I visited the University, after almost 40 years of graduating. Used this restaurant two times. The staff are friendly but food needs more variety. The place is clean and possibly I go there again
Horrible cafe. Brunch is basically reheated & leftover breakfast items. Can’t be bothered to bring your food over; instead leaving it out in the open for plebs to breathe over.
