Domino's Pizza in Colchester

Rubbish customer service & absolute joke Ordered pizza & even call them to ask Cook Well my pizza So not just was uncooked even cold, Call them next day the same time but just been rude & hang up On me Then call again speak to Manager but again didn't do anything Not even apologies.

Absolute joke. We've used this store nearly twice a month over the last 4 years. Every time now they forget something in our delivery. I call them, but get a "we take it off your bill next tome" . This never happens. Just tried to make an order over the phone, told them wehada larder dip missed off the last 3 orders. The lad on the phone had to speak to the manager 3 times. Came back and said he'll give me a free dip this time, but no refund for the 2 previous orders. "I have to look into why I didn't receive them". Why should I look into it!? I complained to them every time it was misses. Then told I vould only get the 1 free replacement if I order over the phone, bit the order would be £41.50. If I order on the app, its the usual £27.87 but no free dip. I said I would take my custom elsewhere. He just said OK, that's up yo you

I arranged a pizza order for a business meeting in Colchester. The service was great. The order was delivered bang on time and the food was hot and fresh. Imran the manager was very helpful in getting me a copy of the invoice by email. All in all, a very good experience.
