Ordered jerk chicken and suya. Jerk chicken was not jerk, had no flavour and literally had Heinz bbq sauce on it honest to God

I didn’t receive the food and couldn’t cancel the order and there wasn’t a contact line it’s terrible since it was my first order with you and my 25 pounds just wasted

Very poor and deceptive service, I ordered Hot pepper soup with GOAT meat and I was served With Beef. The first time it happened and I called them , they said they were sorry, but then it RECURRED AGAIN which made me know it was deliberate.

Delivery is accurate And the meal is excellent 😌👌🏾,this my first time and I wasn’t disappointed,it worthy the price but please,the pepper in the okra is too much from my perspective,thank you ,will like to try more of your foods🤤

In my opinion, they are the best Ghanaian/Nigerian restaurant in London so far. Generous portion, well cooked, great music in a cozy environment, and well spoken staff members - they're very respectful.

I was called by the restaurant that wrong order is being sent so I should not accept the order and let driver brings it back and my order will be redeliver in 10 minutes but it hasn’t be delivered. So the message it has been delivered is not true.

Meat in all 3 dishes were not fresh meat, hard really dark and very chewy, u could just tell it wasn't fresh. I'm pregnant and was really craving African food and believe me I was very disappointed. The only good thing is the delivery time and food wise only good thing was the fufu and pounded yam apart from that I will not be using my money here again, it's a shame cause I had high hopes for this place.

Rhapsodiz is a hidden gem serving up authentic Ghanaian cuisine. The moment you step in, you're transported to Accra or Kumasi. The food is simply incredible, with flavors that are spot on. The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes it feel like dining at a friend’s place. Definitely a must-try for Ghanaian food lovers!

Avoid this place at all costs! The food quality is consistently poor, and the only reason I considered ordering was because it was late and no other places were open. Initially, I tried calling for 20 minutes, but no one answered. When I drove there, the music was blaring from a DJ, making it impossible to hear myself or the rude cashier. I placed my order and paid, and I was told it would take 30 minutes. When I returned after the stated time, the food wasn't ready. I left because of the deafening music and came back 15 minutes later, only to find the food still wasn't ready. To my dismay, I discovered the cashier hadn’t even placed my order. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she rudely offered to refund my money if I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. I took the refund and left after 45 minutes with no food. This place is unprofessional, with dirty and smelly toilets. It is the worst African restaurant I have ever visited. The MC frequently came to the bar where customers were trying to order, shouting in our ears. The lack of respect and basic customer service makes this a poor excuse for a business. Avoid it at all costs!

Quality and well made African food. Generous portions especially the meat and fish. Service is not the best but I’ll still give them a five star. Everyone there is not lazy, they’re doing their best and as a business owner myself, I understand there’ll be human errors few times.

Had a really excellent dining experience here. The food was great and customers service was excellent. Paulina the waiter was there at every turn, I only had to look up and she knew I needed something and straight away came over to help, suggest or bust a joke to make guests comfortable. The best bit is when I lost my phone and called the morning after and they had found it and kept safely for me to collect. Trust worthy and a real 5 star experience.

They don’t read the messages you send to restaurant and food was not great for the price not good

Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your money, “meat” dishes are just bone, fat and bits of intestine. The chicken stew is legs cut in half with the skin on covered in fat and no meat at all. I’ve never had something so vile in my life. The place should be shut down.

I was a regular customer as it was the only close African restaurant that delivered.. as a customer that wanted African food with out having to spend the 3 hours to cook it . Went to the restaurant with my friends for dinner. Food was served after an hour burnt yams with tasteless fish and we complained to the waitress. to my surprise she found it very hard to tell the managers wife as she was scared. I went to complain to the wife and come come and see insults.The managers wife is very rude and unprofessional. Can’t take critics so not coming here again. Poor customer service, Disrespectful wife with a very poor attitude towards clients, and above all tasteless rubbish food but very Beautiful environment.

