unfortunately the wrong neal was prepared i received a 4 piece meal instead of a mega bucket for one. the two chicken drumsticks were overcooked aswell

Ordered Pepsi max & received 2 fruit shoots. Also had 2 drumsticks in one meal, usually get a decent piece of chicken & one drumstick

tracking driver went from waltham cross the opposite way to bullsmore lane then eventually arrived with me opposite direction no wonder the food was cold

I didn't receive my drink and the delivery driver tried telling me I hadn't ordered one until I pointed it out on the receipt, then he immediately shifted the blame to the restaurant. This is the second delivery in a row from KFC that's not been correct, the last one had burger contents missing. very poor standards!

I live 20 secs away from KFC. I dont mind waiting for 12 mins. I mind very much paying for food which was never delivered and then waiting days for a refund. This is just bs

4 packets of fries were missing.

Made a large order but 1 burger (from a meal) was missing. Called them up and they wanted me to make another "small order" to send out the missing burger. I had to pay the delivery fee and Service fee AGAIN! Wont be ordering again.

It was an excellent service overall as the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was fresh and top notch, and my order was served to me quickly without any issues. I genuinely rate this restaurant and service.

Absolutely horrid! The chicken is burned, there's hardly chicken in the hot wings, literally 99% batter. The chicken is stale and dry. The staff have no care in the world, you can just walk to the counter and take whatever they're calling out. The staff always messes the orders up. Worst KFC I've ever been to.

Chips were missing from the order

Ordered sharing bucket 10 bits and received 8 legs and 2 thigh cost over £30 never felt so ripped off in all my life. Don’t like legs!!!!

Food came delivered all just chucked in bag. Everything was leaking, chips not cooked properly and food wasn’t even hot.

Burger was disassembled on arrival, sauce seemed to have been squirted on the side, rather than inside the burger. Delivery was on time, driver was polite, no issues with the delivery.

For the price it’s not worth what your getting … it use to be 29.99 and you would get popcorn chicken now you need to pay around £34 to get the popcorn chicken it’s outrageous 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Absolutely disgusting service , they gave me a burger with 2 mini fillets inside when it should have been a ffillet tower burger , I didn’t ask for this , I had to receive attitude from the staff for them just to make a change , then I asked them to put in a zinger burger into what I have but they gave me a zinger burger with the wrong sauces , not what I wanted . They were rude and confrontational about it , I’m sitting here waiting for my food it’s now been over 10 mins I am in the store currently . Please train your staff better . , I was told about this sign after I received my food , ! See pic below . Also you have terminals where I ordered from and the terminal does not state this . This picture is positioned so that you can’t even see the sign

Rice bowl was incredible the first time we ordered it. Flavourful, full of protein and good stuff in a good portion. Put KFC in the game as a nutritious, quick, good quality option. Of course they’ve now made it much smaller, taken out any useful portion of the good nutritious stuff - barely any sweet potato and the veg is cut in half, and reduced the amount of chicken (2 mini fillets instead of 2 proper fillets) so half the protein. Such a shame!

I placed the order at 19:12 the driver firstly arrived at the wrong address and when he did eventually make it at :20:08 my order was stone cold and there was hardly any chicken in my wrap. Very disappointed!

driver left pick up, came towards house, then went round back the way he'd just come. come back again but went passed turning and drove into Enfield about 10 minutes away before coming back to my address. when I said the food will be cold. he said he had a problem with his motor????

Rude server at the window. Firstly shouted to stay there at the tanoye and when was allowed to drive round said the system was down and I could not use my NHS blue light discount as the systems were down. Asked what else there was to do and told nothing just pay can’t help you no further not my problem the systems are down they are always down. Food was adequate.

KFC is KFC. now had fries are a different matter. To be honest they were lukewarm at best and some didn't taste particularly nice. the chicken was ok. wouldn't order from here again as I don't have confidence it would be value for money. you pay money for good food, not below average. Staff don't really care do they?
