The best restaurants in Moulsham and Central Chelmsford East of England

I had the Baji wrap and it was amazing! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. My wife and I went for lunch and after the cafe closed my wife realised she left her bag and car keys. The staff were incredibly fast at replying to my wife’s message after closure and came back to the cafe to let me pick up her bag. I highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed this experience where the owner and chef goes truly above and beyond. The place has a really good atmosphere and overall made for a great evening. The main was really nice and full of flavour and the desert was exceptional. I ordered a pistachio tiramisu and it was the best tiramisu I ever had. It was my first time here and I am slightly disappointed that I couldn't support the place more as they only allow for cash tips and I only had my phone to pay with. I'll know to take some cash with me next time. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

This place exceeded my expectations! The sushi was very fresh and tasty and the tempura prawns were very crispy! The owner was very friendly and he suggested some different sushi rolls for us to try and they all tasted amazing. I only had one picture because my boyfriend and I ate all the food so quickly😂 The best sushi in chelmsford I have tried so far I would definitely go again.

Welcoming staff and nice interior. Good choice of tables and seating configurations. Very good smoothies/shakes and juices. Mains are numerous and all sound delicious - you struggle to choose just one and inevitably end up sharing with the rest of your party. Whatever you go for will be cooked to perfection with that little extra touch that makes it restaurant quality rather than premium home cooking (which is the style of the food, very warming and comforting, but still fresh). Batista coffees to finish are also excellent. Staff are attentive but not overbearing and you barely notice the service, as it should be. This was my third time visiting and each time I continue to be impressed. Best eatery in Chelmsford, 100% recommend

Staff are so attentive and the meal was amazing , even the chef offered to make a soup not on the menu. Would definitely recommend and come back. Outstanding value. We interacted with 5 members of staff that were all helpful and attentive . Will definitely come back

Ate in had a lovely experience and had a takeaway the following weekend all excellent stuff.

They are close. Working only for delivery. But on Google have pictures of the place and opening closing hours. And shame on you of you don’t want to change all details in right way and expect a good review.

Agree with previous reviewer that that there are noticeable cutbacks. Paid over £24 for a chicken pad Thai, beef Penang and crackers to take away. My husband and I literally counted the meat out between us there was so little. Delicious food but expensive for what it was and we sadly felt ripped off as we like to support local businesses and it used to be so good.

Omg the insult!! Food was ok (spices) arrived cold but look what they sent us as bonus!! Bloody insulting 3 prawn crackers!! £50 pounds for a bang average tasteless meal and an envelope with 3 prawn crackers! Last time never again

really good lunch time specials... yes its a bit dated inside..but good food is always served here.. good value,good service,good food.. simple.. enjoy

Got here at 11:30 and ordered a donner wrap and honestly I would have been better of finding the nearest shoe store because I belive that the leather would have had more flavour and moisture than this wrap! I had to drink a hole can if Pepsi aswell as a bottle of ribena just to knock the dry bland beast down. Definitely not worth £10 and actually shocking quality. The meat was taken from the tin and put on the grill to heat up which made it tough and dry to eat. Should have gone to maccies for a triple cheese burger.
