Good food, staff was friendly and didn't screw up the order. We got the Salt and Pepper Munchy box, which comes with chips, special fried rice, salt and pepper chicken and ribs, plus Chicken Balls and a bunch of sauces. We got the large to share and it did 3 people plus breakfast.

Ordered a salt and pepper box it was the best I have ever had. The salt and pepper chips were well seasoned and cooked just right not over cooked and not under cooked. The ribs had a lot of meat on them and were the big ones.

I have been ordering from this shop for several years and the food has always been delicious

Takeaway ordered on Sunday 30 June really awful special chow mein was dark grey and Looked really old as if it was day before leftovers no prawn in it as meant to be special no vegetables either seaweed was a funny colour too and covered in sugar never again I had an upset stomach straight after eating the horsdeoveres so threw the chow mein away so awful! Refund plz

I’ve never had a bad takeaway from here,The only problem I have is that when a certain person answers the phone and I pay by card,all they do is a huge sigh (as if they have a huge chip on there shoulder) as if it’s to much of an effort to take my details to pay,I will take my business elsewhere from now on,The person with the huge chip on the shoulder should not be working and dealing with people

Stopped ordering from here since last year. Can't even make egg fried rice! 1st photo. The last time we ordered, no spring onions and little egg. This order I asked for spring onions and extra egg, that's what we got. Terrible. Eggs not that expensive? Other pics, what I make. It's not that hard.

Always a good take away. Usually delivered on time and always hot. Certainly our best local chinese take away

absolutely banging chinese take out food . i can honestly say i’ve not had a bad dish from them . chicken balls are lovely… huge as well . beef chow mein and pancake roll is bang on as well . although the chow mein can be just a touch greasy sometimes but that’s a minor detail it still tastes wicked . best in hoddesdon and many more 4/5 stars . very efficient as well with orders and delivery 💪💪💪💯

Super enjoyed my first Chinese order in hoddesdon ,The food is so tasty specially sweet and sour chicken ,shredded beef and prawn rolls ,will definitely come back again,highly recommended!

DO NOT COME TO THIS TAKEAWAY , staff are rude and have no customer service skills. Half my order missing and was told they cannot refund me and I’d have to wait upto 2.5 hours for the rest of my food ! Terrible do not use !

Foods okay. The place however looks dilapatated and run down. Could do with a makeover dread to think what the kitchen looks like

Always later than advised. I've had items missing before or wrong items .When you ring staff can provide no status updates. Hoping food will arrive warm at least..no turned up over hour and 20 mins and freezing cold after I ordered it. Waitingfor delivery driver to come back and refund my cash payment....let's see???

For the second time I'm sat here over an hour waiting for food. It'll be cold, again. I live less than 200 yards away! And NO I don't enjoy the food, it's always cold!! Been a 9 year customer. Suddenly on a TWENTY FIVE POUND ORDER they want to charge me for delivery? My order has already gone up TEN QUID from what it used to cost and you say it's coz of petrol. £25???!! Long term customer now going somewhere else. Oh and by thw way I live 200 yards from the restaurant!

Absolutely disgusting I spent £40 plus £5 delivery chilli beef suppose to be crispy it was like rubber the chips looked like they was cooked yesterday rice was all stuck together really horrible never again

We normally order from here as its convenient and normally very fast if you choose to collect. Food is normally OK, although sometimes it could be better (I normally get Crispy Chili beef).

Can find my address even though they delivered here 3 days prior , and tried to use the excuse of my old address

Ordered various dishes including a Malaysian style rice. Upon dishing up there was an awful smell coming from the rice, I tasted it and it wasn't pleasant at all. Called the take away and explained and was asked to take it back. They refunded the dish. The rest of the food had gotten cold whilst I was having to do this. Reheated and it was edible but not great. Won't be using again, ever!

Everything we have tried at New Wings Garden has been delicious.

Just had an amazing takeaway, food piping hot and delicious, arrived in a good time to.

Live nearby and regularly use this place as my daughter and her friend love chinese food. They have the same thing everytime (chicken chow mein and special fried rice). Its very reasonably priced and i've never had to wait more than 20 minutes. The kidsl love it and the portion sizes (including the amount of chicken) are always pretty good.

Good takeaway. The prices are very reasonable as well. Can't believe we ate so much.

Overall the service and the takeaway are amazing, I will come here next time I come to Hoddesdon.

Shame the didn't get the order quite right. Also sad so many people not wearing their masks in there. Sorry for the staff

Reheated frozen food, covered in MSG. Truly awful and made me sick. I wouldn't feed it to my dog!

We have used this takeaway for many years and now they have just lost a good customer! The last three orders , when we collect , have been well over an hour late. The food order was incorrect and lukewarm! To be successful you need to be honest with your customers and to produce good quality food. It's a Shame as it could be great . Learn from your mistakes!

Hallo never been to the new wings garden...went in suday 21st Jan...bought wonton soup and pancake roll at 7 ish. Ate the pancake roll first which was nice and fresh...but then i tried the wonton soup smelt a bit funky and was darker in colour to what i was used to...but eat it thinking it was ok...by 11 oclock felt sick...then projectile vomiting...there is very little to excuse bad food..or the preparation...i won't be going there again ...

Really nice Chinese food. I always pre-order for a Saturday night takeaway pick up. I particularly like their Sambal and Black Bean Sauce dishes.

How long do you keep your spare ribs before you reheat them.? And how long do you keep your spcl frd rice before you once again "re-heat it" ??? We wait all month for our takeaway as money is tight, and then when I get it, it's absolutely disgraceful.. I'm so disappointed! I go here every month and by the month it's getting worse. The food arrived in what!! 20 mins!! How can you cook a two corse meal and deliver it in 20 mins... "I'lld rather wait an hour or even more, for a proper cook meal.. I got a bad experience from ribs once and this didn't help the flash backs believe me.. And my rice was over cooked by miles. So please please "New Wings" coz I know how good you can actually cook, cook my food from scratch. I can't afford to throw away my hole dinner. I get a takeaway bcoz I'm tierd, I don't want to have to cook after I've ordered a takeaway...my god!! I'm soooo angry. 😠😠😠😠😠😠 And sooooo hungry 😭😭😭

Discusting hair in my food the fat delivery man eat my prawn crakers i rung them the lady could not speak english then a little kid picked up im never ordering food from there again and they are rude
