KFC Waltham Cross - Eleanor Cross Road in Broxbourne

I placed the order at 19:12 the driver firstly arrived at the wrong address and when he did eventually make it at :20:08 my order was stone cold and there was hardly any chicken in my wrap. Very disappointed!

Good never arrived and the driver was unresponsive

He stopped at McDonald’s on way to me, and my food was cold and spoilt it.

driver left pick up, came towards house, then went round back the way he'd just come. come back again but went passed turning and drove into Enfield about 10 minutes away before coming back to my address. when I said the food will be cold. he said he had a problem with his motor????

KFC is KFC. now had fries are a different matter. To be honest they were lukewarm at best and some didn't taste particularly nice. the chicken was ok. wouldn't order from here again as I don't have confidence it would be value for money. you pay money for good food, not below average. Staff don't really care do they?

Rude server at the window. Firstly shouted to stay there at the tanoye and when was allowed to drive round said the system was down and I could not use my NHS blue light discount as the systems were down. Asked what else there was to do and told nothing just pay can’t help you no further not my problem the systems are down they are always down. Food was adequate.

Although I entered my address they tried to deliver to a different address. Food was almost cold.never ever have we had such a rude delivery driver. Arguing and shouting at us.

I have already complained about the cold fries. I want to include that the creamy mash was more like creamy gravy and I couldn’t eat it. I would appreciate a full refund not a credit to my account.

The most disgusting customer service I ever received. Being told to order at the kiosk and not at the till, I told them you only have 2 kiosk and bouth are busy with 5 customer waiting, I come at the till thinking I can get served, but so much unprofessional go at the kiosk while 6 of them were having fun and laugh, someone needs to do something as this is getting worse and worse. If any management see this just look at others reviews not mine is alarming. They add the sign so they can have fun. Time I've been in the restaurant is 17:39

This place is a joke! Poorly trained staff that are incapable of following very basic food order instructions! The kids meal came with no drink or pineapple stick! My tower box meal came with no hash brown in the burger?! And beans instead of corn on the cob! The burger I ordered doesn’t state mayo will be in the burger, instead it just mentions supercharger sauce.. yet there was mayo too! Of what did come of the food was disgusting! What a waste of £20!

4 burgers and all 4 were open due to properly bad driving by delivery driver.its last time I leave a tip before a delivery. if we wasnt starving I would have sent them back

Nothing more to say really delivered on time food was hot, just when given instructions on where parked, as I’m a truck driver.Maybe the delivery driver needs to read the instructions as I said exactly where I was parked he went to other vehicles before finally finding mine, other than that great 😊 👍🏼

You need to change or top-up the flour often to avoid it being too salty!

Walking into KFC, I was hit by the smell of nostalgia mixed with... fryer oil. I eagerly ordered my usual combo: a bucket of chicken and some hot wings. Little did I know, I was in for a finger(literally)-licking adventure. First up, the chicken. It was so shiny I almost had to put on sunglasses! Seriously, I could see my reflection in the oil coating. Forget skincare routines, KFC's chicken could give you a natural glow. Now, let's talk about the hot wings. I've seen chicken fingers before, but never chicken wings the size of my actual finger! I'm not sure if these chickens moonlight as hand models, but their wings were TINY. It felt like a snack for a toddler, and I'm an adult with big dreams (and even bigger hunger). Overall, if you're looking for a meal that doubles as a mirror and portion sizes fit for a dollhouse, KFC's got you covered. Just don't expect to leave with your appetite fully satisfied!

I paid 7 pound for to little small chicken legs over cooked not happy

They shut at 22:38 even though it stated 23:00 for walk in orders. Refused to take a few orders from customers as they said the time stated wasn’t right and they chose when to close.

unfortunately food quality was quite poor, cold soggy chips, overcooked strips, and greasy pieces of chicken with all the skin fallen off and stuck to the bucket. A couple of pieces tasted and smelled off. shame as its the only kfc round here and usually comes in good condition.

Food is good but my god the restaurant itself is atrocious. Why make such a small car park when you know it’ll get busy most days. The carpark is the smallest I’ve ever seen, way too narrow - apparently there’s 2 lanes, one for the drive thru and one for just driving around to the exit, but you can barely squeeze past the people waiting at the drive thru. The drive thru also gets busy because, y’know, it’s KFC, you’d expect it to be busy sometimes and you’d expect there to be enough room for a big queue. But no, cars end up queuing around the corner of this very narrow car park and blocking any other cars from simply getting around the building, and you can fit about 5 cars in the queue before they end up blocking the entrance to the car park because there’s just no room. It becomes dangerous because you end up queuing all the way to the main road and risking being hit by cars outside the premises. There’s about 4 parking spaces, and it’s impossible to get in and out of them because there’s so little room. The restaurant itself is also way too cramped, not a lot of room and the waiting area is small. Toilets are tiny and you can barely fit 2 people in there at a time, plus they were dirty and completely out of paper. If you want to go to a KFC, please don’t bother going to this one, spend the extra 10 minutes driving to another one, I beg you.

Was supposed to be 2 burgers & 2 fries but there was only 1 burger & 2 fries.

Delivered on time, and food was prepared well and most importantly hot which I love.

Once again the order notes were completely ignored, what is the point in having the facility to make a request, if no one bothers to read it!!!!

The gents toilets need a new hand dryer .& when you ask for a paper towel to dry your hands on .they seem a bit put out having to give you some .food was a bit oilly .& place looked like it needed cleaning more regular .

Chips was cold and soggy, chicken burger. I had to put back to gather. I don’t think kfc is good for take away. After a while it must get soggy, I didn’t even eat all of it, and waste of 27£

Only good thing about the delivery was the arrival time. The food was not cooked nor was it packaged properly everything was just dashed in to the box with no paper or wrappings
