Afternoon tea was lovely, great food, service and value for money. The staff were lovely and catered well to our requests, overall a lovely experience and I look forward to going back!

A belated Mothers Day gift to me from my daughter we had afternoon tea at Heidi's today. Lovely experience, beauitful decor and the food was delicious. Scones some of the best we have ever had (and we have had loads!). Lovely choice of sandwiches and cakes. Staff were lovely and very attentive. We will be back for lunch next time. 100% recommend and glad we found out about this lovely place.

The ambience is wonderful, lovely staff, Thursday was their bottomless Pizza, various pizzas flavor go round like almost every 5 mins and you can make your specific choice. I'm not a huge fan of pizza, but that changed when I had their barbecue chicken and bacon pizza. If you are a vegetarian, they have vegetarian pizza, very yummy too. I will definitely comeback.

We loved it here. The bottomless pizza deal was great value for money. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. They put a pepperoni pizza on our table once they realised it was the only flavour my 10 year old sister was eating. The cocktail I had was also really good. It was quite loud and busy so not the place if you want a quiet meal but we didn’t mind this. Would definitely recommend.

Cute girly pink café I only had time for a coffee and a cake, but the cake was fresh. The coffee was nice tasting but a bit weak in my opinion. Then again, I like very strong coffee The staff are just as cute as the place I will be back with more time and to taste some better food options

Lovely setting for an afternoon tea. Visited on Saturday 08th February 2025 for afternoon tea. Booked online and had to add payment details for a full charge if you were a no-show. Upon arrival, there is limited public parking so give yourself time in case there isn't parking available. Once inside the interior matches the exterior in it floral pink style with a lovely ambience created by the colours and decor. Limited tables, and sold out for afternoon teas when we arrived at 16.00 on a Saturday so again check what period they do this as though there are seating options outside these appeared uncovered, so walk-ins may struggle to get a seat. As we were having afternoon tea I can't comment on the menu but there were 3 options in terms of the food style of our afternoon teas, being sweet (traditional) savoury and kid with extras available for those who wanted alcohol included in the set price. Upon reflection, if we did it again we would select maybe 1 savoury and 3 sweet rather than 4 sweet as with any afternoon tea the cakes are quite rich, though the variety was good and apart from the usual scone and macaroons, different from others I have had, though it is pricey what it is tbh. We were offered unlimited coffee as well as tea which was a nice change. After we finished our first pot of tea and I came to the counter to request a refill we were checked on by 4 different staff in terms of if we needed anything more, which was a little OTT but may be reflective of the large number of staff it appears were on duty v the number of customers that day. Returned on a Saturday and was full and the weather not good enough to sit outside, so suggest go when less popular.

Food was terrible. My sons egg Benedict looks awful was just ham thrown on two muffins that hadn’t been toasted. No salad or garnish or anything on the plate at all. My sister and myself ordered poached egg on smashed avocado, the eggs were hard and when I mentioned this to the lady I got patted on the shoulder and told to calm down when I was very nice to her. The coffees were cold and got sent back. Bottles of water that were ordered got put on table without even a glass. None of the girls wear gloves. They are cleaning doing dishes and making food all at the same time. Will not be back

Very disappointed. Myself and my partners daughter arrived yesterday after traveling a distance to come to this venue. We arrived early at 9am they don't open till 9.30am. We went in at 9.40am only to have two princesses standing in the door way. I asked if they have a private event and got told yes. So couldn't be seated and was only offered hot drink or cake to TAKEAWAY. No apology, nothing on the website to say about the private event, no sign on the door. Left annoyed and upset. What made it worse is that 4 girls had walked past us, we was in the carpark infront of the sign and again no one told us. To say we were disgusted is an understatement, ruined our day as we was excited about seeing what all the hype was about as we had seen it on our for you page on tiktok. Travelled ages too. Just abit of advice.. if you have events booked then put it on your website and on the door to avoid anymore trouble/and 1 * reviews. Manners wouldn't go a miss either.

We booked for 16 people, for a hen party and had a fabulous time. Really excellent service, very accommodating with dietary requirements, and the food was so tasty!

I booked the venue for my daughter’s Baby Shower and the staff at this venue were super friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The venue was booked from 11-1pm inclusive. However, the overall experience was let down by poor time management from the venue. Despite reserving the space until 1:00 PM, we were approached at 12:30 and told that they were about to dismantle the decorations because they needed the space back at 1PM and if I minded my balloon display be moved to the back. My final 30 minutes should not have been taken up by their cleanup and the venue should have factored in their clean up outside of 1PM. I haven’t got T&Cs however a receipt confirming the booking space for 2 hours and not 1:30mins. The space should be untouched until the guests leave after the end of the booking at 1pm. My guests left at 1pm. On top of that, the tea trays were removed before 1:00 PM, leaving some guests scrambling to pack their food into the white boxes provided and ultimately felt rushed. While the venue itself is lovely, it failed a 5star as I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and consideration for the time I had paid for.

