the best KFC I've ever eaten 😋 I love the service and the mini filets, drinks are always cold 🥤

The ordering console for the drive-thru has been smashed for years now. Can barely be heard trying to do so. Told Chicken would be 15 Mins, waited, forgotten, after fifteen minutes order hadn't even been started. Got 4 pieces of chicken extra for being a sport, still got home and realised we were short of a Large Popcorn chicken. Not atypical for a visit here I'm afraid, there's always something missing or wrong. Communication is horrendous. Good Job the SF. Chicken is always good, because it ain't the warm rubbery fries endemic to KFC's that keeps us coming back! Jesus CEO, have you ever TASTED the fries?! How do mess up fries across every outlet?! Boggles the mind. 4 bags of fries Straight in the bin everytime..

Great fast food restaurant. Not many car park but have a drive through to order.

Disappointed.. cold chicken wrap, flat pepsi drinks. Stuff was in upset mood. Never come back to this KFC waltham cross.

Service in store can sometimes be let down by the drive through and online orders, but it is one of the better tasting KFCs!

I ordered 20 pieces of wings just now, and I was really disappointed with the quality. The chicken was very old and appeared to have been fried multiple times. After trying one, I felt sickened. I contacted Just Eat to report the situation, but they didn't refund me for the entire order. The remaining 19 pieces went straight into the bin because the meat inside was dark and drenched in oil. This is unacceptable!

This place is fun for a gambler. You will never get what you actually order. You order a 6pc chicken, you could get 4, you could get 12. This time however, what I got was food poisoning.

The time kept changing throughout the original time when ordered, the food was ok, but cold, the chips a very small portion we had two portions that actually when put tofu just about made one, not the greatest meal this time

Delivery estimate before taking payment was 10-25 minutes, actual delivery was 1hr 35. Tracker showed rider made other deliveries on their way to us. Food cold on arrival. "Free popcorn chicken when you spend over £21" missing.

T have spoken to your agent but I have not yet received a refund for the meal sent to me on Tuesday 01/10/25 which I had to send back

can has been dropped as the delivery driver has delivered it, can you was squirting everywhere which has caused the food to be soaked and front door step i would like full refund so i can order new food as i’m highly disappointed

Delivery was on time, but arrived cold, soggy, and the chicken did not seem good quality, tasted a bit strange. Usually this restaurant is okay, so definitely not pleased with this experience tonight

Incredibly rude driver, rung 2 times within 5 seconds and when i didnt answer the door within 10 seconds he got ready to leave. Incredibly impatient. The food amount was small and there were barely any chips or popcorn chicken.

Requested lettuce & mayonnaise to be taken out of supercharger burger & got No Supercharger sauce! And also requested just no ketchup in tower burger & got no lettuce no mayonnaise! Not happy

I only gave one star because I couldn’t leave zero!!! Ordered at drive through waited 15 minutes then had to go in and prompt them to get my order! Staff were miserable and ignorant and shouting at each other! The chicken was greasy and sloppy and tasted like it was cooked in old oil and the fries were covered in bits. No good calling because they don’t answer the phone and probably wouldn’t care anyway which is reflected in what they dished up!!! AVOID I will never in a million years go back there!!

The food was terrible the customer service was rubbish the people in here are so rude and don't speak English. The toilets are crubbish and stinks and blocked up.I wouldn't recommend coming here again. all the KFC brands are absolute horrendous and the staff are rude and quite disrespestful and not helpful even when my mum in law who is blind needed help. The burger came rock solid, not sure how thats possible as its a vegan burger so theres no bones. It was overcooked/fried and inedible. The chips were fine, however portions vary each time, these were on the small side.

I've just had a takeaway from Waltham Cross and will be my last,Never have I had such a disgusting meal, the burger was cold the chips were soggy and cold and 1burger short so then had to wait another 25mins so never never again from this place

Absolutely appalling! My twister wrap? I’m sorry what you mean a mini flaming wrap? No coleslaw the smallest piece of chicken literally a mini fillet!!!! Chips part frozen I’m pregnant I literally requested in my notes to Cook the chips throughly because I’m pregnant. Absolute rip-off. Don’t buy the twister deal!!!

Delivery time is quick enough. But every single time they leave 1 or more items off. So I’m left with an order short on items. It’s frustrating having to wait on a refund but then have kids short on food, or I go without so the kids can take mine due to missing items. It’s not hard to read the order and put in what’s on the list!

language barrier was horific here. They could not understand me and I barely understood them, just aweful trying to communicate what I wanted. Also no hot drinks. A once only visit for me sadly. Food was a little greasier than usual, but otherwise fine.

Order placed at 15:30, original delivery window was 15:45 - 16:05 and arrived at 16:30, so an hour between ordering and receiving the luke warm food.

Very poor service. Not able to claim deals and then I order something completely different. Ordered snack bucket bundle with mini fillet burger and asked for it plain and it came with mayo etc on it. They need to be more aware of allergies etc. I will not be doing this store again. I have done feedback to customer services.

I had missing items on my order, I have left a review the same day and I was supposed to get a refund back but I did not.

I just had to order from the KFC and it was a very cold dry chicken and the driver said he had accident. I put an all in the bin. I’ll never again.

Great delivery, it took 10 mins from completing the order to receiving the order so I was nervous about the food being cold but it was piping hot and tasted lovely too. Great experience today!

The wrong food was delivered to my door and got another persons order

UPFATE: the link you have provided is useless, your response to this review is rubbish. KFC HAS LOST MY BUSINESS Arrived here at 09:48 on the 11/7/24, restaurant closed, doesn't open till 10:00, waited in the car park for 12 min and entered and ordered £30 of chicken. Now I have received a £100 fine for parking there before 10:00 as "customer" are not allowed to arrive before 10:00. Appealed with the parking authority and rejected, now going to POPLA. If this again gets rejected KFC can expect a reduction of £150 a month as McDonald's down the road will see this money being spent at their restaurant! This has cost me £130 for a 14 piece bucket, 2 large gravy and 2 portion hot wings!!!

Really angry. We ordered meals for two people which came to £25.00. For that price you'd expect something fairly decent but the chicken fillets were so salty it was completely inedible. I took one bite and had to spit it out! Extremely poor food and value for money. Avoid!