I ordered food on Sunday at 9:50pm assuming the shop was still aacepting orders since it closes at 10pm. The shop processed my order and made my delivery date Monday. I called the shop and someone answered on Sunday. I told them what happened but they did not cancell the order. Instead I have a delivery man turn up with the food this afternoon. Fraustrating! Just Eat really needs a way where customers can cancel orders themselves within a window of time after order was placed.

Fried Yam is always soo sooo good! Crispy and delicious. Got some banku and spinach stew and fully enjoyed the stew… it tasted fresh and healthy and delicious! Banku is harder than I like but was nice nevertheless

The food departed the restaurant over 30 minutes ago, my food arrived and is stone cold.

Overcooked food (burnt smoky jollof, dry meat), and miserable customer service. I would have complained if the waitress had at any stage cared enough to check if we were enjoying our meal, of course she didn't. There is a lot more I could write, but we were just glad to leave and will not be returning. So disappointing and as a person of african heritage, embarrassing.

The food was very good and very tasty. I’d ordered amala with my egusi but got pounded yam instead. I don’t like pounded yam, but I was too hungry to call and wait for another 50 mins for the right order. Nonetheless, I’m happy with the quality. The food arrived hot! I will order again.

The meal was very tasty the restaurant listened to my requests and followed instructions correctly I am very pleased to eat from this restaurant, my meals are always hot, and have good sized proportions for the price.

Meal wasn’t covered like it should have been covered. It wasn’t wrapped well and it was expose to air make it hard to eat.

What I ordered and what I got is completely different, it clearly states spinach with meat which I ordered not with fish and the smell of fish over taking the actual meal, clearly could state in the menu contains fish ! Customer service absolutely terrible and was not even listened and that’s £26 in bin. 1st and last never order again.

Was given a Collection time that was 30min, actual time it was ready an hour and 30mins later, stood there whiles everyone disappeared in to the kitchen for about 10 ro 15mins, come back gave me the food, not even apologise for the delay, not very welcoming, food tastes like it's been in the freezer for awhile that has been warm up, very disappointed

Curry goat had a nice flavour and lots of juice but was unfortunately way too spicy for me to eat. The coleslaw was fizzy and out of date. Thank you for the free plantain though. That was nice.

I choose fish with my peanut stew because my husband doesn’t eat meat yet still there was meat in the stew disappointed would be an understatement so my husband couldn’t eat his food so the food end up in the bin.

I ordered while on the train thinking my food would be ready when I got there. I waited another 30 mins being ignored by staff and the owner which I found shocking . I asked a member of staff when the food would be ready, she shrugged and walked away. I ended up leaving. I had introduced 2 family members who have stopped going to this restaurant due to bad customer service. If you're not from Ghana, don't bother going.

I've ordered from here several times and the quality and quantity of the food is perfect. I order the okra stew everytime, there's a variety of different meat- goat, tripe & cows foot etc but the taste and spice is always on point for me. The light soup spice is just enough to make your nose run lol so perfect!! Food always comes steaming hot! I've had fried yam with pepper sauce on another occasion and would definitely order it again. My new restaurant to order African food from when I can't be bothered to cook it myself.

Excellent customer service, delicious Afro-Carribean food served with jaw-dropping presentation in a cosy romantic leather seating restaurant. Large Modern Smart TV showing top premier European football and American NBA games and beautiful Afrobeats and classic old school pop music 🎶 are icing on the cake. Variety of alcoholic drinks and cocktails are available. I love Rhapsidiz ❤️

I went yesterday on the 7th and was horrified to find my peanut soup was frozen and the fufu was hot. Very disappointed with the service management didnt even apologie. Awful service avoid avoid at all costs.

Not your favourite place if you're not of African or Carribbean descent. Waited over an hour for the food and everything tasted... Muh Not sure we'd go again. Toilet was really bad as you had to walk past it to get to restaurant. Also, should consider making it look like it's open rather than keeping shutter half closed

I think 1 start is pushing it. Second time ordering from this place and it reminded me why i havent been back!! The food was dry no taste. The egusi soup had no moisture. To top it they had the cheek to serve burnt bits inside the container. Never AGAIN. No point complaining to them because their customer service stinks!