Can I be completely honest! I was really disappointed today with the afternoon tea. Firstly felt really rushed and uncomfortable with staff constantly wanting to clear our table even though we had plenty of time and left 1.5 hours into the two hour booking. The staff had to change my food as it was dietary requirements wasn’t met even though stated on the booking clearly, so I was just sitting waiting why in an awkward seat near the restrooms of people constantly wanting to use. For the £140 we paid it wasn’t what are or my family expected it to be and felt it was completely rushed. I’m not one to moan shout things but really dampened my experience of your establishment. Update no response emailed the company and sent privately on reviews.

Just called this company to ask why if I have 2 children under 3 coming with me do I have to book a seat and pay £42 for them to have afternoon tea , lady was very rude on the phone. I had booked for afternoon tea for Mother’s Day, I had booked 6 seats most places you go they have a children’s option, or if I book a seat for my 2 children but don’t want them to have an afternoon tea apparently that is not an option. Very rude and disappointing and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

My friend and I went here for afternoon tea. The decor of the tearoom is lovely and very aesthetically pleasing. We were welcomed by a friendly waitress and our food came out shortly afterwards. There is a good selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes. Unfortunately one of the scones was a little overdone but apart from that we enjoyed the rest. Throughout our tea we had to call waitress over to ask for more drinks and also to take away some of our used glasses/pots only as there was limited room on the table. At 3:00(we had table til 3:30), all the waitresses seemed to suddenly want to take any item possible off of our table. Firstly we were asked if we want a bag for our uneaten food as there were no boxes. Then another took the cake stand that still had food on it and then another five mins later for our plates. It felt very rushed unfortunately and like we needed to leave.

WOW!! What a lovely little gem of a place! Pizzas 🍕 were thin and stone baked and endless 😋!! Staff were helpful and friendly 😀 decor was classy, definitely going back!!

9 of us had breakfast this morning. Lovely staff, fast service, great venue, but freezing 🥶 cold first thing. All age groups and would not go back for breakfast was not the best.

Customer service shocking with regards to cancellation query, charged full price even though over 24 hours notice was given, when you cancel they don't remind you of this, it's a check box on booking, which we did over a month ago. They were fully booked when I checked if they had managed to rebook our table yet told by a very rude employee that they were not and that's how hospitality works, they've lost a customer.

What a lovely, welcoming place. Food was great. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a baby shower celebration there, which was thoroughly enjoyable. It is really beautiful decorated too. Only negative it appears you have to park nextdoor, or on the road as spaces limited (car park shared with local co-op store).

We visited Heidi’s Saturday…beautiful from a distance…. Tired and tatty up close! When we arrived the booking was incorrect, booked for three and then only showed booking for two on site. This was quickly rectified and table found. We were sat chatting but service was poor. Took over 20minutes to get a drink… one hot drink and two cold drinks. Door took OVER AN HOUR to come out and tables who came in after us were served first! One table who came in after us even left after their food before we’d even been given ours! The place was tatty. Bathroom has a lot of broken aspects. Changing table was dirty and no hand towels readily available. Such a shame as we had very high hopes. One positive was the children eat for free. The portion size was great and fruit pot was really nice. Overall very disappointed.

Me and my friend had a lovely time. It’s very pretty place and Olivia was lovely and accommodating. We saw on the website that you could walk in for afternoon tea. However, they were fully booked and you needed to have pre ordered 24 hours before. Olivia found a way to accommodate us. We had a bit of breakfast and also shared an afternoon tea between us. It’s was a nice variety.

Amazing afternoon tea, catered for all allergies and great service

Visited for breakfast and was immediately struck by the pink appearance of the interior. More suited to under 12s who love all things flowery. The overall appearance looks clean but when you look closely there's no real attention to detail. The gold coloured cutlery looks tarnished, the bench seating is narrow and very uncomfortable, the unisex toilet has seen better days. The food was okay, nothing special. Service was slow despite there being very few customers and plenty of staff. The decor is an acquired taste. Won't be visiting again.

