Longs food is lovely so fresh and you can taste each item of ingredients. The delivery wait always says 45mins - 1hour but we only wait about 20mins

Had 2 takeaways and never again Dry chow mein, watery sauce ( should have been honey sauce) and chewy fatty beef in the curry. This 10 years ago was really good but I wouldn't waste your money

After an hour an a half I text the restaurant and it said another 25mins... I called to ask what was happening and the lady said our delivery time says an 1.5 hours....i said we'll another 25mins is 2 hours? It's fast food? 30 mins later food was still not here I called again and the man said its on its way after 2.5 the food come... And it was just about OK and half cold

I picked up a pancake roll, chicken curry and special fried rice. The pancake roll was nice as was the special fried rice, however the chicken in the curry was not real chicken. Unfortunately I won’t be returning as I have basically paid £8 for a curry sauce with a few peas and a few onion slices

Got a delivery it was over an hour and half late after said delivery time. Food was cold and greasy!! I do not recommend would never use again!! Very overpriced based on the quality of food we received!!

We recently moved to the area and tried Longs for the first time and were very pleased with our order. We got vegetable spring rolls, crispy duck, chilli beef, chicken balls, prawns with veggies, egg fried rice and chow mein and everything was super tasty and hot. So pleased to have found a Chinese takeaway close to home!

Our usual Chinese place was closed so we gave this one a try, and safe to say it’s got to be the worst Chinese we have ever had! No flavour what so ever!! Do not waste your money!

Happy apart from the delivery driver was outside for 5 mins on their phone, I left the house and went up the road and came back as I forgot my phone and the driver just got out of the car, only mentioning as wasn't expecting the delivery for at least 15 more minutes. First time ordering from Long's, super lovely rice dishes and chicken balls with some of the best batter I've ever tasted, I'll be back!

Wouldn’t of had a complaint about this Chinese if it weren’t for the fact the family had food poisoning. The poisoning was so bad, I was just waiting for the grim reaper to take me. ( my fault for order food from a Chinese on Monday)

The order didn’t arrive. No contact. And just eat don’t refund the full amount paid. Terrible service, the restaurant do not answer the phone.

Very tasty food here, staff are friendly and welcoming, I can't fault and reasonably priced too. We ordered chicken chow mein, crispy balls, kungpo chicken with cashew nuts, spicy Singapore noodles, and pak choi in oyster sauce. Prawn crackers came free, delicious! I would recommend it!

The food here is fantastic, the staff are welcoming, and the service is exceptionally fast. Reading another review where someone actually measured their spring roll with a tape measure made me laugh—it’s a perfect example of how some people will go to ridiculous lengths to criticize, proving some businesses just can’t win 😂

Over the moon delivery was earlier than expected, have been put of the area for a while and Longs quality is still superb. Exactly what I was needing. x

Waited 2hrs and 20mins the finally got through to the restaurant then had to go and collect it myself just about to eat my meal after nearly 3hrs after me ordering. Please could credit back my delivery fee for this order thank you

The most awful Chinese I have ever had. The chicken in the yellow bean sauce was such poor quality it didn’t look or taste like chicken. The dish was a watery pink colour. All the dishes were very small and cold. I phoned to complain and was told I could have money off the next order. I will never order from here again though. Dreadful.

The food was OK. Special fried rice was bland.

Just moved into Goffs Oakland tried longs, and ordered two spring rolls with the rest of my food and got these for £4.40 needless to say won’t be ordering from here again. Phoned in and the women I spoke to was rude and hung up on me. My advice is steer clear from this takeaway .

Thai Green Curry was far too watery.

Tonight's takeaway was delicious, hot and was delivered promptly. We all thoroughly enjoyed it.

It’s our first time ordering and unfortunately we were disappointed. It arrived hot and early which was great. But the food quality was lacking in favour with things not appearing as described.

Received a text to say it was on its way and then the app showed as delivered but we didn’t get it until 20 mins later. Only had it delivered due to the weather. Will stick to collecting next time

Food was cold. Took and hour and a half to get here. Was not what I ordered. When I called they were not helpful at all. They don’t do refunds, and I was not waiting another two hours for my food to come back and cold again.

Ordered Beef and Broccoli, didn't get it, got something that had beef in it. Not particularly happy as it was my dish and I didn't have time to return it.

Unfortunately the food quality has really gone down hill.... the soup portion was so small with such little chicken and mushroom in it.... the rice portions have also got smaller and it was over cooked and sticky and clumpy. The salt and pepper chicken was more batter than chicken and again such a small portion.... and not much flavour. The Singapore noodles had absolutely NO FLAVOUR at all.... no spice, no nothing.... was just like eating un seasoned noodles from a packet.... the vegetable chow main again, was the same... absolutely no flavour amd the mushrooms resembled those from a can... rubery, watery, chewy with no taste. The only 2 things we ordered that had any flavour was the sweet and sour chicken but again, more batter than chicken and the fried bean shoots.... they was lovely and a good portion but unfortunately i don't think I'll be back to longs again after this latest order.

Chicken balls dripping in grease, chicken wings a lot of black meat under the skin, the duck is full of fat expect to get 3 pancakes out of the quarter duck spent over fifty pound and didn’t even get a couple free prawn crackers to soften the blow never again.

It’s not about the 5 mins late it has taken over an hour to be cooked and delivered and I am one and a half miles away. And they lied about where the driver was. Which is unacceptable

When placing order delivery time was 25 to 45 mins which later turned into an hour and 25 mins. And order turned up 15 mins later then that. Special chow mein was poor as was special fried rice. Will never use again

delivery was fantastic....however my nine year old son found two pieces of wire ( the type from a brillo pad) in the sweet and sour chicken. When we called to tell them said it was a pre packed chicken and a driver would send another!! We expressed our concern and said this was popular dish and how many other people could find this and perhaps they should take it off the menu until this was resolved. A refund for the dish but no further resolve was offered!

Another excellent meal from Long's. Arrived promptly and hot and delicious fresh. Can't fault it.

Lovely food, but a tad salty this time...

Food was nice however we ordered vegetable spring rolls, I’m a veggie and I took a bite to see MEAT inside!! Called the restaurant the women was very rude on the phone telling me I was wrong and that there was no meat in there. I had to argue to get them to send me fresh ones! And then when received they had meat again!!! Wasn’t offered a refund or anything.

Received meat in my vegetarian spring rolls! Women on the phone was very rude didn’t even apologise or offer a refund. They sent us new ones wanting the old ones back as they didn’t believe there was meat inside. The new ones still had meat in them. Didn’t even bother ringing up again couldn’t be bothered for the argument.
