Convenient location for me and always very friendly staff. Shame about the unruly kids thinking it's acceptable to take up space (without purchasing anything) just to 'hang-out' during half-term.
Ordered a delivery which came quickly and hot. Unfortunately, the sticky rice we ordered for £4.50 wasn't even enough to feed one person let alone three. From other places we only ever need to order one rice portion and we have plenty left over. Not so here. We are now having to cook our own rice so we can start our dinner.

Visited this lovely bakery on Sunday for the first time. The range of bakery items is outstanding with reasonable prices and friendly staff. The carrot cake especially is so yummy. A must go to bakery in Wells.
Wonderful experience throughout, food and service at the cafe second to none, brewery tour fantastic, informative and very enjoyable. Beer sampling excellent. Karen in the café went above and beyond to help us out. We look forward to visiting again.
Just a brilliant experience. Changed management last year with a great refurb and the new owners are clearly passionate about good food. The menu is interesting and fresh and there's nowhere else within a several mile radius doing food like this so it's very welcome to have somewhere local that goes beyond the standard burger and chips. Ingredients are clearly very high quality. We had the hake and chicken and both were sublime, as were the desserts - absolutely worth the price. Ambience was relaxed and quiet but not too quiet. We will definitely return.
If you want warm white wine and lots on the menu that’s unavailable, then this is the place for you.
We arrived at 6pm and the restaurant was empty but the girl pointed at a table we could have, when we could have sat anywhere!
We were served white wine un-chilled / limited menu/ no chilli oil/ had to ask for cutlery and pepper, and this looked to be a hassle.
The girl behind the bar seemed fed up and I asked for chilli oil 3 times and eventually she said they did not have any without telling me this.
Felt bad for the boy waiter as he was apologising for all the failures that had occurred.
We were also told the restaurant was busy dealing with the tables outside (there were only two covers).
Can’t believe the pizzeria doesn't open until 5pm and they don’t have basic ingredients to fill the menu and the wine is not chilled.
Call me old fashioned, but the customer is the customer and we are all paying a bill at the end of the night and expect good service and a smile.
Food was actually nice but not an enjoyable experience.
Lucy did not make us feel welcome. :-(
Wow an amazing find a delight from the moment you walk in the door. Staff friendly and helpful.
It is a gluten/dairy free heaven! We dined in and oh my goodness what a choice I actually didn’t know what to have. Really different options. I opted for the gf/df tuna mayonnaise sandwich and it didn’t disappoint. Bread was so soft and flavourful, other ingredients good quality and tasty.
Daughter had non gf/ df scone with cream cheese and pickle and said it was delicious( there was a gf/df alternative).
I had oat milk with my smooth americano.
One of the best places I have had lunch in for choice, taste and quality. Prices are very reasonable too.
Will definitely be returning in the future.
It’s a short walk from either car parks in Loddon which give two hours free parking . Or it’s close to the staithe if arriving by boat from the broads . Loddon can also be accessed by bus from Norwich or Beccles/Lowestoft or even Southwold /Kessingland.
Had a very pleasant takeaway delivered from the Thai Royale. The food was delicious and fresh. It has a homely feel to it, like it's what you'd get if you were a guest in an authentic Thai household, rather than the standard 'restaurant' kind of stuff you usually get. (I don't know if I'm right about that, it's just the way it feels.) Also, because it happened to be Valentine's day, they surprised us with two complimentary Rose plants which we've now put in our garden. Nice touch. So overall, if you like Thai, don't hesitate to try this place. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
We went as a party of 8 for Sunday brunch. Not been before but had heard the food was good. Food pricing was comparable to other places locally. However the food choices were in my opinion, more than just comparable they were diverse, tasty and very good. Yemek offered vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes. Also traditional Turkish food choices too.
We were welcomed and served by a very friendly waitress. Three of us chose the vegetarian breakfasts, and were able to exchange certain items, such as avocado for eggs (but at no cost). Large platters arrived, including tasty bubble and squeak, the best fried mushrooms I have had in a while, beans , toast, two hash browns, tomato and two nicely cooked fried eggs. Others among our party had different options but all agreed Yemek was a good choice; fair prices but above average in taste and dining experience. Based on our experience we recommend.
Found this cafe yesterday with a friend. Had an omelette, chops and a huge salad. Great, friendly service and amazing value, especially for the location where some eateries are hugely overpriced. Would definitely recommend.