Fabulous afternoon tea spot! Beautiful decor and great food

Heidi's has been on my bucket list for a while, and after seeing the hype on social media, I was left feeling underwhelmed. Aesthetically, it is a beautiful venue, smaller than I expected. We were early for our booking, and they kindly let us stand inside out of the cold. Tables were promptly cleared, and we were seated. The table was pretty, although they were two different sizes, which was odd for a table of 5 and my fork was dirty. Our drinks order was taken in good time. There were only 2 members of staff, one taking orders and one making drinks. One of our group order a hot chocolate without marshmallows as she is vegetarian, and it arrived with marshmallows. We sent it back, and the server said that she couldn't read her colleagues' writing and double-checked our drinks order. Drinks took a while to come as one server was making drinks for the 12 customers currently in the venue. Afternoon tea arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. We had normal, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The gluten-free sandwiches were lovely with great variety. The scone was the best I have had at an afternoon tea, great size and warm. The cakes and sweet treats were underwhelming. Flapjacks have no place on an afternoon tea, especially two different varieties. They were bland and boring. The chocolate cake was OK, and the cheesecake was flavourless. I ordered a brownie from the case to make up for it and asked for it to be warmed up. One half was slightly warm whilst the other was cold. It was too big for how sweet it was and needed something to offset the sweetness. The pudding options need elevating for such a nice event. Our booking was for 4-6 at around 5ish. The staff began to clear around us, moving tables and sweeping as they had an event. Although I do not think it was the staffs intention, we did feel like we were in the way, even though we still had time on our booking. At around half 5, we felt it was time to leave, and tha5 we couldn't relax and enjoy ourselves with so much going on around us in a small space. I would suggest if you have an event at 6 that you close afternoon tea at 5.30 so that you have an empty space to get ready. It did not make us feel valued whilst we were there. Doing this could ensure that customers are not made to feel like they are in the way. I do think if we had attended earlier in the day, then our experience would have been different, but that shouldn't be the case at any venue.

As a local resident, I’ve tried to support Heidi’s since they opened two years ago, but it just hasn’t lived up to the hype. The space itself is undeniably beautiful and perfect for Instagram, but the food quality and service consistently fall short. On multiple lunchtime visits, I’ve experienced long waits, and the prices feel unjustifiably high for what’s offered. One particular experience left a lasting negative impression: a staff error, where they did not ask for a deposit, ended up costing my group extra, and when I politely questioned this, I was threatened with a ban if I didn’t comply. This confrontation happened in front of other customers, making it not only embarrassing for me but uncomfortable for them as well. Adding to the frustration, staff tend to rush diners as closing time approaches, which completely disrupts any sense of a relaxed, enjoyable meal. I do hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements are made, as I would genuinely like to support this local business and see it succeed.

Amazing afternoon tea it was delicious and catered for my dairy free needs, the staff were so polite and friendly and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything else. The place itself is spectacular - so clean and beautifully designed! Would definitely recommended to others - 10/10 and will definitely be returning! 💗

Well what a real disappointment! I wanted lunch with my nephew, and niece! Went in the young girl ask if I had booked I said no but I didn’t mind sitting outside plenty of seats out there, I said to the girl you won’t forget to come out to me she said no. Waited 20 minutes! She never came out, the children was getting more upset, so I had to leave go home and cooked lunch. So that’s why I have given this score!😪 I worked in a coffee shop this would never had happened.

If I could give it 0 I would!! I messaged them on instagram to see if they did gift vouchers witch they did but they couldn’t post them to me so I decided I’d go down there when I got there a few days after I sent the message they told me they didn’t have any gift vouchers left ( they should of put that on there Instagram ) they didn’t want to post it to me either. Even though I was willing to pay extra they didn’t know what to do and couldn’t get hold of the manager, I then in the afternoon was out and missed a call from a lady called Gemma who was trying to help me I tried to ring back In the afternoon a few times but no answer. I finally got though to someone the next day and they said oh I don’t know I’ll get my manger to ring you she never did. Before this in the past I had messaged them about catering for my nut allergy and they just look at the message and ignore it. Anyways I won’t be visiting that’s for sure I wanted to take my daughter for afternoon tea there but actually after looking at the child’s afternoon tea it looks most disappointing not even a scone. Awful customer service.

Booked afternoon tea for my mum and our family. Love the decor at Heidi’s which is kitsch but pretty and memorable. We thought all the food was really delicious and well prepared but it would have been nice given the price to have a choice of tea freshly brewed. It was quite noisy which might be an issue with an older relative. Service was a little slow to start but picked up but as I had rung ahead and said it was my mums 94th birthday I would have hoped for a little more care of her.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, beautiful decor and friendly staff. We had the bottomless pizza which was delicious and the two hour prosecco which was free flowing. Our first mum night out without the babes and we do not regret choosing this venue, will come again!
