We are often coustomer of Mosaic. Yesterday was awful experience for us. The service was very bad. The food is also poor compare with earlier. The staff behave rudely to us

Went to watch football. Only 2 staff on people ordering drinks and food. Could of done with more staff. Had to wait 20 minutes to be served. People who came after me got served first. Drink people shouldn't of been served more drinks. As it did kick off.

We happened up on El Chigre Tapas Restaurant in Chelmsford, a) because we love good authentic tapas, b) didn’t want a heavy meal and c) we’re a bit bored with central cities being dominated by soulless chains. El Chigre is a one-off, family owned traditional Spanish tapas bar. The family hails from Asturias in the north of Spain and the cooking tells that story. Simple, elegant and delicious tapas. We ordered cod-loin stuffed roasted red peppers, fried aubergine fingers drizzled with honey, hand made ham croquetas, gambas cooked in garlic, calamares with aioli and sliced chorizo cooked in white wine. It was all rich in flavour, authentic, and simply delicious. Washed down with a white Rioja, this was a treat. They’ve been here a number of years but we’re thrilled to have found them. If you give them a few days notice, they’ll even prepare traditional suckling pig, garlic roasted lamb shoulder and other traditional dishes. Having sampled the tapas as a measure of the restaurant, next time we’ll try their paella and see how that measures up. Excellent food, reasonably priced, great family service. Muy bien.

Excellent service and delicious food with top-notch hygiene—definitely a 5-star experience. The total bill was well worth it. Parking can be a bit confusing, but it's free after 6 PM.

Had a wonderful meal at the Spice Lounge yesterday to celebrate my husband’s birthday. There were 7 guests of 3 generations and we were all made to feel welcome! The food was superb, the staff were friendly and they even brought out the birthday cake with lit candles and joined in the ‘Happy Birthday’ chorus! Excellent!!

Ordered at 11-11:30 for a delivery on the app where both the app and website stated they were open and when I placed my order on the app it stated that I was able to order for a delivery still than collecting but never arrived piss take sort it out 😂

Most of the food was inedible, really disappointed as I usually always order from here! The spring rolls smelt rotten, the crispy beef had about four pieces of beef in it, the chicken balls was salty and the squid was even saltire! Poor!

Visited for dinner with my partner. I'll start with the positives - the refurb is gorgeous. The garden is a lovely place to sit on a sunny day and enjoy a drink. The service was good and the staff were welcoming. The menu has a large selection to choose from, including a specials menu. Unfortunately the food was a let down. The starts were average, we enjoyed the calamari. For our mains I had a pie which was ok, it came with chips, veg and gravy. The veg was bad - the green beans had the stalks left on so I was picking the stalks out of my mouth. And the other veg served with it was radish?Radish with pie and gravy? Very odd. The other main we ordered was from the specials menu which was soy pork belly served with rice and veg. It was literally just pieces of meat and dry rice with no sauce. Very disappointed and it was £19.25 for that dish alone :( We felt most things on the menu were extremely over priced and left feeling like we had wasted our money

Very nice meal and great service by Milena. Bit pricey and the Estrella Alcohol free wasn't great. Nice surroundings, shame it wasn't warm enough to sit outside. Will go again.