If there was a possibility to give 0 stars then I would. Restaurant staff are beyond rude and unprofessional. I stood in the shop for 10 minutes shouting hello and no one came only to find somebody sitting there making no headway to get up. I came out to collect at the requested time and the food was no where near ready. If I hadn’t paid online I would have walked out of the shop with how rude this girl was. Don’t waste your time ordering from these people.

On 2 occasions, my takeaway order was missing plantain. After waiting an hour for the food to be delivered, I then had to wait another hour and a half for the plantain to be delivered. After calling to let them know, they didn’t seem bothered. The food is tasty but not worth the hassle.

Absolutely adore this restaurant! Their food is delicious and so lovely. Their customer service is exquisite. The music is great and brings a lovely touch to the restaurant. Sometimes there is a live band who play music. This restaurant is a crowd pleaser and is a wonderful place for family celebrations.

Visited this restaurant two weeks ago with a group of friends. It was a very lovely evening. The atmosphere was very nice and the DJ was fantastic. Food was good but check your bill especially if you are not paying as stuff is given to you as the poor waitresses sometimes gets mix up but they were very polite and nothing was too difficult to do. I will highly recommend this place esp. if you want to let your hair down and dance the night away.

I took my husband for Father's day dinner. Nice atmosphere where you can have a conversation with non stop afro beat.I had banku and tilapia,hubby had tuozafi which was good but too much spices on the downside. Thumps up to the Waitress who was well dressed and polite, something lacking in the Ghanaian restaurant. Will definitely recommend.

One star is too much. I ordered 3 dishes for takeaway, I was told it’ll be ready in 30 minutes but upon arrival I had to wait a further 30 minutes for the food! I got home only to realise they have got my orders wrong, I called the restaurant to let them know of their mistake and the staff were very rude. Ended up trying the food and there is nothing to write home about! Avoid this place at all cost!!

Nice atmosphere with good music and service

Ordered food at 6.25pm arrived at 8.45pm, mind you i'm only 10mins away. Food was cold like it was microwaved....2hrs+ for that hahaha what a complete JOKE.

Bad service! After waiting nearly 2 hours for my food to be delivered and calling them to find out why the wait is soo long and they said the food was not ready my order was cancelled. Waited TWO HOURS to no longer have my food. After cancelling order, refuse to pick up my calls. Terrible service, and far too slow!!!!

Waited an hour for my food even if I arrived 10 minutes later than allocated time to collect it. They looked inundated with orders and Inhouse service. They were polite about it but that doesn't make up for it. Its not the first time. I let it go the first time.

After waiting so long for my order, the wrong portion of food was delivered to me. When I called to complain, the lady said exactly these words “ So what do you want me to do”? And she hanged up. I was so shocked. I dumped the food in the bin. I’m never ever going back to this restaurant. Rubbish!!!!

DISGUSTING! I went in to order some food for take away, appreciate it was busy as it was a friday night. but I along with a few others were queuing for over 10 minutes to be served. The server at the bar did not acknowledge us to atleast let us know she will be with us soon and was so SLOW doing whatever she was doing apart from serving. I eventually asked her if she was serving as we have been standing here for over 10 minutes waiting to be served. she rolls her eyes and says no. i was not going to argue with her so i left. absolutely rude. disgraceful. no customer service what so ever. the owner did not seem bothered either. do not eat here. food is ok, nothing to write about. you and your staff should be ashamed. the poor reviews are VERY accurate.

very disappointed. the rice n peas was way too mushy and onto of that there was tooo much oil in the curry goat. about a quarter of a cup, jerk chicken was not great was given chicken breast instead of leg. was very dry and not jerkin'. too expensive for what was given to us, the salad I could have done myself at home. sorry wouldn't recommend for anything. even though 1 star has been given its only due to the fact that google wouldn't let me proceed without giving a star

I didn't like it there because their jollof rice wasn't fresh and very dry. Even their suya wasn't that nice. It was eating a very spicy fried meats, and so dry. Terrible experience.
