Cheapest vegan breakfast you'll find anywhere! The Moon and Cross in Waltham Cross has become our regular spot, and it’s amazing value for vegans. Tons of cafes around here, but none can touch this place’s price—just £2.25 for a full vegan breakfast! I mean, you couldn’t buy all the ingredients for that. The breakfast is solid: two vegan sausages, grilled tomato, mushrooms, beans, two hash browns, and white bloomer toast. Add tea or coffee, and it’s still under a fiver. Bargain! Only a couple of funny moments—sometimes they bring dairy spread with the vegan breakfast, so we’ve had to remind them to switch it out. And once, when I asked to swap the tomato for an extra sausage, they offered me a meat one… which, yeah, doesn’t make sense. But honestly, for the price and taste, I’m not complaining!

I rate most of my Chinese take-aways by the quality of their prawn toast, here goes. 1. flat and greasy 2. overcooked 3. please renew your grease daily, tasted like 2 weeks old grease 4. did you use 2 prawns for this prawn toast, skimping!? 6 pieces was £6.50, I would pay £3.00 and still not be satisfied. It's lucky I like most of their other dishes and the service, always nice service but smiles cannot replace poor quality food, have more love and more people will talk.

Good food, staff was friendly and didn't screw up the order. We got the Salt and Pepper Munchy box, which comes with chips, special fried rice, salt and pepper chicken and ribs, plus Chicken Balls and a bunch of sauces. We got the large to share and it did 3 people plus breakfast.

Quick delivery and always great quality - best tandoori lamb in the area.

First and last time I order for delivery, never in over 20 years have I had a bad meal from taste of china and I know if I’d have collected it would have been perfect but waiting over an hour for delivery when I know it would have been ready affected the meal

I'm new to the area, and this was one of the first takeaways I tried. I'm so happy I did. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I felt welcome from the moment I stepped inside. The food is delicious. Portion sizes are great, and service is rapid. I always collect as I'm fairly close, so I'm not sure about how their deliveries work, but this is a 10 out of 10 place. Highly recommend
